One of the factors that affects the detection system or face recognition is lighting. Image color processing can help the face recognition system in poor lighting conditions. In this study, homomorphic filtering and intensity normalization methods used to help improve the accuracy of face image detection. The experimental results show that the non-uniform of the illumination of the face image can be uniformed using the intensity normalization method with the average value of Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) obtained from the whole experiment is 22.05314 and the average Absolute Mean Brightness Error (AMBE) value obtained is 6.147787. The results showed that homomorphic filtering and intensity normalization methods can be used to improve the detection accuracy of a face image.

Although many methods for optimizing DGplacement and its size in a network with the target of reducingsystem power losses and voltage profile have already beencommended, they still lack from several weaknesses. As a resultmuch can be done about to happen with new algorithms. Theproposed algorithms commonly have stressed their formulationson real power losses only and ignored the reactive power losses.Power systems reactive power injection plays an important rolein voltage stability control, thus the reactive power losses need tobe incorporated in optimizing DG allocation considering theirvoltage profile improvement. Whereas Particle SwarmOptimization (PSO) approach was proposed for finding theoptimal size of DG. This study work intended to apply both realand reactive power flow, power loss sensitivity factors and PSOmethod in finding the candidate buses for DG placement and itssize on Bali’s 150 kV transmission networks. The experimentalresults show that the proposed algorithm is indeed capable ofobtaining a good quality solution efficiently

The internet has provided tremendous impact in educational development throughout the world. E-Exam system is one of educational component which has been used increasing dramatically for evaluating educational process. As an e-exam feature, uniformity of system access and time duration of the exam to all examinees is very important to be considered. Exam manager usually utilizes a fixed network to connect all e-exam terminal in order to maintain service stability on e-exam systems. However, the use of a fixed network will be difficult to be implemented if the number of examines is large. There are not many Education institutions have adequate ICT infrastructure or e-exam terminals for all students. Most institutions develop WLAN networks as an alternative to being able to provide ICT services to all students. With the development of mobile device technology (Handphone or Laptop) that strongly supports the learning process through mobile devices. This research aims to develop application of the Time Adaptive for Mobile E-Exam (TAMEx) Model. It serves to maintain the reliability of e-exam implementation on WLAN networks. The possible connection disruptions is anticipate by seeking time compensation only to participants who has experienced the connection problem. The time compensation must be accordance to the duration of the occurrence of connection loss. Application development has been carried out and is functioning properly. The report of application shows that it has succeeded in identifying the connection disturbance duration and provide time compensation to the proper examinee.

Various activities related to financial transactions such as the process of deposit and loan funds require the role of the Bank. Along with a large number of customer needs in current technological developments, the banking industry is undergoing many changes. The products offered by the Bank are becoming more diverse. Customers needs for services offered by banks are becoming increasingly high for example internet banking needs. Banks require high data storage so that the bank's business processes can run efficiently. High data requirements by banks also require ease of exchanging data. One concept that can be applied is Data Warehouse. There are various approaches in developing Data Warehouse, one of which is Inmon. This study aims to build a database design from Bank X Data Warehouse with the Inmon approach. The results of the design of the Data Warehouse Bank X database design consists of three fact tables, namely loan fact, saving fact, and portfolio fact, and two data marts, namely loans and saving.

Teknologi biogas merupakan teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengolah limbah organik menjadi sumber energi terbarukan dalam bentuk gas bio. Gas bio dihasilkan dengan proses perombakan dan fermentasi bahan-bahan organik seperti kotoran ternak oleh mikroorganisme di dalam ruang kedap udara (digester). Biogas layak digunakan sebagai energi alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti energi panas untuk memasak, dan energi listrik. Kajian terhadap pengelolaan potensi biogas di Desa Tunjuk Tabanan dihasilkan biogas sebesar 40.644 m3/tahun dan Program Simantri 10 m3 per hari, dan pupuk organik padat 40 kg/hari, cair 20 lt/hari. Secara ekonomis berdampak pada pendapatan kelompok ternak per hari Rp. 97.600,- . Dari hasil analisis SWOT kelompok ternak program Simantri diperoleh alternatif strategi dan rancangan mekanisme untuk mengembangkan pengelolaan sistem biogas adalah : membenahi struktur organisasi dan pengelola, meningkatkan kualifikasi dan kinerja pengelola, meningkatkan sosialisasi dan permodalan, kerjasama dengan pihak lain.

