Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in various sectors, including job vacancy management and distribution systems. Manual registration processes often cause issues such as data duplication, delayed information delivery, and inefficiency. This study aims to design and implement a web-based job vacancy information system that applies the First Come First Served (FCFS) method as the registration and applicant selection mechanism. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. System testing focused on functional suitability, usability, and performance efficiency. The results indicate that the system successfully manages registration processes fairly and transparently based on submission order while improving overall efficiency and user experience. This research contributes to the development of an integrated and accessible employment information system that supports digital transformation in workforce management.

Abstract

Perdagangan karet Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional, terutama melalui kontribusinya terhadap devisa dan lapangan kerja. Fluktuasi harga dan volume ekspor-impor karet dipengaruhi oleh faktor global, produktivitas dalam negeri, dan daya saing pasar internasional. Teknik peramalan perdagangan karet menjadi penting untuk merancang strategi kebijakan dan bisnis yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji teknik peramalan yang relevan dengan kondisi aktual perdagangan karet Indonesia melalui analisis data historis, model time series, dan fungsi transfer. Data diperoleh dari publikasi resmi Kementerian Pertanian, Outlook Komoditas Karet 2023, serta analisis kinerja perdagangan karet tahun 2021–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model ARIMA dan fungsi transfer memberikan proyeksi yang cukup akurat terhadap tren produksi dan perdagangan karet. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengambil kebijakan dan pelaku usaha untuk merumuskan strategi perdagangan jangka menengah dan panjang secara lebih tepat.

Abstract

Abstrak - Mobilitas perkotaan modern bergantung pada layanan transportasi online.  Optimasi ukuran armada dan algoritma penugasan sangat penting untuk kinerja sistem ini; namun, penelitian empiris tentang perbedaan antara kedua komponen tersebut masih sedikit.  Studi ini menggunakan simulasi komputer untuk melihat bagaimana interaksi antara ukuran armada dan algoritma penugasan berdampak pada waktu tunggu pelanggan.  Studi ini menguji 24 skenario yang menggabungkan 8 ukuran armada (3–30 driver) dan 3 algoritma penugasan (paling dekat, pengaturan acak, dan berbasis queue).  Algoritma driver paling dekat mengurangi waktu tunggu rata-rata sebesar 41,6 persen dibandingkan dengan random assignment, dan setiap simulasi dijalankan selama 150 langkah waktu.  Dengan service rate 100%, armada 25 driver mencapai zero waiting time. Studi ini menunjukkan bukti nyata bahwa kinerja sistem transportasi online dapat secara signifikan ditingkatkan dengan mengoptimalkan kombinasi armada dan algoritma.  Untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi operasional terbaik, disarankan untuk menggunakan algoritma driver terdekat dengan armada 20 hingga 25 driver.Kata kunci: Transportasi Daring; Optimasi Armada; Algoritma Penugasan; Waktu Tunggu; Simulasi Agent-based; Abstract - Modern urban mobility depends on online transportation services.  Optimizing fleet size and assignment algorithms is critical to the performance of these systems; however, empirical research on the differences between these two components is still scarce.  This study uses computer simulations to examine how the interaction between fleet size and assignment algorithms affects customer wait times.  The study tested 24 scenarios combining 8 fleet sizes (3–30 drivers) and 3 assignment algorithms (nearest driver, random assignment, and queue-based).  The nearest driver algorithm reduced average waiting time by 41.6 percent compared to random assignment, and each simulation ran for 150 time steps.  With a service rate of 100%, a fleet of 25 drivers achieved zero waiting time. This study provides clear evidence that the performance of online transportation systems can be significantly improved by optimizing the combination of fleet size and algorithm. To achieve the highest level of operational efficiency, it is recommended to use the nearest driver algorithm with a fleet size of 20 to 25 drivers.Keywords: Online Transportation; Fleet Optimization; Assignment Algorithm; Waiting Time; Agent-based Simulation;

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan tokoh politik di Sumatera Utara berdasarkan potensi kepemimpinan mereka. Permasalahan yang diangkat meliputi kesenjangan pembangunan antarwilayah, kompleksitas evaluasi kandidat, serta keterbatasan metode penilaian tradisional yang cenderung subjektif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari KPUD Sumatera Utara, Kemendagri, dan media sosial, dengan tiga variabel kuantitatif utama: tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman kepemimpinan, dan tingkat elektabilitas. Proses analisis meliputi normalisasi data, penentuan jumlah klaster optimal menggunakan metode elbow, dan penerapan algoritma K-Means untuk menghasilkan pengelompokan tokoh politik. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan beberapa klaster dengan karakteristik berbeda yang dapat memberikan gambaran profil kepemimpinan potensial di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi objektif bagi masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan dalam pengambilan keputusan politik, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap penerapan machine learning dalam analisis politik lokal.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has created new challenges in logistics optimization, particularly in terms of delivery route efficiency. This research develops a dynamic programming model to optimize delivery routes in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia. Using a modified Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) approach, we implemented an algorithm that considers various factors such as distance, time, and cost. Simulations using synthetic datasets showed efficiency improvements of 18.7% in travel distance and 22.3% in delivery time compared to conventional methods. Field trials with an e-commerce partner resulted in a 21.5% reduction in travel distance and an increase in on-time delivery rate from 87% to 94%. Sensitivity analysis revealed that the algorithm's performance is most affected by demand fluctuations and changes in traffic conditions. Implementation challenges include integration with existing systems and consideration of workforce impact. This research opens avenues for further development in algorithm scalability, integration of sustainability factors, and adaptation to various geographical contexts, demonstrating significant potential for improving e-commerce logistics efficiency in the future.
