Abstract

Insomnia merupakan ketidakmampuan memperoleh secara cukup kualitas dan kuantitas tidur. Berdasarkan data di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayang ibu Batusangkar lansia berjumlah 70 orang,saat melakukan wawancara pada 7 orang lansia di Panti Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayag ibu didapatkan 4 0rang yang mengalami gangguan tidur (insomnia).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Tingkat Insomnia Pada Lansia Sebelum Dan Sesudah Senam Lansia Di PSTW Kasih Sayang Ibu Tahun 2015. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest, populasi 70 lansia dan sampel 16 responden teknik purposive sampling, tempat di PSTW Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar diuji paired T-test Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai rat-rata tingkat insomnia pada lansia sebelum diberikan senam lansia adalah 4,94 dan rata-rata tingkat insomnia pada lansia sesudah diberikan senam lansia adalah 0,94. Secara Statistik didapatkan bahwa tingkat insomnia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan senam lansia dengan p value 0,000. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara tingkat insomnia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan senam lansia di PSTW Kasih Sayang Ibu Batusangkar Tahun 2015. Selain itu disarankan bagi petugas panti bisa melakukan senam lansia tersebut pada pagi hari atau sore hari selama 30 menit untuk mengurangi insomnia pada lansia.

Abstract

Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling, uneasy, worried and agitated at students who are doing skripsi. Usually there are some efforts undertaken handling as psychotherapy, psikofarmaka, psychosocial, and psikoreligius. In this study, non-pharmacological therapy is used to reduce anxiety, one of them with distraction techniques and relaxation with the therapeutic use of sound recordings al-quran which dilbacakan by a qori. Ayat al-quran hormones can reduce stress hormones, activates natural endorphins, increases the feeling of relaxation and distraction of fear, anxiety and tension, improve the system of body chemistry that lowers blood pressure and slows respiration, heart rate, pulse, and brain wave activity. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence quran verses therapy for anxiety in students who are working on the thesis. This type of research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. the study population is the entire nursing students working on theses. Samples in this study were 25 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The statistical test used was paired T-test with normal data distribution. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal hypertension management program education on self-efficacy in hypertension management. This research is a quasy experiment design with a non-equivalent control group design. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 15 intervention group respondents and 15 control group respondents. Sample grouping in this study was carried out randomly for the experimental group and the control groupThe intervention group is respondents who are given personal hypertension management program education and the control group is respondents who are not given personal hypertension management program education. The data analysis used was the T-test (Independent Sample T-Test). Personal education was conducted for 3 weeks by providing hypertension management program personal education one session per week, for 15-20 minutes. The study found that most respondents (60%) had poor self-efficacy in the intervention group respondents before being given personal education based on a hypertension management program and most respondents (93.3%) had efficacy after being given personal education based on a hypertension management program. From the bivariate analysis results, there is a mean change in self-efficacy in intervention group respondents with the control group, where the mean difference value is 3.067. The T-test value is 2.579 with a p-value = 0.015 where the p-value ≤ 0.05, which means that there is an effect of personal education based on HMP on self-efficacy in respondents after being given personal education interventions based on a hypertension management program. The provision of personal education interventions based on a hypertension management program shows the results of the average change in the self-efficacy of respondents in the intervention group before and after being given personal education based on a hypertension management program and there is no average change in the self-efficacy of respondents in the control group who are not given personal education based on a hypertension management program

Abstract

Diabetes distress if left untreated will often persist and develop into more severe conditions such as depression, sleep disturbances and increased risk of suicide. The study aims to identify factors related to diabetes distress in people with diabetes melitus in work area of the Kampung Teleng Health Centre, Sawahlunto City in 2024. The study used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive research design and a sampel size of 126 respondents. The sampling technique use was purpossive sampling and quota sampling technique. The variable studied were powerlessness, negative social perceptions, family distress, hypoglicaemia distress, management distress, eating distress as dependent variables and diabetes distress as independent variables. Data collection using the DDS-17, PAT, GAD-7, HDFSS, HFS-II, PAID, dan DEPS-R questionnaires. Data processing using the spearman rank test. The result of the study showed the factors related to diabetes distress were negative social perceptions with p value (a) = 0,007 and correlation (r) = 0,241 and hypoglicemia distress with p value (a) = 0,049 and correlation (r) = 0,176. The conclusion of this study shows that factors related to diabetes distress are negative social perceptions and hypoglicemia distress. It is expected that the Kampung Teleng Health Center in Sawahlunto City can develop a program to preverent diabetes distress with health service, espicially doctors, so that they can provide direction, advice, respond to concerns from diabets melitus suffers and provide education about the impact of diabetes distress
