Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing effective learning media in increasing students' interest and motor skills, especially in rural areas. This study aims to test students' responses to e-modules based on local wisdom treasure games, as well as to see the influence of the e-modules on students' interest and motor skills before and after their use. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the study were 35 children in the interior village of Mentawai who were selected using random sampling techniques. The instruments used include observation sheets to measure students' responses to e-modules, as well as observation sheets to measure students' gross motor skills, both using the Likert scale. The data was analyzed with a T test to see the difference before and after the use of the e-module, as well as a correlation test to see the relationship between variables. The results showed that there was a significant difference in students' motor skills before and after using the e-module, as well as a significant difference in students' interest before and after using the e-module. The correlation test showed a very close relationship between students' response to the e-module and their motor skills, and between students' learning interests and motor skills. The conclusion of this study is that e-modules based on local wisdom games are effective in increasing students' interest and motor skills, with the implication that this e-module can be a useful learning medium to be applied more widely in rural areas.

Abstract

Career aspiration is one of the factors that influence one's career maturity. Career aspirations direct individual behavior to achieve the career that is their hopes or dreams. Career aspirations can help students choose a secondary school that matches the abilities and potentials of the individual. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in career aspirations of high school students with Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds. This research uses a comparative descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII who have Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds at SMA Negeri 1 Padang and SMA Don Bosco Padang. The research sample was 295 students consisting of 173 Minangkabau students (79 male & 94 female) and 122 Chinese students (64 male and 58 female). The instrument used was the Career Aspiration Level Entry List (DITAK). The measuring instrument used is valid and the reliability coefficient of DITAK is 0.86. Based on the results of the study, there are differences in the level of career aspirations of high school students with Minangkabau and Chinese cultural backgrounds, where the level of career aspirations of Chinese students is higher than that of Minangkabau students. The implication of the results of this study is as discussion material and input for the school in making guidance and counseling service programs, especially in the field of career development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying basic swimming learning using an android-based swimming coach and training motivation on learning outcomes for beginner swimmers. This research was conducted on students who took swimming courses. The number of samples taken was 30 people who came from students majoring in health and recreation, faculty of sports science. The type of data used in this research is correlation research. The data used are primary and secondary data. The test instrument used to test the instrument in this study is the validity test, reliability test. The hypothesis test used is the F test and t test. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used multiple linear regression (Multi Regression Test). Statistical calculations were carried out using the SPSS 20 computer program. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the application application variable (X1) and exercise motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the learning outcome variable (Y). This is based on the results of multiple regression analysis calculations Fcount = 0.974 > Ftable 3.32 with a significant level of p-value = 0.179 > 0.05. The application application variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on learning outcomes (Y), which is indicated by tcount = 1.381>0.161 and the significance of p-value = 0.176> 0.05. While the exercise motivation variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on work performance (Y), which is indicated by tcount = 1.388 > 1.32 and the significance of p-value = 0.391 <0.05.

Abstract

Motor development is very important in the stages of child development. Children's motor development is in accordance with the characteristics of children, namely playing so that good motor skills are needed to be able to support children's daily activities. This study aims to analyze the results of e-module development and gross motor skills of students in Mentawai district. This research is a type of development research (R&D). This research was developed using the ADDIE development model. The instruments used were media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and student motor skills observation sheets. The population of this study were students at Mentawai district, selected by purposive sampling technique. In this study, the data analyzed by using descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, percentage, median mode) and inferential statistics (assumption tests and hypothesis testing in the form of tests and correlation tests). The results showed that the electronic modules produced were categorized as good and there were differences in the results of the gross motor skills of the students in Mentawai district before and after the use of e-modules. This can be seen from the significance values obtained, namely 0.000 and 0.030. The conclusion that can be drawn is the creation of an electronic module for the frog jump game with a good category based on the results of media expert validation and material expert validation that can be accessed via a smartphone or laptop.

Abstract

This research is intended to create an E-Module for Physical Education (PE) on physical activity games in alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum, which offers a flexible, student-centered educational approach. In the context of PE, badminton not only enhances physical fitness but also helps to shape students' character and moral values. The development of this E-Module It adopts the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. A total of 84 seventh-grade students were selected as samples, divided into a limited trial group and a field trial group. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The findings of the study show that the PE badminton E-Module is highly effective when the development was carried out using the Research and Development (R&D) model following the ADDIE framework approach. This E-Module is specifically designed for seventh-grade students and integrates multimedia elements such as text, images, videos, audio, and interactivity, making it easy to use both in the classroom and at home. The validity of the E-Module is high, with scores of 90% for content, 85% for language, and 90% for media. The practicality of the E-Module is also rated very well with a score of 90%, demonstrating its ease of use for both teachers and students. Its effectiveness in improving students' understanding and motivation was proven, with a score of 92%. This E-Module is highly effective and serves as a valuable learning tool in PE, offering an engaging and interactive learning experience

