Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah organik masih menjadi tantangan di berbagai daerah, termasuk Desa Pancasari, Buleleng, Bali. Sampah organik rumah tangga seringkali tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal, padahal memiliki potensi besar untuk diolah menjadi produk ramah lingkungan. Salah satu solusi inovatif adalah mengubah sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme, cairan multiguna yang memiliki manfaat sebagai pupuk organik, pestisida alami, hingga pembersih ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah organik melalui pelatihan pembuatan eco enzyme di Wiwanda Agrow. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi praktik langsung, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep pengelolaan sampah organik dan mempraktikkan pembuatan eco enzyme secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan kimia, serta membuka peluang ekonomi lokal berbasis produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Pantai Jerman merupakan daerah wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung di Pantai Jerman, banyak orang, baik penduduk lokal maupun wisatawan, melakukan pembuangan sampah organik maupun non-organik secara bersama-sama atau dicampur, membuat sampah yang semestinya dapat dikelola dan mempunyai manfaat serta nilai jual tidak dapat dikelola, serta masih kurangnya bak sampah yang menyebabkan wisatawan masih ada saja yang membuang sampah sembarangan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan desain dan rencana anggaran biaya untuk pembuatan bak sampah beton berlokasi di Pantai Jerman. Setelah dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat dan kepala pengelola lingkungan di Pantai Jerman telah mengetahui tentang pentingnya bak sampah beton pada lingkungannya, serta masyarakat telah mampu mengerti tentang RAB dan Desain sehingga nanti dapat dilaksanakan pada waktu selanjutnya sehingga menambah kualitas estetika pada lingkungannya.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Badung merupakan instansi pemerintah yang melayani fasilitas kesehatan publik, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan khususnya di bidang radio terapi, RSUD Badung akan memasang Alat Linac yang menggunakan tenaga nuklir.Alat ini  merupakan alat untuk terapi kanker tanpa melakukan pembedahan dan memerlukan ruangan khusus. Ruangan khusus tersebut terbuat dari beton mutu K 500 density 2,35 ton/ m3 dengan dinding Primer tebalnya 2,5 meter, dinding sekunder 1,5 meter, dak atap 3,5 meter dan beton tidak boleh retak. Tujuan penelitian adalah: Untuk mengetahui karakteristik beton tidak retak, dan juga untuk mengetahui langkah yang diambil dalam mengantisipasi keretakan beton pada ruang linac tersebut. Lokasi penelitian di 3 batching plan dan 1 di lokasi pembangunan Ruang Linac Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Badung. Metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data primer yang didapat langsung di lapangan dan data sekunder di dapat dari vendor baik suplayer maupun laboratorium. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memenuhi persyaratan beton mutu tinggi K-500 density 2,35 ton/m³ digunakan material lokal baik agregat halus maupun agregat kasar yang diambil  dari Grogak Singaraja, material ini dihasilkan dari pemecahan batu kali sehingga berat jenis materialnya tinggi, keausan kecil, penyerapan  kecil, kuat tekan nya tinggi serta kandungan lumpurnya dibawah 1 %.Untuk menurunkan suhu beton awal sampai 4℃ digunakan air dengan dicampur es balok. Pengendalikan dan pengawasan sumber daya manusia saat pengecoran harus benar diperhattikan, mengingat faktor tenaga kerja akan mempengaruhi kwalitas beton, dan melakukan curing dengan merendam beton setelah 3 jam pengecoran (saat beton mulai mengeras).

Abstract

Contractors are individuals or business entities that have expertise in carrying out construction work in accordance with planning, where the appointment of contractors is mostly carried out through a tender/auction system (Sholeh, 2020). Nowadays, contractors are a business that is in great demand by the public, but the development of the quantity of construction service companies has not been followed by an increase in qualifications and performance. One of the reasons is that the business and expertise requirements (SKK) are still not met, which will later affect business reliability and competitiveness. (Priana, 2018). Seeing this situation, it is very important to research the characteristics and factors that affect the performance of service providers (contractors) in the city of Denpasar in 2023. The method used in this study is descriptive statistics as well as factor analysis is used to explain the factors that affect contractor performance. From the research that has been carried out, 1). Contractors in the city of Denpasar have good human resources, experience, finance, and equipment and are in accordance with Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and LPJK No. 3 of 2017 concerning Certification and Registration of Construction Implementation Services Business. 2). The most influential factor on contractor performance is in group I with a total diversity value of 32.756%.

