Abstract

The purpose of this financial literacy webinar activity is to provide participants with financial literacy skills, and to know the financial literacy abilities of the millennial generation and to increase the understanding of financial literacy of the millennial generation through the provision of webinar material. The material presented is about financial literacy knowledge, financial life cycle, financial financial planning process, scope of financial planning, and application of financial records. The participants were students from the Denpasar National Polytechnic campus, students from several campuses in Bali and outside Bali, high school/vocational high school students from Bali and outside Bali and general public. However, because it is still in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic, the provision of insight and assessment of insights is carried out online through the Zoom meeting application. There are 122 participants who are willing to take part in this webinar. The importance of knowledge about financial literacy to make the millennial generation financially literate. Financial literacy means understanding how to manage money, paying off debt, insurance, retirement savings, taxes, and financial products such as credit and loans. With a state of financial literacy, the millennial generation can use these financial products to achieve financial prosperity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of motivation and financial management in entrepreneurship for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung district. Unemployment is a macroeconomic problem that directly affects humans and is one of the most serious problems. The increase in the number of unemployed in Badung district has soared since the Covid-19 pandemic. Entrepreneurship is seen as one way to reduce unemployment. In Dalung Village, Badung district, efforts to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are still very minimal. Therefore, encouragement and understanding of motivation and financial management are needed to support interest in entrepreneurship. The material presented was about Entrepreneurship Training and Preparation of Financial Reporting for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. The participants were all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dalung Village, Badung Regency. There are 30 participants who are willing to take part in this training. The importance of training on entrepreneurship and preparation of financial reporting to support interest in entrepreneurship for the people in Dalung Village, Badung district.

Abstract

Simantri merupakan program pemerintah Provinsi Bali yang dirintis sejak Tahun 2009 dan kini memiliki nama Sipadu. Sipadu tidak hanya melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya di lahan pertanian secara terintegrasi, namun mengembangkan pengelolaan pasca panen dan kegiatan penunjang lainnya. Dari fakta ini, diperlukan strategi untuk mengembangkan Sipadu yakni salah satunya dengan system agrowisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, untuk membuat strategi alternatif dan juga prioritas bagaimana mengembangkan agrowisata khususnya di Gapoktan Sri Sedana sebagai pelaksana Sipadu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis matriks internal-eksternal (IE), strategi besar matriks, SWOT dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis QSPM untuk menentukan prioritas strategi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi alternatif yang telah dirumuskan berdasarkan SWOT antara lain strategi SO salah satunya yakni menambah sarana pertanian organik. Strategi WO salah satunya meningkatkan promosi paket wisata secara optimal dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Strategi ST salah satunya yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi terkait seperti Dinas Pertanian dan Dinas Pariwisata. Strategi WT salah satunya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak luar seperti travel dan sekolah/kampus. Strategi yang paling tepat untuk diprioritaskan berdasarkan hasil analisis QSPM adalah membuat layanan penjualan secara online untuk produk yang dihasilkan Sipadu dan objek wisata lain yang ada di Desa Tiyingtali dengan jumlah nilai 12.60. Strategi ini menekankan pada bagaimana langkah yang bias dilakukan dalam membuat layanan penjualan online untuk produk yang dihasilkan Sipadu dan objek wisata lain yang ada di Desa Tiyingtali. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama perkembagan teknologi saat ini begitu pesat dan segala informasi dapat diakses melalui internet. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh Sipadu seperti hasil pertanian anorganik dan pupuk organik bias dipasarkan kekonsumen rumah tangga ataupun horeca (hotel, restaurant dan cafe) sesuai dengan Pergub Bali No. 99 Tahun 2018 tentang Pemasaran dan pemanfaatan produk pertanian, perikanan dan industri lokal Bali mewajibkan toko swalayan, hotel restoran dan katering untuk menyerap produk lokal.

