Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality of tofu businesses on customer satisfaction in Koto Tinggi Village. The phenomenon found in the field shows that the price of tofu is not commensurate with the quality of tofu products that often change, such as texture, taste, and aroma of tofu, which often affects customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining business continuity. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by SPSS software version 21. The population in this study were all consumers of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village with a sample size of 110 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique where the sample was selected based on criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village. The variable of product quality also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village. Simultaneously, price and product quality influence customer satisfaction of tofu businesses in Koto Tinggi Village.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah daya tahan Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru masih kurang optimal, hal itu terlihat ketika melakukan pertandingan antar dojo, atlet terlihat cepat lelah setelah melakukan serangan terhadap lawan dan setelah mendapat serangan balik dari lawan, sehingga mengakibatkan serangan berikutnya menjadi kurang bertenaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru. Adapun yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 6 orang. Dalam penelitian teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 6 orang Atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu pre test dan post test daya tahan dengan menggunakan tes lari 12 menit. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil rata-rata pretest daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru dengan lari 12 menit yaitu 1966.67meter dan hasil rata-rata posttest daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru dengan lari 12 menit yaitu 2425.00meter sehingga memberikan perubahan sebesar -458,333. Berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji t, diketahui bahwa hasil uji t hitung = 254,296 yang lebih besar dari t tabel = 407,124. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan circuit training yang telah diberikan memberikan dampak positif terhadap daya tahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan atlit Taekwondo SRMA 31 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze budget realization in order to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of expenditure management at the Financial Affairs Unit (Bidkeu) of the Central Java Regional Police for the 2024 fiscal year, based on the Value for Money principle. A quantitative approach was employed, with the unit of analysis comprising the Bidkeu work unit, including Subbag Renmin, Subbidal Verif, and Subbidal Bia and Apk, focusing on personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, and capital expenditure. Primary data were collected through direct observation during a four-month internship, short interviews with relevant staff, and supported by financial documents such as the Budget Realization Report (LRA) and the Budget Implementation Document (DIPA). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods by calculating effectiveness and efficiency ratios in accordance with the criteria set out in Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 690.900.327 of 1996. The findings indicate that overall budget management demonstrates a very high level of effectiveness, as budget realization exceeded the established targets, although efficiency remains at a moderately efficient level due to incomplete budget absorption. Variations were found across expenditure types, while efficiency analysis revealed opportunities for improved cost control. Overall, the results confirm that the implementation of the Value for Money principle supports the strengthening of Good Governance in public financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to review literature on the influence of utilizing animated video learning media in improving student learning outcomes and to identify the inhibiting factors in its implementation in the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative literature review with a qualitative approach. The data used were 13 articles selected based on relevance, limited to publications from the last five years (2021–2025), discussing the impact of animated video learning media on student learning outcomes. Based on the literature review results, it can be concluded that the use of animated video learning media has positive effect on students’ learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of students’ post-test after learning using animated videos. However, there are several inhibiting factors in the implementation of animated video learning media, including limited facilities and infrastructure, teacher competence, and varying levels of student comprehension.

Abstract

This literature review explores the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology and its implications for vocational education in the context of Industry 4.0. Drawing from 30 peer-reviewed sources published between 2020 and 2025, the study identifies four key thematic areas: the advancement of AR in industry, architecture and interior design, environmental awareness, and vocational education. The rapid growth of AR as a transformative technology has led to its widespread adoption across various sectors, offering improvements in visualization, training, human-machine interaction, and collaborative work environments. In vocational education, AR enhances student engagement, facilitates experiential learning, and supports skill development through immersive and interactive simulations. However, challenges persist, including infrastructure limitations, educators’ digital literacy, and a lack of contextualized research on AR's integration into vocational learning. This review highlights that while AR holds immense potential to modernize vocational education and meet industrial demands, its effective implementation requires strategic curriculum redesign, capacity building among educators, and stronger industry-education partnerships. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for developing adaptive vocational learning models aligned with digital transformation and future workforce needs.

Abstract

Digital transformation encourages healthcare institutions to adopt more efficient accounting systems, including paperless accounting. JIH Yogyakarta Hospital implemented the Evizia application to address inefficiencies caused by paper-based accounting processes. This study aims to analyze the benefits and compare the costs and benefits of implementing a paperless accounting system using Evizia with the conventional system. A descriptive qualitative method with a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) approach was employed through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that Evizia improves administrative efficiency, accelerates financial reporting, enhances data accuracy and internal control, and reduces paper usage by approximately 30%, despite additional costs related to system leasing and maintenance. Overall, the implementation of the Evizia paperless accounting system is considered feasible and provides long-term strategic benefits for operational efficiency, financial governance, and environmental sustainability at JIH Yogyakarta Hospital.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the cashier system closing process on the accuracy of cash billing cross-checks at PT Unisia Medika Farma (RS JIH) in Yogyakarta. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative analysis of cash billing records from July, August, and December 2024 with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews with accounting staff. The findings reveal persistent inaccuracies in recording journal dates, with error rates ranging from 7.70% to 8.40% across the three months, indicating a systemic issue within the closing procedures. Qualitative analysis identified four main themes: human error as the primary constraining factor, established policies and procedures that face implementation gaps, significant impacts on financial stability including receivables backlogs and disrupted cash flow, and potential strategies for improvement. These strategies include implementing continuous training programs, stricter monitoring of outstanding receivables, enhancing inter-unit communication, and exploring automation technologies. The research contributes practically by providing data-driven recommendations for strengthening financial controls at RS JIH, and theoretically by extending the study of cashier system accuracy into the complex healthcare environment. The study concludes that improving the cashier system closing process is essential for enhancing financial reporting accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and ultimately supporting the hospital's capacity to deliver quality patient care through sound financial management.
