Abstract

Absract : This study was motivated by the human need to communicate beside eat and drink. Leaners are expected to have basic skills in communication to be able to socialize with other people especially to develop and maintain close communicatioan, warm, and productive among fellow leaners. So the social life of learners can develop optimally without barriers. This study aim to understand each other in interpersonal comminication before the given group guidance services, to understand process of implementation of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication, to understand each other in interpersonal comminication after the given group guidance services, to understand differences in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance services, and to undestand the influence the group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication. This study the authors carried out in SMKN 4 Pekanbaru and lasted from march until the completion of research. The research subjects were 30 students. Sampling technique is purposive sample. As for the hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant difference in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after being given group guidance and there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. The results of this study show that with 58 dk and a standard error of 0,05 or 5% then obtained t tabel 2,000.  While the price of t hitung greater or equal to the t tabel then accepted ha. So tehe hyphothesis is accepted, which means there are significant differences in the ability to understand each other ini interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance. As for fhe effect of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication after the researchers looked for correlations in advance with the correlation coefficient was 0,83 and its determinant coefficient is 0,68.  Then there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of spiritual intelligence of students before and after the given group counseling and guidance to know how much influence the group to increase spiritual intelligence of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. Question in this study is: How much influence the group guidance to increase students' spiritual intelligence? Method in this study is a quasi experimental study with pretest-posttest design. Population of this study amounted to 76 students. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Samples were taken from 25% of the population, so that elected 30 students who have low spiritual intelligence in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Results of this research study shows that there are significant positive effect of group counseling to increasing the spiritual intelligence class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru by 25%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of group counseling services to the mentally health of inmates of children ( non-drug cases) in pekanbaru child prisons. The method used is pre experimental method using a pattern of the one group pretest-posttest design. Research is done twice: before the experiment(pre-test) and after the experiment (post-test)with a group Subject. Analysis data used in this study qualitative and descriptive analytics quantitative. Subject this study were selected using the technique of non-probability sampling withmethod purposive samplingnumbered 7 inmates children of non drug cases. This research was conducted by providing counseling services as much as 5 times meeting. Analysis group used is Wilcoxon test. The results showed there was no significant effect of group counseling services to the level of Mentally health (obtained Asymp. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the character values in terms of education and parents’s work of students of junior high school. This research is based on descriptive analysis and questionnaire is used as tools with respect to data gathering purpose. Total sample is 186 students and collected by using random technique. The collected data are then analyzed according to descriptive analysis scheme in form percentage. Result shows that the education level of Father and Mother graduated / did not graduate. The graduate showed a better proportion of character values compared to the level of education of Father and Mother graduated from college, graduated from high school, graduated / did not finish junior high school, and Graduated / did not finish primary school. Judging from the type of work Dad shows that the type of Dad's job as a civil servant shows a better proportion of character values than the job type of Father as a private employee / employee, educator, retired, TNI / Polri, self-employed, farmer, and trader. While the type of work of Mother as a private employee / employee shows the proportion of character values better than the type of work of the mother as educators, civil servants, IRT, entrepreneurs, and traders.Keywords : character values, level of education, type of work

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify parents 'attention to students, 2) To determine students' stress level, 3) To describe the attention of parents, 4) To describe the stress level of students, 5) To know how much influence the attention of the person Old to the stress level of students. The subjects of the study were all students of class VII of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru which amounted to 375 people, but the researchers only took 50% of the students of grade VII. Determination of sample by using Random Sampling technique. Where researchers chose class VII students because of the results of the phenomenon and AUM-U which has spread the number of students who experience stress. The results showed that the picture of parents attention 29.26% almost half still less attention, and the picture of stress levels of students 62.77% more than half of students experience a moderate level of stress. The results of correlation coefficient calculations X1 and X2 is -549 and the coefficient of determination 0.298 this shows the effective contribution of parents attention to the stress level experienced by 29.8%. Hypothesis test states there is a significant negative effect of attention of parents to the level of stress experienced by students of class XII SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Parental concern, stress level

Abstract: Not optimal achievement of early adolescent development tasks at school. Therefore, researchers feel the need to examine the task of student development. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) how the achievement of the students 'overall development task 2) how to describe the achievement of the students' developmental achievement 3) how to describe the achievement of female students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of achievement of early adolescent developmental tasks. The method used in this research is using descriptive quantitative. Abstract

Abstract: This study Aimed to see if there was an effect of group counseling tothe increase of student empathy. The sample was a class XI student of SMK FARMASIIKASARI PEKANBARU who have low empathy numbered 30 people. In this study therewere five times treatment group roomates guidance begins with a questionnaire pretestand posttest questionnaire terminated. Abstract

Abstract : Self-disclosure is part of the communication. Students should have the skills in communication. Difficulty in performing self-disclosure will make the students have difficulty in communicating with others. This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance towards increased self disclosure of the students, especially students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This type of research is True Experiment with the Control group pretest and posttest design. Subjects in this study were 20 students with lower levels of self-disclosure. From the results of data analysis using Wilcoxon test with SPSS 16 is obtained α= 0.005.α value less than 0.05 (0.005 <0.05), it can be concluded that there are significant differences levels of self-disclosure with the students before and after being given guidance services group. This means that students self-disclosure can be enhanced through group counseling. Mann Whiteney of test results between the experimental group and the control group with SPSS 16 is obtained α = 0,000. α value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), From these results concluded that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the post test results. That is the result of post test experimental group is better than the control group.The effect of group guidance to increase self-disclosure at 44.7%.Key Words : Guidance Group, Self Disclosure.