Abstract

As one of the most vital natural resources, water resources must be utilized and handled carefully and comprehensively. Water utilization for irrigation and drinking water is one of the various alternative uses of water in a river basin. In the East Tukad Daya river area, Jembrana Regency, a preliminary study has been carried out regarding plans to build a reservoir or dam to meet the irrigation water needs of 1,198 hectares and drinking water for the community in Melaya District and parts of Kota Negara. This research aims to simulate reservoir operations to ensure the reliability of storage operations in meeting existing water needs. The analytical method used is a simulation method based on the water balance formulation in the reservoir. The reservoir storage simulation results showed that the total storage capacity was 1,350.514 x 103 m3 at an overflow lighthouse height of + 180.0 m. The dead storage due to sedimentation is 12.817 x 103 m3, so the height of water withdrawal at the low water level (LWL) is set at an elevation of + 158.71 m. Based on the total area of storage and dead storage, the effective storage is 1,337.697 x 103 m3. This research provides an overview of the operating patterns that can be used as a reference for discharge release operations according to the service area’s needs.

Abstract

The Ayung River is the longest river in Bali Island and plays a strategic role as a source of raw water, irrigation, tourism support, and aquatic ecosystems. However, increasing domestic, agricultural, and tourism activities along the watershed have exerted significant pressure on water quality. This study aims to evaluate the water quality status and pollution level of the Ayung River using the Water Quality Index (WQI) by considering temporal variations (seasonal, annual, and five-year trends) as well as spatial variations among monitoring stations, and to formulate river management recommendations. The study employed secondary water quality data from 2020–2024 collected at seven monitoring stations, including pH, DO, BOD, COD, and TSS parameters, which were analyzed using the WQI method in reference to Class II water quality standards. The results indicate that the overall water quality of the Ayung River falls within the Poor (C) category, exhibiting temporal fluctuations without a consistent long-term improvement trend. Spatially, the upstream segment shows relatively better water quality compared to the middle and downstream segments, indicating an accumulation of pollutant loads toward the downstream areas. Organic pollutants, particularly BOD and COD, were identified as the dominant factors contributing to water quality degradation. These findings highlight the need for integrated and adaptive management strategies focused on controlling organic pollutant loads based on seasonal conditions and river segments to improve the water quality of the Ayung River sustainably.

Abstract

Labor productivity is an important indicator for controlling time, cost, and quality in construction projects. The installation of lightweight brick walls requires a high level of efficiency; however, in practice, there is often a discrepancy between the actual productivity in the field and applicable standards. This study aims to analyze labor productivity in lightweight brick wall installation work and compare it with the standards set out in Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (Permen PUPR) Number 01 of 2022. The study was conducted on the Sudamala Resort Ubud construction project using direct observation and a work sampling approach. Observations were made for 14 working days during normal working hours to obtain data on the number of workers, effective working time, and volume of work produced. The data were analyzed to determine the productivity value and coefficient of workers, which consisted of foremen, master craftsmen, craftsmen, and laborers. The results of the study show that the average productivity of workers in the field is 18.175 m²/day for foremen, 19.123 m²/day for master craftsmen, and 18.546 m²/day for craftsmen and workers, with productivity coefficients of 0.055, 0.041, and 0.239, respectively. Compared to the standard of Permen PUPR 01 of 2022, there are differences in productivity values and coefficients in each labor category. These differences are influenced by the field conditions, workforce composition, and work implementation methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse and identify the factors of utilizing collaboration and exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of tourism in Kuta Beach, Bali, using a Penta helix approach that will be concluded using Porter's Diamond Model and the identification of collaborative strategies for tourism development. The research method uses a qualitative approach with RRA (rapid rural appraisal) techniques and SWOT analysis and uses Porter's Diamond Model in concluding, assisted by the N-Vivo Plus 12 application. The informants in this study totaled 16 people, with the criteria that 10 people were traditional leaders in Kuta Village, 2 were business people/MSMEs, 2 were academics, 2 were community members, 1 was a media person, and 1 was a government person, namely members of the people's representative council in Badung regency, Bali. The results of the research show that Penta helix collaboration plays a crucial role in the development of sustainable tourism. Real communication and collaboration with the same vision, namely realizing sustainable tourism by building cultural, social, economic, and environmental sustainability with crucial elements in the form of arts, health, accessibility, community, environment, and economic rotation

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MDS Consulting dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi administrasi pajak melalui optimalisasi sistem input serta digitalisasi data keuangan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih ditemukannya berbagai kesalahan input (human error) akibat proses manual dalam pengelolaan dokumen klien seperti rekening koran, faktur, piutang, dan PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang). Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, analisis alur kerja, serta implementasi sistem berbasis Microsoft Excel dengan fitur validasi data, conditional formatting, formula otomatis, dan rekapitulasi menggunakan PivotTable. Selain itu, dokumen fisik juga didigitalisasi untuk memudahkan pengarsipan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kesalahan input dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja staf, di mana rata-rata waktu pengolahan data berkurang signifikan. Implementasi ini juga memberikan manfaat pembelajaran praktis bagi mahasiswa PKL dalam memahami aplikasi teori akuntansi dan perpajakan. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi sistem input dan digitalisasi data keuangan mampu mendukung peningkatan integritas laporan pajak serta memperkuat kualitas layanan konsultan pajak.
