Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis masalah diterapkan akan memberikan dampak pada keterampilan berpikir kritis serta hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kotabaru dengan memperhatikan locus of control. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu eksperimen dan kontrol yang kemudian akan dikomparasikan. Selanjutnya, keefektifan model dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir peserta didik dan hasil belajar diukur dengan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar, tes keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan kuesioner locus of control. Hasil Penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) Model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis masalah secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik, 2) Model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis masalah juga berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, 3) Mengungkapkan bahwa locus of control memengaruhi keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Secara keseluruhan penelitiaan ini terbukti bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis masalah secara signifikan dapat mendorong keterampilan peserta didik dalam berpikir secara kritis dan hasil belajar mereka ke taraf yang lebih tinggi, meskipun terdapat variasi locus of control di antara mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui langkah sistematis pengembangan prototype poster variasi Augmented Reality materi sistem tata surya; (2) mengetahui kelayakan poster variasi Augmented Reality materi sistem tata surya; (3) mengetahui kepraktisan poster variasi Augmented Reality materi sistem tata surya; (4) mengetahui efektivitas poster variasi Augmented Reality materi sistem tata surya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA kelas VII SMPN 2 Ngemplak Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Prototype poster AR efektif dalam memvisualisasikan konsep tata surya secara interaktif dan menarik; (2) Poster AR dinilai sangat layak dengan perolehan 100% dari ahli materi, 92% dari ahli media, dan 95% dari guru; (3) Poster AR praktis digunakan dengan instruksi yang jelas; (4) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar signifikan, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test 59,03 dan post-test 91,13. Hal ini membuktikan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The article aimed to  produce interactive e-modules from my country that meets the qualified criteria and to know the effectiveness of the interactive e-modules of my country produced to improve the learning motivation and science literacy of elementary school students of grade IV in the nearby. The research used research and development (R&D), with ADDIE model. The subject of a pilot project for a small group trial consists of 15 students and 1teacher in SD Negeri Soka. Next, the test subject of the field trial consists of 20 Muhammadiyah Kalinampu 1 students as a control class and 20 students IV grade SD Muhammadiyah Kalipakem 1 as an experimental class. Collecting data used interview guide, observation guidelines, product assessment sheet, teacher-response scale, student response scale, and the motivational scale of study and science literary test. The results showed that: (1) the resulting interactive e-module met the criteria of "very appropriate" according to the assessment of media experts and material experts; in the one-to-one trial, it obtained the "Decent" category from the responses given by the teacher and obtained the "Easy" category. Very Feasible" from the responses of students, while in the small group trial, the category "Very Eligible" was obtained from the responses given by the teacher and students; (2) the interactive e-module was found effectively increase learning motivation and science literacy of fourth-grade primary school students. The results of the t-test and the MANOVA test showed a significant level of 0.05, indicating the interactive e-modules, 'the richness of my country,' can significantly increase the learning motivation and science literacy of fourth-grade elementary school students with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in Indonesia seems not in line with its utilization, especially in the educational field. According to studies, Indonesian teachers are not ready to implement ICT in their classrooms. Furthermore, most elderly teachers are not sensitive enough to technology changes. When it comes to emergency teaching and learning in the pandemic era, teachers as predicted do not have enough capacity to maximize the use of ICT as the only source. This study aims to find out: (1) if the lack of digital literacy skills already happened in college, and (2) pre-service teachers' readiness to face 21st century education. As the result, this study could not prove that the lack of digital skills occurs in college. The digital literacy skills of pre-service are good (77,6%) and they have received multimedia learning subject from university. Related to their readiness toward 21st century learning, most of them claimed not yet ready because of the lack of skills and knowledge in implementing ICT and because of the lack of ICT facility support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dandaya tarik instruksional perkuliahan menggunakan model blended learning. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa, kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Prodi TP FIP UNY dan daya tarik instruksionalperkuliahan Multimedia Pembelajaran meningkat dengan digunakannya modelblended learning. Kemandirian belajar mahasiswa semula berada pada kategori sangatkurang dengan persentase 39%, meningkat pada siklus pertama dengan persentase60% yang berada pada kategori rendah, dan kembali meningkat pada siklus keduadengan persentase 73% yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Daya tarik instruksional jugamengalami peningkatan, semula berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase33%, meningkat pada siklus pertama dengan persentase 61,5% yang berada padakategori rendah, dan kembali meningkat pada siklus ketiga menjadi 87,5% pada kategorisangat tinggi. Peningkatan tersebut diperoleh melalui pengaturan setiap tahap modelblended learning dengan mengoptimalkan peran mahasiswa dalam mengelola kegiatanbelajarnya. Faktor pembiasaan pemanfaatan e-learning dalam perkuliahan juga membantumeningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Daya tarik instruksional perkuliahandapat meningkat melalui penggunaan dua bentuk pembelajaran yaitu tatap muka danonline. Penggunaan metode hypertext dalam e-learning juga memiliki kontribusi dalammeningkatkan daya tarik instruksional perkuliahan. Abstract

