Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Cirebon dengan pengambilan sampel berjumlah 100 orang, serta pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi variabel intervening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) to determine the planning of improving teacher performance through coaching model supervision with the TIRTA flow. (2) to determine the implementation of improving teacher performance through coaching model supervision with the TIRTA flow. (3) to determine the evaluation of improving teacher performance through coaching model supervision with the TIRTA Flow at SDN Bringin 02 Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. The qualitative research design goes through three stages, namely: orientation, exploration focus, and data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documentation. This study uses source triangulation. Data analysis with three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results (1) planning is done by forming a team responsible for improving teacher performance. Then the principal determines the teacher performance improvement program based on the results of the teacher performance evaluation and conducts program socialization. (2) Implementation is done by providing direction and motivation to all teachers. In the implementation, the principal carries out three activities, namely pre-observation, observation and post-observation which show that teachers are more reflective, collaboration between teachers increases. There is an increase in enthusiasm in participating in self-development. Teachers are more open and no longer awkward in conveying shortcomings. Teachers feel an increase in pedagogical skills, becoming more creative and innovative. (3) Evaluation is carried out by conveying the evaluation results openly, providing appreciation. The principal uses the evaluation results to prepare the next coaching program. The principal facilitates sharing sessions, gives awards or recognition to teachers. The conclusion of improving teacher performance through coaching model supervision with the TIRTA flow is good by going through three steps of activity, namely planning, implementation and evaluation

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami seberapa besar dampak Kompensasi dan Stres Kerja terhadap Niat Berpindah Kerja (Turnover Intention) dengan Job Embeddedness sebagai variabel perantara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan PT Pertamina RJBT 4 Semarang, yang menjadi perhatian utama karena dinamika kerja dan beban tugas yang tinggi dapat memengaruhi keputusan karyawan untuk tetap bertahan atau keluar dari perusahaan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode non-probability sampling melalui pendekatan sensus, sehingga seluruh individu yang relevan dijadikan responden untuk memperoleh gambaran data yang komprehensif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dirancang secara sistematis untuk mengukur variabel kompensasi, stres kerja, job embeddedness, serta niat berpindah kerja. Instrumen penelitian telah disusun berdasarkan indikator yang valid dan reliabel. Data yang diterima kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Artinya, perubahan tingkat kompensasi dapat memengaruhi kecenderungan karyawan untuk berpindah kerja. Stres Kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, di mana meningkatnya tekanan dan beban kerja mendorong karyawan untuk mempertimbangkan keluar dari perusahaan. Selain itu, Kompensasi dan Stres Kerja secara simultan terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kedua faktor ini untuk menjaga tingkat retensi karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the influence of Influencer Marketing and Content Marketing, mediated by Online Customer Review, on purchasing decisions. Competition in the beauty product industry is becoming increasingly intense due to the large number of brands circulating in the market. The research population consists of consumers who have purchased The Originote products in the Semarang area. The sample includes 100 respondents with the criteria of having purchased The Originote products at least twice and being students, university students, or workers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to The Originote product consumers in the Semarang area. The testing in this study employed the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method for analysis. This research is expected to provide benefits to the field of knowledge and serve as a reference for the beauty industry in understanding the factors influencing consumers’ purchasing decisions

