Abstract

Abstract The aim of research was to analyze and describe the learning process related to the Competence Standard for Art and Music Appreciation in class VII of SMP Negeri 18 Padang. This research was conducted based on the fact that the student’ achievement in learning was still low. It was more than 50% of the students had score which was under the minimum standard score (75). The result of the research revealed that the causes of the students’ low achievement in learning were the unwell-prepared lesson plan and the learning materials which did not meet the learning goals.   Kata Kunci:  Perencanaan Pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Materi Pembelajaran, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Abstract   This research was aimed at describing the extracurricular activities of music at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. This was descriptive research whuch used qualitative approach. The result of the research indicated that the extracurricular activities of music were designed based on the goals to be achieved. Encouranging the students to be creative and have skills in music by teaching the basic technique of playing music were the preliminary efforts done by the teacher. In this phase the teacher also trained the students to play particular music individually. The activities started from teaching the students to play rhythm guitar. Melodic guitar, bass, drum, vocal and the basic technique of playing traditional music instuments such as talempong, gendang tambua and sarunai.   Kata kunci : Kegiatan, Ekstrakurikuler, Musik

Abstract

Abstract This article aimed at describing the production management of Pink Music Group and explaining its music shows marketing system. The object of this research was the Pink Music Group. The data were obtained from observation, literature review, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using the phenomenology analysis technique. Abstract

Abstract

 This article aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and Music Art Learning Outcomes of the class IX in Senior High School 1 Ujungbatu. Type of research was quantitative research. The forms of research instrument were questionnaires and documentation. The types of data in this study were both primary and secondary. Techniques of data collection were done by giving questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was done in several stages, namely test requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the contribution coefficient between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes is obtained at 23.74%. From the data analysis test, it is found that the data is normal and homogeneous. The test result is at the significance level of α 0.05 (95% of confidence level) obtained a value of rcount = 0.4878 and rtable = 0.220 so that it is obtained rcount> rtable (0.4878> 0.220). This is reinforced by the results of the significance test which shows tcount = 4.9351 and ttable = 1.990 so that tcount> ttable (4.9351> 1.990) is obtained. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the Music Art Learning outcomes of the class XI in Senior High School 1 Ujungbatu.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the values ​​of education contained in the presentation of the song in the show Kids Balam Rabab Pasisie art. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Object of study is the son Balam song presented in the show Rabab Pasisie. Research instrument is the researcher himself as a key instrument and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis was performed with an ethnographic approach. This study found that children Balam song in the show Rabab Pasisie, currently in demand by the public Kambang nagari, because both humanitarian messages regarding the relationship between mother and child, the universe and man's relationship with man. Through the presentation of the song Child Balam, the values ​​can be interpreted to be educational for the community pembelajran Kambang, such as the values ​​of brotherhood, the values ​​of love between mother and child, the values ​​of the forces of nature, both the power of the supernatural and the real force of nature. Through the presentation of the song Child Balam, Kambang nagari society, can be guided by these values ​​either through actions or attitudes and behavior in everyday life. Abstract

Abstract This article aims to 1) to observe and describe the implementation of the application of the method of peer tutors in learning, arts and culture, i.e. the art of music, 2) see successful or whether the application of the method of peer tutors. The research is the research action class (PTK). The object of the research is in the form of people, behavior, or data about an event that can generate information research data. The instruments used are observation, the success rate of students and the camera. The technique of data collection is done by way of documentation, observation and interview.The results showed that the use of different models of peer tutors in learning the art of music in class VIII MTs Al-Muttaqin Situmang Aur River successfully and improve students ' ability in singing the ampar-ampar pisang. Students who are still weak in mastery of material on cycle 1 can be dealt with continue on the second cycle i.e. by strengthening technical mastery against the song and expression of dynamical ampar-ampar pisang with reinforcement through audio visual playback ampar-ampar song shows banana. Thus, the learning process that is implemented on a cycle of 2 States the success rate. Keywords: Learning, Traditional Songs, Peer Tutor Methods

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe students' interest in learning music art based on the Curriculum 2013 in Public High School 1 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This type of research was descriptive research using a qualitative method approach. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection were carried out by using questionnaire, interviews, observation, documentation and library research. The data or information that has been collected was processed and analyzed by using the principle of qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the methods and media used, it turns out that the Curriculum 2013 that has been implemented in Public High School 1 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam is a curriculum that prioritizes understanding, skill and character education, in the future students are required to understand the material, "active" in the discussion and presentations process and have a politeness and highly disciplined. It was concluded that the implementation of culture art learning by teachers based on the Curriculum 2013 was still not able to arouse students' interest in culture art learning and had not been able to make students' active 'in learning. Keywords: student interest, learning art music.

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to describe students' learning motivation using peer tutor method in vocal technique lesson in class VII.6 SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur Pasaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive method of analysis through the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The object of research is the students of class VII.6 SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur with the number of students 30 people. The data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the students' learning motivation has increased in presenting national compulsory songs in accordance with respiratory techniques, posture, sound formation, articulation, phrasering and resonance. Be aware of the results of this study can be concluded that the motivation of students in SMP Negeri 1 Padang Gelugur in learning vocal practice can be increased by using tutor peer method. This is evident from the results of the evaluation of learning conducted in formative tests, the value of 30 students in class VII.6 complete and satisfactory because it meets the standard value of KKM established by the school that is 75 and the average student more than score 75. Keywordl: Learning, vocals, Peer Tutor.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to discover and describe the implementation of learning the art of teaching material specifically cultural art music based on 2013 Revised Curriculum in junior high Country 31 field. Research is descriptive using the approach the qualitative method. The object in this research is the implementation of learning art and culture based on Curriculum Revision in 2013 31 Country Junior High School field. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and researchers assisted with the supporting instruments be stationery, tools to record in the form of audio and camera. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interview, documentation and study of the literature. Data analysis was performed on the primary data and secondary data and the data analyzed is done by means of identifying, classifying, analyzing and describing data. The results showed that the implementation of the process of learning the curriculum revision in 2013 learning cultural arts (music) on SMP N 31 the field has not been fully implemented in accordance with the dimensions and direction of 2013 Curriculum revision. In teaching the teacher always wear methods lectures and cooperative, but teachers have received training and knowledge about 2013 Curriculum revision. Conceptually, the teacher is quite understood the concept of Curriculum revision 2013, but still found the discrepancy in the implementation, so haven't been able to achieve learning objectives among other methods, the implementation of 5 m, the allocation of time spent, and the writing of the RPP. Keywords: implementation, cultural arts, curriculum Revision 2013
