Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality of tofu businesses on customer satisfaction in Koto Tinggi Village. The phenomenon found in the field shows that the price of tofu is not commensurate with the quality of tofu products that often change, such as texture, taste, and aroma of tofu, which often affects customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining business continuity. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by SPSS software version 21. The population in this study were all consumers of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village with a sample size of 110 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique where the sample was selected based on criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village. The variable of product quality also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village. Simultaneously, price and product quality influence customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze budget realization in order to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of expenditure management at the Financial Affairs Unit (Bidkeu) of the Central Java Regional Police for the 2024 fiscal year, based on the Value for Money principle. A quantitative approach was employed, with the unit of analysis comprising the Bidkeu work unit, including Subbag Renmin, Subbidal Verif, and Subbidal Bia and Apk, focusing on personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, and capital expenditure. Primary data were collected through direct observation during a four-month internship, short interviews with relevant staff, and supported by financial documents such as the Budget Realization Report (LRA) and the Budget Implementation Document (DIPA). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods by calculating effectiveness and efficiency ratios in accordance with the criteria set out in Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 690.900.327 of 1996. The findings indicate that overall budget management demonstrates a very high level of effectiveness, as budget realization exceeded the established targets, although efficiency remains at a moderately efficient level due to incomplete budget absorption. Variations were found across expenditure types, while efficiency analysis revealed opportunities for improved cost control. Overall, the results confirm that the implementation of the Value for Money principle supports the strengthening of Good Governance in public financial management.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah daya tahan Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru masih kurang optimal, hal itu terlihat ketika melakukan pertandingan antar dojo, atlet terlihat cepat lelah setelah melakukan serangan terhadap lawan dan setelah mendapat serangan balik dari lawan, sehingga mengakibatkan serangan berikutnya menjadi kurang bertenaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru. Adapun yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 6 orang. Dalam penelitian teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 6 orang Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu pre test dan post test daya tahan dengan menggunakan tes lari 12 menit. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil rata-rata pretest daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru dengan lari 12 menit yaitu 1966.67meter dan hasil rata-rata posttest daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru dengan lari 12 menit yaitu 2425.00meter sehingga memberikan perubahan sebesar -458,333. Berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji t, diketahui bahwa hasil uji t hitung = 254,296 yang lebih besar dari t tabel = 407,124. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan circuit training yang telah diberikan memberikan dampak positif terhadap daya tahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru.