Abstract

Knowledge Donating terhadap Human Capital serta implikasinya pada Business Sustainability pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Grobogan, Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan seluruh item dinyatakan layak untuk dianalisis. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Community Agreeableness dan Knowledge Donating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Human Capital. Selain itu, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Business Sustainability. Namun, Human Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Business Sustainability, yang menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan UKM lebih banyak ditentukan oleh kemampuan membangun jejaring sosial dan berbagi pengetahuan dibandingkan kemampuan modal manusia secara individual. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif dan mendorong budaya berbagi pengetahuan di antara pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memastikan keberlangsungan usaha jangka panjang. Penguatan hubungan komunitas dan kepercayaan bersama dapat menciptakan sinergi yang memfasilitasi inovasi, adaptabilitas, dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur keberlanjutan UKM dengan menekankan dimensi sosial dan berbagi pengetahuan sebagai strategi utama keberlangsungan bisnis, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha, pembuat kebijakan, dan jaringan bisnis berbasis komunitas dalam mengembangkan program yang mendukung kerja sama, pembentukan kepercayaan, dan pertukaran informasi.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to analyze how taxpayer behavioral factors (Compliance) and technical taxation factors (Treatment of Fiscal Asset Depreciation) simultaneously influence Legal Certainty in determining Corporate Income Tax (CIT) in Indonesia. Methodology – This study employs a normative legal research method with a statutory approach through the analysis of the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures (UU KUP), the Income Tax Law (UU PPh), and the Tax Harmonization Law (UU HPP) as primary legal foundations. Findings – The results indicate that Legal Certainty in Corporate Income Tax is achieved through the synergy of Taxpayer Compliance levels, which minimize dispute risks (Dewi et al., 2025), and the precision of Fiscal Asset Depreciation treatment through accurate fiscal reconciliation in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 72 of 2023 (Aryani & Romanda, 2023). Implications – This research emphasizes the significance of harmonization between taxpayer awareness education and the clarity of technical regulations concerning asset depreciation. Originality – This paper integrates behavioral aspects and technical tax accounting into a single conceptual framework for tax legal certainty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan repurchase intention melalui customer experience dan product rating yang di mediasi oleh brand image . Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Subjek populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh masyarakat di Kota Semarang yang dan pernah membeli produk Erigo. Jumlah pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Moe. Rumus pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Metode penelitian melalui program IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat beberapa temuan yaitu, terdapat pengaruh positif antara customer experience terhadap brand image, terdapat pengaruh positif antara product rating terhadap brand image, terdapat pengaruh positif antara customer experience terhadap repurchase intention, terdapat pengaruh antara product rating  terhaap rpurchase intention, terdapat pengaruh positif brand image terhadap repurchase intention, dan brand image dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung antara cutomer experience, product rating terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas user generated content (UGC) dan strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan customer engagement serta repurchase intention pengguna TikTok Shop di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melibatkan 172 responden aktif. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh UGC dan strategi promosi terhadap keterlibatan pelanggan dan niat pembelian ulang. Hasil menunjukkan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial. Studi merekomendasikan pelaku usaha TikTok Shop memaksimalkan UGC dan mengoptimalkan promosi guna memperkuat engagement serta mendorong repurchase intention.

Abstract

Objective – This research aims to provide a practical contribution to air cargo operational management and serve as an academic reference for the development and study of air transportation management. Methods – This research utilizes literature review, document analysis, and comparison of handling reports with standard air transportation regulations. The findings are analyzed based on operational management concepts and aviation legal provisions. Results – The study of Garuda Indonesia Cargo Semarang indicates that the company has, in principle, fulfilled its legal responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This implementation is evident in the irregularity cargo handling mechanism, which includes a claims process and compensation for service users based on established internal procedures, and also refers to Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation, Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 77 of 2011 concerning Air Transport Responsibility for Domestic Shipments, and the 1999 Montreal Convention for International Shipments. Implications – The research results can serve as a basis for evaluating and improving air cargo operational management, particularly in preventing irregularity cargo. The research findings emphasize the importance of strengthening operational management, increasing reservation data accuracy, standardizing packaging, and improving coordination between airlines and cargo agents. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to reduce the risk of loss for both service users and airlines, increase legal certainty for service users, and strengthen trust in air cargo services. Originality - This research's originality lies in its analytical approach, which combines air cargo operational practices with national and international legal frameworks. This research not only assesses regulatory compliance but also links it to the operational management concept at Garuda Indonesia Cargo Semarang, focusing on cargo irregularity as the interface between operational risk and legal liability.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of training and discipline on the work readiness of participants in the vocational training program to Japan, positioning self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Methodology – This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 123 individuals currently undergoing vocational education for the Japan program. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and mediation analysis assisted by SPSS software. Findings – The research findings indicate that training and discipline have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Furthermore, self-efficacy and discipline were proven to have a significant effect on work readiness, while training does not have a significant direct effect. Self-efficacy was identified as a crucial mediating factor in connecting the influence of training and discipline to the work readiness of participants. Implications – These results emphasize the importance of strengthening psychological aspects, specifically self-efficacy, in designing international job training programs to enhance participants' adaptation readiness in the Japanese work environment. Originality – This study contributes to human resource management literature by integrating discipline and training variables within a single self-efficacy mediation model specifically for the context of overseas job training participants.