Abstract

This research examines the management and development of Subak Lestari as a sustainable tourist attraction in Denpasar City. Subak Lestari consists of five pilot subaks namely Anggabaya Subak, Umadesa Subak, Umalayu Subak, Subak Intaran Barat and Subak Intaran Barat Timur. The purpose of this study is to analyze institutional management and formulate a strategy for developing Subak Lestari as a sustainable tourist attraction in Denpasar City. This study uses an interpretive qualitative analysis method. Data collection was carried out through literature study, observation, in-depth interviews, triangulation and focus group discussions (FGD) with key informants including Subak Lestari officials, Denpasar City Government Agencies, Expert Team from academics who designed Subak Lestari, the Government and Pokdarwis in the Village and local Villages, as well as tourism actors. The results of this study found that there is a need for special management that manages Subak Lestari as tourist attraction, comprehensive HR training and assistance from related agencies, construction of tourism support facilities that still pay attention to paddy field productivity, implementation of policies and giving strict sanctions for violations related to land conversion and outreach to the community regarding the benefits of subak development as a sustainable tourist attraction. The conclusions from the research results are (1) Krama Subak is expected to maintain awig-awig in preserving agricultural land and open up to the concept of developing Subak as a tourist attraction; (2) the government is responsible for determining policies and collaborating with various related parties; (3) Academics conduct studies on concepts that are suitable for development in Subak, especially as a tourist attraction; (4) The community participates in preserving the Subak environment which has been designated as a tourist attraction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the viability of sunflower seeds against different drying methods and fungicide applications. This experiment consisted of two factors with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the drying method, namely drying in the sun (control) with an average of 31°C for six days, cake oven and costume oven with temperatures ranging from 36.5-37.5°C for four days. The second factor is the application of fungicides, namely without fungicides and fungicides. Seed quality testing is carried out using the UKDdP method. The experiment consisted of 6 treatment combinations which were repeated three times so that there were 18 experimental units. Each experimental unit used 25 seeds. The results showed that the lowest water content was 6.25% from sun drying and the highest germination rate was 73.33%. The sun drying method and the use of fungicides can produce the lowest water content, and have the highest values ​​in the percentage of germination, vigor index, maximum growth potential, normal dry weight of sprouts, as well as the use of fungicides. It is necessary to test the temperature and drying period using a cake and custom oven to get the right time to maintain seed viability.

Abstract

Desa Tenganan, Kecamatan Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem adalah salah satu desa wisata yang ada di Provinsi Bali. Desa Tenganan terdiri dari 1.2013 kepala keluarga dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak4.627 jiwa. Desa Tenganan Pegringsingan memiliki tingkat kunjungan yang menurun. Kunjungan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2010 yaitu sebanyak 57.848 orang dan yang terendah pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 28.468 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faslitas umum terhadap tingkat kepuasan wisatawan di Desa Wisata Tenganan Pegringsingan, Kabupaten Karangasem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan faslitas umum yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kepuasan wisatawan di Desa Tenganan, yang menyebabkan peningatan palingtinngi adalah tempat parker sebesar 7,99 persen. Ada dua variabel yang menyebabkan penurunan kepuasan yang tentunya perlu menjadi perhatian yaitu fasilitas restoran dan penginapan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Karangasem selaku pemerintah daerah pembuat regulasi harus memperhatikan tataruang pengabnguna pariwisata di kawasan Desa Tenganan dan desa sekitarnya agar keaslian Desa Tenganan dapat terjaga.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 menyebabkan 3,05 juta orang di Indonesia kehilangan pekerjaannya. Kondisi Ini meningkatkan pengangguran Indonesia sebesar 5,23 juta orang. PHK yang terjadi menyebabkan masyarakat tidak mampu membayar kewajibannya kepada bank yang mengakibatkan hutang di lingkup rumah tangga mengalami peningkatan. Oleh sebab itu tidak ada pilihan lain bagi seluruh anggota keluarga untuk tetap berdaya dan bertahan dalam menghadapi pandemi ini. Contoh pemberdayaan yang bisa dilakukan masyarakat adalah dengan budidaya lele dan jamur tiram. Penerapan konsep Blue Economy pada budidaya jamur tiram dan lele di masa pandemi covid 19 untuk menambah penghasilan dan demi penguatan perekonomian rumah tangga. Salah satu penerapan konsep Blue Economy diterapkan oleh Bapak Nyoman Ruda sebagai pemilik Bee Jamur dan Mina Asri Daton. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan diskusi. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan beberapa solusi untuk permasalahan mitra seperti 1) menyediakan bibit baglog dan juga menyediakan bibit lele dan pakannya, 2) menyediakan alat-alat penunjang yang lebih baru, 3) pelatihan dalam pembuatan baglog termasuk nutrisi, bahan-bahan dan alat-alat yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan baglog, 4) penyuluhan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan kumbung, 5) penyuluhan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah plastik baglog, 6) memberikan alat vacum untuk kemasan lele, 7) membuat design kemasan, logo, dan konten Instagram untuk 2 bulan pertama, dan 8) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembukuan sederhana. Dampak dari dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah literasi keuangan dan kesadaran akan pencatatan laporan keuangan mitra dan mahasiswa menjadi meningkat. Dampak lainnya adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan mitra dan mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan budidaya jamur tiram dan lele.

