Abstract

PT. Cahaya Tedung Abadi Holiday is a business that handles tour ticket sales, travel documents, tour guide services, hotel reservation and sales of tour packages. To anticipate the traveler visits that always fluctuated and competition with other travel agency, need to be design tour package marketing strategy. So PT. Cahaya Tedung Abadi Holiday can optimize the strength, opportunities, and minimize the weaknesses and threats. The goal is to find alternative are strategies and programs that can be implemented by PT. Cahaya Tedung Abadi Holiday in selling tour package. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, in-depth interviews, library research and documentation. Researchers used a key informant Mr. I Gusti Sudarsana, two employees and sales marketing products as an informant base. This research is a descriptive qualitative with Matrix SWOT approach and the marketing mix. Alternative strategies that can be implemented by PT. Cahaya Tedung Abadi Holiday are : (a) create and develop tourism products strategy by creating new innovative tourism products and a special interest tour packages, (b) market segmentation strategy development with opportunities to develop a broader market, (c) increased promotion strategy by advertising, brochures and collaboration with TV channel with tourism programs information, (d) improve the quality of products and services strategies by redesigning the tour packages program more interesting in order the tourists interested to buy tour packages, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle and driver guides during tours and reemphasize tourism products according to the company market share. The suggestion for the company to expand its market share in order to survive the competition of other travel agencies, companies should increase the workforce to be more rapid and responsive in accepting tour packages purchases and fixed preserve good relations with related companies such as the hotel, restaurant, overseas agent, transport and tourism destination managers.

Abstract

Bali has been known for its natural beauty, the friendliness of its residents, and the diversity of its customs. Existing tourist attractions in Bali have a diversity of cultures in each region. The existence of similarities cultural between India and Bali resulted Indian tourist visits Bali increase rapidly from the previous year. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the decision of Indian tourists to visit Bali. This research was dig by using 150 respondents, the sample in this research used purposive sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Indian tourists who traveled to Bali, then analyzed by using factor analysis then the data processed by the SPSS version 17.0 program. The result of this research revealed that pull factor formed by service quality factors with eigen value 6.500, relaxation factor with eigen value 2.158, family factor with eigen value 1.789, nature factor with eigen value 1.342 and push factor that formed by social interaction factor with eigen value 1.116. Dominant factor that influencing the decision of Indian tourists to visit Bali is VFR factor (Visiting Friends and relatives) with eigen value of 6,500.

Abstract

Rural tourism development is very important to do because it is in line with the trend of sustainable tourism and the needs of new tourists. Batubulan Kangin Village has tourism potentials to develop as a rural tourism destination through a rural package tour. Mapping the village potential is very important to do to form a tour package. Marketing distribution channels need to be designed to reach the tourists as the consumer. The data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The informants were determined by purposive sampling and used descriptive qualitative technique to analysed the data. The result of this research shows that the natural attraction of Batubulan Kangin Village is rice fields scenery. The cultural attraction consists of authentic Balinese Cooking Class, offerings making class, and the village’s structure. Artificial attractions consist of a rice skin peeling process, wood carving gallery, Balinese Dance Studio, elementary school, Jaje Sirat House Production, Dug-Dug Mong Statue, and Balinese house. The amenities consist of food and beverage provision by Tumang Cooking Class. The accessibility is very adequate, and the ancillary service is potentially provided by the local communities. That potential can be packaged into a Half-day Cultural Cycling Tour Around Batuyang Village and 3 Days 2 Nights Tour Exploring the Authentic Way of Batuyang Village’s Life. The tour packages are managed and marketed directly via the internet, as well as collaborating with tourism drivers, tour guides, Five Pillar Experiences, GODEVI, and market places as the indirect marketing distribution channel.

Abstract

Prambanan is the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia, this temple already recognized by UNESCO as one of word heritage. One of the human resources supporting the attraction of the Prambanan Temple is local guide. The purpose of this research is to know influence of service quality local guide towards satisfaction for foreign tourist. This location of this research at Candi Prambanan with 190 respondent, for sample it use purposive sampling method. The data collect by kuisioner which spread to the guest after finish tour with the local guide. Analysis that used in this research is multiple regression with instrument by SPSS 17.0. The results from this research is: 1) Service Quality dimension tangible is influence towards the Satisfaction with point of Sig. 0.037 2) Service Quality dimension empathy not have influence towards the satisfaction with point of Sig. 0.226 3) Service Quality dimension responsiveness individually not have influence towards the Satisfaction with point Sig. 0.290 4) Service Quality dimension reliability have influence towards satisfaction with point Sig 0.02 5) Service Quality dimension assurance have influence towards satisfaction with point of Sig 0.000 6) Service Quality with all dimension (tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, assurance) have influence towards satisfaction.