The research and development aims to produce learning resources in the form of augmented reality-assisted e-modules on virus materials that are: (1) suitable for use, (2) practical, and (3) effective for improving material understanding and learning independence of high school grade X students. This type of research was research and development, using the development model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data analysis technique used was the MANOVA test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this research and development are the product of an assisted e-module learning resource augmented reality on virus material for high school class X, with the following results: (1) feasible based on the results of the validity test by material experts, media experts, and trials with students, (2) effective based on material understanding test data, and student learning independence questionnaire, and (3) practical based on practicality questionnaire data. The data from the test results obtained a significance value of 0.013. This value shows the value obtained 0.05. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a significant influence of the use of assisted e-modules augmented reality on viral material to increase material understanding and student learning independence.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop feasible, problem-based e-learning media for fifth-grade students; (2) evaluate its practicality in social studies learning; and (3) examine its effectiveness in enhancing critical thinking and learning motivation. Using the ADDIE model, the research involved 55 fifth-grade students at SDIT Salman Al-Farisi II. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, tests, and motivation scales. Experts validated the media as highly feasible (media: 74; content: 60) and considered highly practical based on teacher and student responses. Effectiveness testing revealed that the experimental group using the e-learning media achieved higher N-Gain scores in critical thinking (0.72, high) and learning motivation (0.53, moderate) than the control group (0.48 and 0.21, respectively). MANOVA analysis confirmed significant differences between groups in both variables (Wilks' Lambda = 0.118, F = 7.715, p = 0.000). These results demonstrate the statistical effectiveness of the problem-based e-learning approach. This study contributes a validated, interactive e-learning design that integrates problem-based strategies to foster 21st-century skills in elementary education. The findings provide practical insights for educators and researchers seeking to enhance student engagement, critical thinking, and learning motivation through digital learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to develop innovative learning media utilizing 3D Augmented Reality (AR) technology based on mathematical investigation to enhance student motivation in studying calculus. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) method, adopting the 4D model which includes four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Data collection involved validity, practicality, and effectiveness test instruments. The results indicate: (1) the validity of the media, evaluated by three expert validators, achieved an average score of 4.5933, categorized as very valid; (2) the practicality, based on student responses after using the media, reached an average of 92.27% across assessed aspects; and (3) the effectiveness test, through a comparison of pretest and posttest scores using a paired t-test and n-gain analysis, showed a learning outcome improvement with a gain score of 48.9429%. The developed media successfully integrates calculus concepts with interactive and immersive visualizations through 3D AR, offering students the opportunity to explore mathematical concepts more intuitively and engagingly. This approach demonstrates promising potential in increasing motivation and improving learning outcomes in calculus education.

Abstract

This study investigates how well the Problem-Based Inquiry Method (PBIM) improves academic performance, learning motivation, and critical thinking abilities. Innovative techniques are required since traditional education methods frequently fall short in fostering intellectual curiosity and higher-order cognitive skills. Inquiry-based learning and problem-solving are combined in PBIM to encourage active student participation. A control group (n=67) that received traditional instruction was contrasted with an experimental group (n=66) that used PBIM in a quasi-experimental design. Motivation surveys, subject-specific posttests, and standardized critical thinking tests were used to gather data, which were then subjected to t-tests and MANOVA analysis. The experimental group's critical thinking (mean difference = 22.82, p=0.000), academic results (mean difference = 8.69, p=0.000), and motivation (mean difference = 16.12, p=0.000) all showed significant gains, according to the results. The multivariate influence of PBIM was validated by MANOVA (p<0.05). The results support the inclusion of PBIM in educational practices to replace passive learning paradigms by highlighting its effectiveness in promoting cognitive development, academic achievement, and intrinsic motivation.
