Abstract

Sexual education or sex education in early childhood is an important aspect in forming children's understanding of the body, personal boundaries, and the concepts of consent and safety. This education does not only focus on biological aspects, but also on ethical, social and emotional values that support children's healthy development. By providing age-appropriate information, children can better understand their bodies, recognize good and bad touch, and avoid the risk of sexual exploitation or violence. Not only that, the role of parents is also very important in looking after children in broadcasts on YouTube, television, in this case children often model what children have seen.

Abstract

School development requires strategic leadership to ensure continuous improvement in educational quality and sustainability. However, many elementary schools still face challenges related to instructional quality, teacher capacity, and resource management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the leadership strategies implemented by the principal in developing SDN 4 Kaliaman, Kembang Subdistrict, Jepara Regency. This research employed a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal implemented strategic leadership through participative school planning, teacher empowerment via continuous professional development, integration of technology in learning, and collaboration with parents and the local community. In addition, effective infrastructure development and efficient budget management supported the successful implementation of school programs. The study concludes that strategic leadership characterized by participatory planning, teacher capacity building, and optimal resource utilization plays a crucial role in fostering a conducive learning environment and supporting sustainable school development.

Abstract

Study This aim for know the effectiveness of animal flashcard media in introduce vocabulary​​ English for children age 5-6 years. The method used is pre- experimental with one pretest-posttest design. Subjects study totaling 10 children Group B in an Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Annida. Data collection techniques use test mastery vocabulary before and after​ treatment. The pretest results showed that all over child is at in category low with an average score of 17.5. After given treatment learning using animal flashcard media, posttest scores increased with an average of 35.6. A total of 5 children is at in category tall and 5 children is at in very high category. The t-test results show existence significant difference​ between the pretest and posttest. The results of the N-Gain test reached the value of 32.3% which is included in high. Besides that, the results of the Pearson correlation test show very strong and significant relationship between use of flashcard media with improvement vocabulary, with r value = 0.966 and p = 0.000. With thus, it can It can be concluded that animal flashcard media is effective. in introduce vocabulary​​ English for children age 5-6 years

Abstract

The trend of suicide among adolescents is on the rise, especially among high school students. Suicide risk factors in adolescents are the cause of suicidal ideation in these adolescents. This research employs a survey research design. The study population consists of 607 students. Data collection utilizes the adoption of an early detection scale for suicide risk factors in high school adolescents. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The research findings show that (1) 56 percent of students have low-risk factors, 42.5 percent have moderate risk factors, and 1.5 percent have high-risk factors for adolescents suicidal ideation; (2) Burdensomeness and loneliness have the highest percentages in terms of the dimensions of suicide risk factors; (3) Female high school students are at a higher risk of having suicidal ideation compared to male high school students; (4) The 10th-grade adolescents students are at a higher risk of having suicidal ideation than 11th-grade adolescents students. It can be concluded that suicide risk factors in adolescents are crucial for the government, schools, and society to be aware of. Further research recommendations include the development of basic and responsive intervention services to reduce suicide risk factors in high school adolescents.