Abstract

Aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di kawasan pariwisata Ubud saat ini sudah menjadi trend yang seiring semakin berkembangnya industri pariwisata di Ubud. Terdapat dua tempat usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual yang memiliki tingkat kunjungan wisatawan yang meningkat dan sekaligus menjadi pioneer usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual di Ubud, yaitu Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Penulis mencari data mengenai elemen produk dari produk pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Penulis juga mencari data mengenai karakteristik dan motivasi wisatawan, serta menggolongkan tipologi wisatawan yang melakukan aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengumpulan data tersebut adalah bahwa elemen produk pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn dapat dilihat berdasarkan physical plant, service, hospitality, freedom of choice dan involvement. Karakteristik wisatawan yang melakukan aktivitas pariwisata spiritual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn didominasi oleh kaum perempuan dengan umur rata-rata 31-40 tahun dan mereka yang datang dengan motivasi yang terdiri atas motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ektrinsik, secara intrinsik motivasi wisatawan adalah combination dan self belive, sedangkan secara ektrinsik adalah reference group/influence dan golongan tipologi wisatawan spiriual di Ubud Bodywork Centre dan Yoga Barn tergolong tipe Drifter dan Eksplorer. Disarankan untuk tokoh-tokoh pendahulu spiritual Ubud maupun pemilik usaha jasa pariwisata spiritual di Ubud untuk memfasilitasi orang lokal yang mempunyai keahlian di bidang aktivitas spiritual namun terkendala di bidang bahasa inggris, agar diberikan pelatihan-pelatihan maupun les yang nantinya agar guru/instruktur yoga maupun kegiatan spiritual lainnya nantinya di ajarkan langsung oleh masyarakat Ubud.

Abstract

Tenganan village of Karangasem regency is one of the ancient Balinese village. Tenganan village has the potential to be used as a variety of attractions both natural and cultural potential. One is the tourist tracking. Given that there are many potential Tenganan village that can be used as a tracking tour, but have not got a touch of communities and local governments. Lack of promotion and accessibility is one obstacle why several other attractions have not been able to flourish. In this regard, the issues raised are (1) what potential there is in Karangasem regency which is used as a tracking tour? (2) How to plan a tour package tracking can be developed to support the potential in Tenganan village? As for who becomes goals of this research was to determine the potential for tracking in the Tenganan Village, and how to plan a tour package tracking to support the potential of Tenganan village. Data collection in this research was done by observation, interviews, documentation and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source is the primary data and secondary data. Results of the research showed that of the observations conducted of the potential tracking in Tenganan village is still a lot of potential that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in the village of Tenganan just focus on gringsing fabric crafts and architecture of ancient houses, so that promotion to tourists to attractions alternative needs to be improved.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan orang untuk berwisata jelas akan mempengaruhi usaha disektor pariwisata. Dalam sektor pariwisata, pramuwisata yang juga menjadi ujung tombak dari pencitraan perusahaan sangatlah penting peranannya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata serta menghubungkan antara kepentingan dan kinerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pramuwista PT. Bali Sun Tours. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepentinagn dan tngkat kinerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pramuwisata di PT. Bali Sun Tours memperoleh rata-rata 87,62% artinya bahwa wisatawan yang menggunakan jasa pramuwisata di PT. Bali Sun Tours memperoleh kualitas pelayanan yang Baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis importance performance, pada kuadran A yang merupakan prioritas utama terdapat 1 indikator, pada kuadran B yang merupakan atribut yang perlu dipertahankan terdapat 9 indikator, pada kuadran C terdapat 6 indikator yang merupakan atribut dengan proritas terendah, pada kuadran D terdapat 1 indikator yang merupakan atribut dengan prioritas berlebihan dalam pelaksanaanya.

Abstract

Denpasar city has a variety of tourist potential, namely the potential of cultural tourism such as historical buildings, art attractions, a traditional market with a wide variety of traditional dishes as well as community activities related to culture. Given these potentials can be developed into a tourist city tour packages in Denpasar. In connection with the travel package packing city tour, then the formulation of issues to be discussed are (1) What is the potential of the city of Denpasar as a cultural tourist attraction ?, (2) How packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in Denpasar? This study aims to determine the potential of the city of Denpasar as cultural charms, knowing the way of packaging travel packages culture-based city tour in the city of Denpasar. Data collection techniques in this study was done by observation, interview, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the city of Denpasar has tourism potential which comprise the majority of the potential of cultural tourism, the potential that made travel packages in this study is the charm of the castle and temple, traditional market and museum in the city of Denpasar The potential is then packaged in three forms, namely, in narrative form, tabular and graphical form four- travel packages including: Melali ke Puri, Heritage Denpasar City Tour, Beautiful Cultural of Denpasar City Tour, Historic Denpasar City Tour.

Abstract

Munduk village is located in the district of Banjar, Buleleng regency, which has a variety of attractions that can be developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of tourism and packaging of tracking package tour with the concept of Tri Hita Karana in Munduk Village, Buleleng. The informants technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The informants in this research consisted of The chief of Munduk village, leaders community, and local guides. The analysis data technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research indicated that Munduk has tourism potential in terms of natural landscapes, arts, local community trust, habits of the population, and historic buildings. Based on this potential, Tracking activities in Munduk village will packed into a tour packages by applying the concept of Tri Hita Karana. The tracking tour packages is divided into two options, namely Munduk Waterfall Tracking and Munduk Rice Field Tracking.

Abstract

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.