Abstract

This study addresses the low improvement in training outcomes, particularly in mastering character-intelligence and fighting skills among junior athletes in Tarung Derajat martial arts. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of the BMB3 learning strategy in enhancing these aspects for early-age athletes at Kurata levels III (ages 10–12) and IV (ages 13–14). The study employed an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 athletes from the UNP Padang training center, selected through stratified-cluster random sampling. Data collection instruments included a Character-Intelligence Questionnaire and a Tarung Derajat fighting ability test. Descriptive statistics were used to reveal training conditions, while hypothesis testing employed the t-test. The results show: (1) a significant improvement in character-intelligence for 12-year-old athletes (Kurata III) with t = 6.22, p = 0.00; (2) a significant improvement for 14-year-old athletes (Kurata IV) with t = 11.81, p = 0.00; (3) a significant increase in fighting ability for 12-year-olds with t = 6.52, p = 0.00; and (4) a significant improvement in fighting ability for 14-year-olds with t = 7.05, p = 0.00. These findings demonstrate that the BMB3 learning strategy effectively enhances both character-intelligence and fighting skills in junior Tarung Derajat athletes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya akurasi shooting atlet klub Satelite Futsal Padang yang disebabkan oleh daya ledak otot tungkai dan koordinasi mata kaki yang mempengaruhi akurasi shooting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan koordinasi mata kaki terhadap akurasi shooting atlet klub Satelite Futsal Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional yang dilakukan dilapangan Family Futsal, Padang Timur, Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet klub Satelite Futsal Padang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 18 orang. Pengambilan data daya ledak otot tungkai diambil menggunakan tes standing broad jump, data koordinasi mata kaki diambil menggunakan tes sepak sasaran dan data akurasi shooting diambil menggunakan tes kemampuan akurasi shooting. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa data yang diperoleh terhadap Atlet Klub Satelite Futsal Padang yaitu 1) Daya ledak otot tungkai mempunyai hubungan secara signifikan terhadap akurasi shooting. 2) Koordinasi mata kaki mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap akurasi shooting. 3) Daya ledak otot tungkai dan koordinasi mata kaki secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap akurasi shooting.

Abstract

Analisis teknik merupakan penjabaran kajian keterampilan gerak dalam rangka pemecahan persoalan untuk evaluasi latihan. Teknik Tendangan Belakang memiliki peran penting dalam pertandingan beladiri Tarung Derajat. Rendahnya keterampilan teknik Tendangan Belakang Atlet Pelatda Padang menjadi salah satu perhatian yang perlu dievaluasi. Sebab, teknik tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu teknik andalan serta strategi mematikan dalam menunjang prestasi atlet. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis teknik Tendangan Belakang beladiri Tarung Derajat pada Atlet Pelatda kontingen Kota Padang. Metode penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif yang menyajikan hasil analisis teknik yang berkaitan dengan indikator gerak teknik Tendangan Belakang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kawah Derajat Sumbar. Sasaran penelitian adalah Atlet Pelatda Kota Padang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 16 atlet. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrumen ketetapan melakukan Tendangan Belakang, kemudian dilakukan tahap penilaian oleh judge. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif melalui persentase.Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, didapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Sebanyak 9 (68,73%) atlet memiliki tingkat penguasaan teknik Tendangan Belakang sebesar 68-73 dengan kategori cukup, dan (2) Sebanyak 7 (43,75%) atlet memiliki tingkat penguasaan teknik Tendangan Belakang sebesar 61-67 dengan kategori cukup.

Abstract

Didalam penelitian ini masalah yang di temukan adalah masih rendahnya prestasi atlet IKS.PI Kera Sakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan core stability terhadap kemampuan tendangan lurus. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat perguruan IKS.PI Kera Sakti Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 25 orang. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 20 orang atlet putra. Instrumen penelitian ini melalui tes pantulan papan berdiri, tes core stability, dan tes kemampuan tendangan lurus. Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi, korelasi ganda dan koefisien determinasi dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukan: (1) Terdapat kontribusi antara daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tendangan lurus atlet pencak silat perguruan IKS.PI Kera Sakti Pasaman Barat sebesar. (2) Ada komitmen antara core stability pada kemampuan menendang lurus atlet pencak silat perguruan IKS.PI Kera Sakti Pasaman Barat. (3) Ada komitmen antara kekuatan sensitif otot kaki dan core stability bersama-sama pada kapasitas tendangan lurus atlet pencak silat perguruan IKS.PI Kera Sakti Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah kurang maxsimalnya kemampuan koordinasi gerak dasar siswa usia 9-12 tahun di SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak dan tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan koordinasi gerak dasar siswa usia 9-12 tahun di SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak. iDeskriptif ikuantitatif iadalah isuatu imetode iyang ibertujuanuntuk imembuat igambar iatau ideskriptif itentang isuatu ikeadaan isecara iobjektif iyangmenggunakan iangka, imulai idari ipengumpulan idata, ipenafsiran iterhadap idatatersebut iserta ipenampilan idan ihasilnya.Pada ipenelitian iini iyang imenjadi ipopulasiadalahkeseluruhan dari siswa SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak pada siswa usia 9-12 tahun yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu 40 orang siswa SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak pada siswa usia 9-12 tahun. Presentaseidalam ipenelitian iini imenunjukkan ibahwa kemampuan lokomotor siswa usia 9-12 tahun di SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak dengan rata-rata “sedang” sebesar 40 %, kemampuan objek kontrol siswa usia 9-12 tahun di SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak dengan rata-rata “sedang” sebesar 42,5%, kemampuan gerak dasar siswa usia 9-12 tahun di SD Negeri 04 Koto Salak dengan rata-rata “sedang” sebesar 37,5%.
