Abstract

ABSTRACT Improved Analysis of Value Added Cocoa Fermentation In Business Units productive (UUP) TunjungSari The purposeof this study was to determine the cocoa fermentation process, the determination of the value-added processing and obstacles encountered in increasing the added value of cocoa fermentation in productive Business Unit (UUP) Tunjung Sari. The study was conducted in January 2012, located at the Banjar Cangkup, Pesagi Village, District Penebel, Tabanan regency. Location selected (purposive). Data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. Selecting respondents (purposive) based on the duties and responsibilities ofeach.The analysis method used isdescriptive analysis method. This studyis descriptive qualitative. The primary data obtained fromdirect observationan dinterviews, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature. Based on the survey results revealed that the cocoa fermentation process include:(1)the procurement of raw materials, (2)bean sorting, (3)fermentation, (4)drying, (5)packing and (6)of storage.The results showed that the fermentation of raw material purchase cocoain 2011 amounting to Rp1,207,205,000, while sales of Rp 2,062,775,000. The added value obtained from the fermentation of cocoa processing Rp 2628.3/kg with a margin of 28.79%. From the above results should be productive Business Unit(UUP) SariTunjung more attention to quality, taking into account theamount of processing. Keyword : analysis, value added, cocoa fermentation

Abstract

Abstract The Enhancement of Baglog Production Efficiency through Acceleration Time of Production Cycle Critical Path Method Approach Lancar Abadi Company which has produced oyster mushrooms media (baglog) is involving many business players. The research objectives are to find out (1) mechanism of Supply Chain Management; (2) actual time and critical path on one cycle of production through Critical Path Method; and (3) crush time due to addition cost through Critical Path Method. The research uses descriptive quantitative method with model Performance of Activity approachment and Critical Path Method. Cost, time, capacity, and capability dimentions in Performance of Activity has been used to described performance activities that are part of the process in Supply Chain Management. The results show that (i) the baglog materials has been directly bought to the company by the suppliers, meanwhile, baglog had been directly obtained by the consumer through making an order to the Lancar Abadi Company;   (ii) The selected critical path consisting of the preparation, sifting, composting, draining, mixing, filling, until the mycelium growth with total 514 hours/cycle (iii) By the addition of acceleration cost about  Rp262.968,98, the company was able to speed up the production cycle about 32,57 hours (1.36 days). So that, company will be able to increase the additional 1.12 production cycle times/year which was equivalent to 899 baglog/year. Abstract

The Potential Analysis Availability Of Bamboo Plants and The Marketing ofBamboos Product at Kayubihi Village, Bangli Distric, Bangli Regency. Analysis of the potential availability of bamboo plants in Kayubihi Village, BangliSubdistrict, Bangli Regency is divided into two analyzes, namely the analysis ofpotential availability and marketing analysis. Analysis of potential availability to knowthe potency of bamboo found in Kayubihi Village while for marketing seen marketingchannel, marketing margin, and profit margin with the election of three main productsproduced by Kayubihi Village. Types of data used in this study are qualitative data andquantitative data and data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. Datacollection methods used there are three namely Library research, field research andstudy literature. The population in this study were 50 bamboo farmers who were alsobamboo craftsmen. Data analysis was done descriptively quantitative and qualitativedescriptive. The results showed that the analysis of potential availability with five typesof bamboo plants is under 200 clumps/ha which means not yet potential. Bamboo isprocessed into handicrafts and marketed for marketing the main products are sokasi,cakes basket, and coocked rice basked. Each product has three marketing channels. Themost profit margin obtained in each marketing channel is at producer level. The shortestmarketing margin in each channel because it is directly to the consumer.

Abstract

Marketing Efficiency Analysis of Wine Product by PT. Hatten Bali This research is aimed to acknowledge the system of the marketing channels and itsfunctions, calculate the margins of the marketing and producer share to alsoanalyzing the efficiency of overall products marketing system of hatten wineproducts by PT. Hatten Bali. The methods of data collection used are observation,interviews, and literatur reference. Methods for data collection in this study, wereobservation, interviews, and literatur reference. The samples using of 30 retailersaround Denpasar City and Badung Regency chosen with snowball sampling. Dataanalyzing by descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showedthat marketing channels of PT. Hatten Bali involving the retailers from hotels, villas,restaurants, and grocery stores. There are two types of marketing channels, type oneis producer-consumer while type two is producer-retailers-consumer. The highestmarketing margin from type two is recorded 181.000 idr per bottle while the lowestmarketing margin coming from type one is 0.000 idr per bottle. The highestproducer’s share is on type one by 100% and the lowest is on type two by 43.92%.The highest price efficiency is on type two by 222.73% and the lowest is on type oneby 100%. The highest operational efficiency is on type two by 9.279,20% and thelowest recorded is on type one by 3.917,81%. Type one of marketing channels is themost efficient channel based on the analysis of margin marketing, produsen sharesand price efficiency. While type two is the most efficient channel of marketing basedon its operational efficiency analysis.

Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Structure, Conduct, and Market Performance chili in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The research was done in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The study aims to determine the structure, conduct, and market performance. Data used is the qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed there are three types of marketing channels. Total of marketing agencies consisting of one person collector traders at once merchants inter-city and inter-island traders, and two retailers. Duopoly market structure shaped. Pricing is determined by the standard operational procedures (SOP) prices based on farmer’s recommendation. Market performance is measured by the analysis of marketing margin, the farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. At the first marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 3,000 with the farmer's share of 86.96% and 3.38% marketing efficiency, the second marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 5,000 with the farmer's share of 80% and 7.15% marketing efficiency, the third marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 15,000 with the farmer's share of 57.14% and 8.32% marketing efficiency. Abstract

Abstrack Inventory Analysis of Raw Materials Jack Beans (Canavalia ensiformis) On UD Arjuna Bali, Nyanglan Village, District Banjarangkan, Klungkung. UD Arjuna Bali raw material needs from 2011 till 2014 has increased, so it is necessary to analyze raw material inventory in anticipation of delays in arrival of raw materials that may occur and minimize the total inventory costs incurred by company. The purpose of study was to determine the efficiency of raw material inventory costs UD Arjuna Bali by comparing the total cost of the actual inventory cost and the total cost of inventory using the inventory control of raw materials effectively. Results of the study include ordering raw materials costs that should be done in company by booking of 6.601,48 kg, with a frequency of four times in one period. safety stock should be owned companies amounted to 196,66 kg. Reorder point made when inventory in warehouse of 393,32 kg and inventories amounted to 6.798,14 kg is maximum inventor. Cost efficiencies gained Rp 232.557,69 or 4,76% based on the difference between total cost of a real inventory of Rp 4.880.000,00 to the total cost of inventory after the analysis of Rp 4.647.442,31. The company expected to adopt the analysis efficiency of raw material inventory more efficiently and can be allocated for other purposes. Abstract

Analysis of Finece Performance Base on Fund Finance Ratio of PT. BPR. Saptacristy UtamaRural Banks (BPR) is a formal financial institution that has a function as a financialintermediary, especially on the national microfinance system. The study aimed tofind out the financial performance of PT. BPR. Saptacristy Utama when it wasanalyzed based on the financial ratios during the period of 2011 to 2015. Based onthe results of the financial analysis, liquidity ratio is categorized good, when viewedfrom the average cash ratio and the average loans to deposit ratio. The solvency ratiois said to be good, judging by the average capital adequacy ratio. Activity ratio isquite good when viewed from the multiplier leverage ratio and asset utilization ratiothat continue to increase. The profitability ratio is classified to be good,as can beseen on the average net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity. PT. BPR.Saptacristy Utama is expected to maintain its financial performance by strengtheningits business activities to increase the amount of its assets, the amount of thedistribution of funds in the form of loans and the placement of funds in other banksshould also be increased, revenue of operations and profits for subsequent yearsshould beincreased, as well as improving sale and service to its customers andprospective customers.

Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Paddy Rice Farming Income on the Gerbang Pangan Serasi Program in Tabanan Regency Gerbang Pangan Serasi (GPS) is a program of agriculture sectorthat began in 2013 at Tabanan regency. This program is a pilot system of organic agriculture with purposeto increase agriculture products and improve environment. The purpose of this research is to know the difference between GPS program farming with conventional farming which had already carried out by farmers. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, analysis was conducted on the weaknesses and advantages of the GPS program also comparative analysis of the costs, revenues, and R/C ratio.The results showed that there are three shortcomings and five advantages of GPS program compared to conventional farming. Results of the analysis showed that conventional farming and GPS programs spend the same cost. Results of the revenue and R/C ratios analysis shows GPS program is better than conventional farming. Based on the overall results of the research can be concluded that the GPS program farming more profitable in economic terms than conventional farming. Abstract

The Impact of the Quality of Services, Price and Promotionon the Consumer Satisfaction at BC Street Coffee DenpasarThe annual increase in the contribution made by the trading sector and hotel andrestaurant sector has caused the restaurants in Denpasar, including the BC Street Coffee,to be getting more competitive. It is necessary to analyze the factors, such as the qualityof services, price and promotion, which contribute to the consumer satisfaction. Thiscurrent study is intended to identify the characteristics of the respondents, the quality ofservices, price and promotion on the consumer satisfaction. The study was conductedfrom March to May 2018. The respondents totaled 50. The data were analyzed using thevalidity test, reliability test, multiple linier analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesistest, and descriptive analysis. The dominant consumers of the BC Street Coffee werefrom 18 to 25 years old, male, senior high school graduates, private employees andsingle. They felt highly satisfied with the quality of services, price and promotionprovided. Partially and simultaneously, the quality of services, price and promotionsignificantly contributed to the consumer satisfaction. The R Square showed that thequality of services, price and promotion contributed to the consumer satisfaction by62%, and the rest, namely 38%, was affected by the other variables. It is suggested thatthe BC Street Coffee should always pay attention to what is desired and needed by theconsumers and the price of the product offered. It is suggested to the future researchersthat they add other variables and another object under a particular territory.

Abstract

The Impact of Ijen Crater Tourism Object Development on the Improvement of Farmer’s Welfare This study looks at the impact of Ijen Crater tourism object development on the improvement of farmer’s welfare from economic, socio-cultural and environmental aspects. The study uses proportional sampling technique with farmers as respondents and a few key informants. The study uses interactive analysis method, which consists of four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this research show that, from the economic aspect, the development of Ijen Crater tourism object could lead to the availability of new business field. The farmers got additional income fluctuates depending on the numer of tourist visits. From the socio-cultural aspect, the development of Ijen Crater tourism object does not negatively impact the attitude of mutual helping, the preservation of traditional arts, the use of language, the level of education, the livelihood and the crime rate. From the environmental aspect, the development of Ijen Crater tourism object could lead to the increase in number and quality of tourism facilities and infrastructure, but not leading to land conversion.