ABSTRACT The importance of the biggest age that is utilized in sharing information technology is one of them is registering online games. Nowadays the proliferation of online games among the wider community is no exception in the class of children who fall into the category of not enough age. When playing online games, players are required to register early to log in. In registering the player is realized to enter the date of birth and this can be manipulated by players who really should be old enough or do not deserve to play online games. To overcome the falsehood or manipulation of data, the player who will register can provide a format photo. JPG with this photo issued the system to be built to know us really from the person who made the registration. To be able to perform face detection and age classification using the Viola Jones method which will be used for human face detection and the backpropagation artificial neural network method is used for classification. In this study the data used is https://data.vision.ee.ethz.ch/cvl/rrothe/imdb-wiki/ by entering 100 data as test data and 200 as training data, then the findings obtained are 75% appropriate results Keywords: Age Classification, Online Game, Face RecognitionABSTRAKPentingnya usia banyak dimanfaatkan dalam berbagi bidang teknologi informasi salah satunya adalah. Saat ini maraknya game online dikalangan masyarakat luas tidak terkecuali di kalangan anak-anak yang termasuk dalam kategori belum cukup umur. Pada saat melakukan permainan game online, pemain wajib melakukan register awal untuk dapat melakukan login. Dalam melakukan register pemain diwajibkan untuk memasukkan tanggal lahir dan hal ini dpat dimanipulasi oleh pemain yang memang seharunya cukup umur atau belum pantas memainkan game online. Untuk mengatasi kepalsuan atau manipulasi data maka pemain yang akan melakukan register dapat memberikan foto dengan format. JPG dengan foto ini nantinya system yang akan dibangun dapat mengenal usis sebenarnya dari orang yang melakukan register tersebut. Untuk dapat melakukan deteksi wajah dan klasifikasi usia menggunakan metode viola jones yang akan digunakan untuk deteksi wajah manusia dan metode jaringan saraf tiruan backpropagation digunakan untuk klasifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan 100 data sebagai data uji dan 200 sebagai data latih dari https://data.vision.ee.ethz.ch/cvl/rrothe/imdb-wiki/, maka hasil akurasi yang didapat adalah 75% hasil sesuai.Kata kunci : Kalsifikasi Usia, Game Online, Deteksi Wajah

As a power plant industry, PLTU Jeranjang OMU (Operation and Maintenance Unit) owned oneof 6.3 kV nominal voltage induction motor that has critical characteristic that drives the waterpump into the boiler room which always has to operate. This motor has been equipped withtemperature sensor in real time that can monitor the temperature of bearing motor. However,manual control is still applied in vibration monitoring. It is done by taking the vibration data oncea week, and there is no deviation data found in real time. The result of this study shows that theprototype of IoT-based vibration monitoring data logger that is designed using the blynkapplication obtained the average of sensor deviation of 2%. Alarm notification of each sensorsdeliver "warning" if the vibration value indicates ? 4,5-70 mm/s and alarm notification delivers"emergency" if the vibration value indicates ? 7,1 mm/s in concordance with the ISO 10816-3vibration standard. Although, the performance of sensor data storage has successfully storingthe data with 8 GB microSD card, then will be fully charged in 4629 days or 154 months and 3days.

Spurred by a global energy crisis, the use of renewable distributed generation (DG) with solar photovoltaic (PV) energy, micro-hydro power, and biomass power are gaining momentum and play major role in Bali’s distribution system as an alternative distribution system planning option. If distributed generation planning is optimal by selected optimization of multi-objective function under certain operating constraints and then their site and size are also selected optimally, the penetration of DGs is potentially beneficial. This paper would review techno-economic model objective, voltage profile improvement and power losses constraints as well as optimization based model using particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm application in Bali’s distributed generation planning.

Metode pelacakan titik daya maksimum (MPPT) yang efisien memainkan peran penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pembangkit fotovoltaik (PV). Studi ini memberikan tinjauan tentang status metode MPPT saat ini untuk sistem PV yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori. Kategorisasi didasarkan pada karakteristik pelacakan dari metode yang dibahas. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan perbandingan antar metode MPPT berdasarkan tiga parameter yaitu waktu konvergensi, tingkat osilasi, dan efisiensi sebagai acuan pemilihan metode untuk membuat analisis yang komprehensif. Tinjauan literatur yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini. Tinjauan komparatif dalam bentuk tabel juga disajikan di akhir pembahasan setiap kategori untuk mengevaluasi kinerja metode ini, yang akan membantu dalam memilih teknik yang sesuai untuk aplikasi tertentu. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah metode konvensional unggul pada waktu tracking yang cepat sedangkan metode metaheuristic unggul pada efisiensi dan osilasi yang rendah.

This paper presents a harmonic reduction and load imbalance model in a three-phase four-wire distribution network. This model uses a hybrid active power filter, a passive inductor and capacitor filter, and an active power filter in the form of a three-phase, four-leg connected grid inverter. The switching of the voltage source converter on this filter uses finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC). Control of this hybrid active power filter uses model predictive control (MPC) with a cost function, comparing the reference current and prediction current with mathematical modelling of the circuit. The reference current is taken from the load current by extracting dq, and the predicted current is obtained from the iteration of the voltage source converter (VSC) switching pattern. Each combination is compared with the reference current in the cost function to get the smallest error used as a power switching signal. Modelling was validated by using MATLAB Simulink. The simulation results prove a decrease in harmonics at a balanced load from 22.16% to 4.2% and at an unbalanced load, reducing the average harmonics to 4.74%. The simulation also decreases the load current imbalance in the distribution network. Reducing the current in the neutral wire from 62.01%-0.42% and 11.29-0.3 A.
