Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Gorontalo menangani bencana dengan cara memasang rambu lalu lintas bencana sebagai informasi lokasi bencana kepada masyarakat. Akan tetapi informasi yang disampaikan belum lengkap dan meluas kepada masyarakat yang berada di luar Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan penyajian informasi lokasi bencana alam di Kabupaten Gorontalo menggunakan sistem informasi geografis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu metode Prototype. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis Lokasi Bencana Alam dapat meningkatkan penyajian informasi lokasi bencana alam di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sistem ini dapat membantu pihak BPBD Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam menyampaikan informasi bencana secara lengkap berupa informasi lokasi kejadian bencana, jenis bencana, jumlah penduduk, jumlah korban bencana, dan detail korban bencana kepada masyarakat. Sistem ini menggunakan teknologi sms gateway sebagai pintu gerbang untuk menerima sms laporan masyarakat saat terjadi bencana dan menggunakan teknologi web service sebagai pertukaran data dengan sistem informasi penyaluran bantuan logistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) TPA berbasis mobile web untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi TPA dikota Gorontalo yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siklus pengembangan SIG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIG TPA dapat menyajikan informasi secara ringkas dan jelas berupa gambar peta dan informasi mengenai TPA sehingga orang tua dapat memilih TPA yang sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan. SIG TPA juga dapat membantu petugas TPA dalam menyajikan informasi TPA kepada masyarakat dan mendata santri dengan cepat. Selain itu, SIG TPA membantu pemerintah daerah khususnya Kementrian Agama dalam mendata, mengontrol dan mengawasi TPA yang berada di Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Communication between members of the community within the Neighborhood Association (RT) is often hampered due to the activities of each resident, making it difficult for the residents to share important information with each other. This study aims to build a mobile-based application as a communication medium for citizens in the RT environment. The research method used is the waterfall system development method which includes requirements analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The results show that the mobile-based E-Warga Application can be used as a communication medium for citizens. The mobile-based E-Warga application helps the public to share important information, access various services and information needed.

Abstract

Gorontalo City has a Smart City program that can help community activities, one of which is through easy access to data. However, currently stakeholders and the community have not been able to access these data easily, transparently, and accountably. The purpose of this research is to build an open government data portal application in Gorontalo City to make it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data in a transparent and accountable manner as an effort to create a more open government (Open Government), participatory, and innovative. The research method used in this research is the prototyping method, which is a software system development method where developers and users can interact with each other during the system creation process so that users can clearly define their needs to be translated by developers into application form. The prototyping method includes data collection for various sectors in each SKPD in Gorontalo City, data analysis, system prototype development which is an overview of the application being built, prototype evaluation, system coding namely the development of open data portal applications, system testing, and system evaluation by users. The results showed that the open data portal made it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data. With this open data portal application, the performance of the Gorontalo City government is more transparent and accountable in providing information for the people of Gorontalo City in particular and the public in general.

Abstract

The learning process today requires us to use various kinds of learning media to mediate various kinds of student learning styles, one of which is in terms of attracting students' interest in learning and improving learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to see the advantages of SAC, especially the suitability of SAC to be used as a tool in the development of interactive multimedia learning, this research design will discuss the design of SAC for certain subject matter. In the development of this learning media using R&D research methods that have been modified according to the needs of media development. The results of this study concluded that from the aspect of the appearance of the learning media it was very interesting, the aspect of the content of the material was very feasible and the aspect of usefulness was very useful. The results of student assessment based on the display aspect get a percentage score of 53.3% or very interesting, student assessment based on the content aspect gets a percentage score of 56.7% or very feasible, while the usability aspect gets a percentage score of 56.7% or very useful.

Abstract

Informatics subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Paguyaman still largely use conventional learning media, such as printed books, worksheets, and PowerPoint slides, which cannot provide an interactive and engaging learning experience. This condition has an impact on low student interest, participation, and understanding of the material. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of implementing a smart app creator in designing and developing Android-based interactive learning media as a more effective, engaging, and easily accessible learning solution. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model that includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The developed media is equipped with interactive features such as visual materials, quizzes, and educational games tailored to the characteristics of vocational school students. The validation results showed that the media obtained an average score of 138 from material experts, 106.5 from media experts, and 101 from student assessments, all of which are included in the "Very Feasible" category. Based on these results, the developed learning media is declared feasible for use to improve the quality of Informatics learning. In addition, this media is also able to provide a more active, interactive, and interesting learning experience for students.