Abstract

The in this study aims to discuss the application of digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving the culture of bali island. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the effectiveness of digital content about sacred Bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture and how is the role of tourism industry players in implementing digital content about sacred bali as a means of education for tourists in preserving Balinese culture. the methodology in this study uses data collection through observation, interviews, and literature studies. the sampling technique in determining informants in the interview uses purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis which has five stages, the first is data collection, the second is summarizing data, the third is adjusting data, the fourth is explaining data, the fifth is drawing conclusions based on theory. The results of the study show that there are four indicators that make digital content about sacred Bali effective to implement, including Reader Cognition, Sharing Motivation, Persuasion, Life Factors. And there are two actors in the tourism industry who have an important role in implementing digital content of sacred Balinese culture, including travel agents and the second is the local community as the god of the house.

Abstract

UMKM Bee Jamur Salah satu usaha budidaya jamur tiram yang berlokasi di Desa Peguyangan Kaja, Kecamatan Denpasar Utara, telah berdiri sejak 2016. Setiap tahun, permintaan jamur tiram terus meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan pariwisata dan restoran di Bali. Namun, peningkatan produksi ini juga menimbulkan masalah lingkungan, yaitu limbah baglog yang digunakan sebagai media tanam jamur tiram. UMKM Bee Jamur, limbah ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan hanya dibuang saja langsung ke tanaman. Padahal, limbah baglog mengandung unsur hara makro yang dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik untuk memperbaiki kesuburan tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Menanggapi permasalahan ini, kegiatan pengabdian memberikan edukasi kepada UMKM Bee Jamur mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dalam produksi jamur tiram untuk mencapai produksi tanpa limbah. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan tentang manajemen pengolahan limbah baglog menjadi pupuk organik yang memenuhi standar kualitas. Selanjutnya, peserta mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik berbahan limbah baglog menggunakan metode pengomposan aerobik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 88,3% dalam hal manajemen dan pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah baglog. Mitra kini mampu mempraktekkan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan tepat sesuai prosedur. UMKM Bee Jamur semakin menyadari bahwa limbah baglog dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik yang bernilai ekonomis, serta mendukung prinsip produksi tanpa limbah

Abstract

Moringa has gained popularity in the world of gastronomy due to its nutritional value and great versatility. Moringa leaves are rich in nutrients and can be used in a variety of dishes. The leaves have a unique flavor and a vibrant green color that enhances the dish. With such potential, moringa can become one of the most iconic gastronomic tourism foods, especially in Bali. This research aims to explore the potential of moringa as a gastronomic icon. The research utilizes a qualitative method by analyzing the results of in-depth interviews and interpreting the data. The research concludes that by understanding the uniqueness of moringa, this food ingredient can be developed into food and beverage menus that are widely consumable. Promotion through culinary festivals and events, moringa nutrition education, and incorporating moringa into cooking class activities are all efforts to establish this food ingredient as a gastronomic icon, particularly in Ubud, Gianyar. Furthermore, promoting moringa-based products can contribute to the promotion of health tourism, attracting visitors interested in wellness and nutritional benefits, thereby supporting the local economy.
