Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Life Balance (WLB), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on employee job satisfaction at PT PAN Brothers Boyolali. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 63 employees from the warehouse material department. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale to measure the three independent variables and job satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS with the SEM-PLS method. The results indicate that OCB, WLB, and CSR have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. OCB creates a harmonious work environment, WLB encourages employees to perform their roles more effectively, and CSR has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of human resource management strategies to improve job satisfaction through the OCB, WLB, and CSR approaches.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Job Stress and Satisfaction on Turnover Intention mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Pekalongan Post Office. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Pekalongan Branch. The number of respondents taken was 100 employees. Data analysis uses SmartPLS to test the validity, reliability and test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that work stress has a significantly positive effect on Turnover Intention and a negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction has no effect on Turnover Intention and has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has no effect on Turnover Intention. The results of path analysis testing on the indirect effect of both job stress and job satisfaction on switching intentions through organizational commitment did not show a significant relationship. Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought major changes in various aspects of organizations, including how human resource management (HR) plays a role in preparing for digital transformation. This research aims to analyze the role of human resource management in preparing organizations for transformation in the 4.0 era. The type of research is qualitative, using the literature study method. The data sources come from journals and books related to HR management and transformation in the 4.0 era. The data analysis technique uses thematic analysis from the data source. The research results show that the role of HRM is in preparing organizations for transformation in the 4.0 era including as a strategic partner for organizational transformation, developing workforce digital competency, utilizing HR technology for process efficiency, transformational leadership as a driver of change, creating a culture of innovation and collaboration, flexibility in workforce management, managing resistance to change, data-based performance management, increasing engagement and employee satisfaction, and achieving organizational sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, time management, self-efficacy, and social support on the academic achievement of activist students active in student organizations (ORMAWA) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, this research involves ORMAWA-affiliated activist students as respondents. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire covering motivation, time management, self-efficacy, social support, and academic achievement variables. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software to assess validity, reliability, and the influence of independent variables on academic achievement. The findings indicate that these four variables contribute significantly, accounting for 70.3% of students' academic achievement in ORMAWA. This result underscores the importance of developing motivation, time management skills, self-efficacy, and social support to enhance students' academic success. Universities are encouraged to offer relevant programs to improve students' soft skills. This study contributes to the literature and provides opportunities for further research by adding variables and expanding the sample.

Abstract

Work-Life Balance (WLB) has become a crucial component of juggling work and personal obligations, especially for medical professionals who have a lot on their plate. With an emphasis on the moderating function of Co-worker Relationship Quality (CwRQ), this study examines the effect of WLB on project performance among medical and paramedical professionals at RSUD Dr. Gunawan Mangunkusumo. Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to examine the quantitative data that was gathered from 147 respondents using structured questionnaires. WLB has a beneficial impact on project performance, according to the data (β=0.418, p < 0.001). Additionally, CwRQ enhances the association between WLB and project performance (β=0.382, p < 0.001) in addition to having a direct favorable impact on project performance (β=0.359, p < 0.001). These results highlight how crucial it is to have a healthy work-life balance and cultivate positive connections with coworkers in order to improve project success in healthcare settings.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yakni faktor determinan keberhasilan organisasi yang berakar pada kualitas input individu serta tingkat profesionalisme kerja yang konsisten. Studi dimaksudkan guna menelaah keterkaitan lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Yafindo Marico Indonesia, ditinjau secara parsial maupun simultan. Studi memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel studi sejumlah 100 karyawan yang difilter melalui purposive sampling. Data dihimpun melalui pendistribusian kuesioner dengan skala Likert kemudian dianalisis memanfaatkan SPSS versi 21. Teknik analisis yang diaplikasikan mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Temuan menginformasikan lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, temuan secara simultan membuktikan bahwasanya ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Yafindo Marico Indonesia. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, implementasi kedisiplinan yang berkesinambungan serta penguatan motivasi sebagai elemen krusial dalam mengakselerasi performa pegawai. Studi mengarah pada penguatan literatur empiris sekaligus menyediakan kerangka kerja bagi manajemen dalam menyempurnakan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen waktu dan komunikasi waktu terhadap kinerja anggota organisasi Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Adalah metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif, dengan cara menggambarkan secara lebih mendalam tentang variabel yang diteliti dan pada umumnya berkaitan dengan opini (individu, kelompok atau organisasional terhadap kejadian). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pengurus harian organisasi unit kegiatan mahasiswa universitas muhammadiyah surakarta yang berjumlah 98 responden. Alat pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model SEM dengan pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu manajemen waktu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagement, Psychological Capital,Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di UniversitasMuhammadiyah Surakarta. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif, dengan cakupan populasi yangmeliputi pegawai di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Tercatat sebanyak 204 orang berpartisipasisebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakanteknik PLS-SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EmployeeEngagement, Psychological Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, besarnya pengaruh variabel EmployeeEngagement, Psychological Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas TerhadapKinerja Pegawai yaitu dengan nilai 0,566 atau 56,6%.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of work ability and work motivation on employee performance through the implementation of a reward system at the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The research sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The variables analyzed include Work Ability, Work Motivation, Reward System, and Employee Performance. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that work ability and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the reward system does not show a significant impact. The limitations of this research lie in the scope of respondents, which only includes employees of the Regional Secretariat of Magetan Regency, as well as variations in work tenure, educational background, and job positions that may influence respondents’ perceptions.
