Abstract

The Indonesian Policemen is an instrument which plays a significant role in maintaining integrity and peacefulness in a society, maintaining law and giving the protection for nation, guardianship, and ready to give the best service for society in order to create the safety and orderliness in this country. However, we cannot deny that the work of the police officers apparatus was still not maximal yet. It needs to be improved and increased. Therefore, the policy of criminal control in overcoming improperly apparatus duty must be done as soon as possible. Kata Kunci: Upaya Paksa,  Profesionalisme, Kode Etik

Abstract

Law is a complex system. Linkages between the elements can not be separated. Law is not just the law, the law is not always a command of the State authorities. Law is the result of social forces and means of social control. Legal basically non-sterile from social subsystem. Politics often intervene on the act and the implementation of the law. law can be viewed and studied from various angles. Law as a value, then reviewed by the legal and political filasafat law. Kaedah studied by law as legal science. law as a learned behavior by the Sociology of Law, legal anthropology and psychology of law. Abstract

This article will discuss the reform of law in Indonesia, especially that of related to law conflict resolution. Law is a complex system. Linkages between the elements can not be separated. Abstract

Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism in Indonesian is no more representing a phenomenon, but this have been representing factually which is famous everywhere. However, KKN (Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism) will be shares that are not dissociated from bureaucrat government system. Nowdays, KKN (Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism) many cases in Indonesian, but there are not strategy of problem. Abstract

For Indonesian, the approach of criminal law as an instrument in fighting against corruption is still a main priority. This indicator could be seen through the strategy of heavier judging in all policies related to the amendment of criminal law regulation about corruption. Because of this only approach, the fights against corruption in Indonesia often become unsuccessful. This failure could be approved through a corruption index where Indonesia is lies at the fifth rank as the most corrupt country in the world. This article tries to discuss the things related to the issues of corruption in Indonesia and the implementation of punishment compensation (money) in the case of corruption in Indonesia.
