Abstract

Semanggi MSMEs have the potential to improve the economy in the Sememi sub-district if the management and existing resources are well utilized by MSME actors. The observed weaknesses of Semanggi MSMEs are the lack of use of digital market place media to market their products and the lack of financial management of MSMEs. The existence of these obstacles has become an inspiration for the PKM team to carry out Community Service (PkM) activities in the form of financial management training and marketing places for Semanggi MSMEs in Semanggi village, Sememi sub-district, Benowo sub-district, Surabaya City so that it is hoped that they will be able to utilize the great potential they already have.The offline PKM activity was carried out on July 8 2024 in Semanggi Village, Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya with a total of 25 participants. The output of this research is the PKM journal, videos of PKM activities uploaded on YouTube, and activities published in several mass media. The benefits for MSME participants are increased knowledge and skills of MSME players so that they are able to increase income generation through good financial management and an increase in digital market place marketing in MSMEs so that indicators for MSMEs moving up a class can be achieved and get appreciation in Surabaya.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran inovatif yang mampu menjawab tantangan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, khususnya dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa video interaktif berbasis Google Sites yang mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada materi Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 10 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup lembar validasi ahli, angket respon peserta didik, serta tes pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi, yaitu 96% dari ahli materi, 88% dari ahli media, dan 96% dari ahli bahasa. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada 30 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dan menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 53,3% menjadi 83% dengan N-Gain 0,63. Respon peserta didik juga sangat positif dengan persentase kepraktisan sebesar 93%. Kesimpulannya, video interaktif berbasis Google Sites sangat layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam materi Akuntansi Perusahaan Dagang di SMK

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the use of financial technology, lifestyle, peer interaction, and self-control on the personal management of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, with the study subjects being students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, specifically the Class of 2021 in the Bachelor of Accounting Education, Bachelor of Accounting, and Bachelor of Management study programs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which involved a total of 188 students. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25. The results of the study show that (1) the use of financial technology, lifestyle, peer interaction, and self-control has a simultaneous effect on students' personal financial management. (2) The use of financial technology does not have a significant effect on students' personal financial management. (3) Lifestyle affects students' personal financial management. (4) Peer interaction affects students' personal financial management. (5) Self-control affects students' personal financial management. The adjusted R-squared value in this study was 46.9%, which means that the contribution of the influence of the use of financial technology, lifestyle, peer interaction, and self-control on students' personal financial management was 46.9%. While the remaining 53.1% was influenced by other variables outside this study.
