Abstract

When customers actively participate in value creation, companies develop capabilities to understand customer needs. It shows that companies and customers play an active role in creating value. Some experts suggest that the inculcation of value is essential in the co-creation process between companies and customers and that customers change from passive listeners to active players. So the value creation process must focus on developing processes to support customer learning. Customers must learn relevant skills and behaviours in the purchase, production, and use of goods or services to participate and contribute to creating value effectively. Educating customers and ensuring customer knowledge of a service is the primary determinant of service quality and customer loyalty. This study uses Path Analysis to examines customer education's effect on customer loyalty through service quality. The result shows that customer education affects customer loyalty directly or indirectly through service quality. This study's findings indicate that customer education is an essential concept in achieving competitive advantage. Customer education is understood as active customer participation to improve excellent service

Abstract

Atribut-atribut yang melekat pada suatu produk khususnya produk “Internet of Things” (IoT) memiliki pengaruh pada pengalaman fungsional maupun emosional penggunanya sehingga pada akhirnya memengaruhi minal beli terhadap produk yang bersangkutan. Saat ini hampir semua pemilik kendaraan bermotor khususnya kendaraan roda empat menggunakan aplikasi GPS Navigasi. Pengalaman fungsional  merupakan penilaian pelanggan yang rasional yang meliputi manfaat secara fungsional yang mereka dapatkan dari penggunaan suatu produk. Pengalaman emosional terhadap suatu produk bisa berbentuk kepercayaan, harga diri, kedekatan dan menanamkan nilai yang tidak hanya berbentuk nilai fungsional semata. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen yang diteliti ada 6 yaitu: konektivitas, interaktivitas, rasa kehadiran, kecerdasan, kenyamanan, keamanan, sedangkan variabel mediasi yang digunakan adalah pengalaman fungsional dan pengalaman emosional, dan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian causal explanatory.  Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut konektivitas, interaktivitas, dan kecerdasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengalaman fungsional konsumen, serta atribut rasa kehadiran, interaktivitas, dan kenyamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengalaman emosional, sedangkan pengalaman emosional sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh positif pada minat beli. Hanya atribut keamanan yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pengalaman fungsional dan emosional konsumen pada aplikasi GPS Navigasi.

Abstract

Abstract.. This research was conducted to find out whether in this day and age, TikTok's social media marketing strategy can increase product sales volume. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research aims to discuss marketing strategies that affect the increase in sales of MSME products from company X which is engaged in the skincare business. The data collection instruments used in this study are observation (interviews) and retrieval of company X sales data for the last 6 (six) months. The data processing technique used is simple regression analysis. From the results of the R-Square test, as for the 76% marketing cost factor that affects sales volume, while 24% is influential due to other factors, the marketing strategy and marketing costs incurred by company X on TikTok social media greatly affect the increase in company sales volume.     Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah di zaman sekarang, strategi pemasaran media sosial TikTok dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas strategi pemasaran yang mempengaruhi peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM dari perusahaan X yang bergerak di bidang bisnis skincare. Instrumen  pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi (wawancara) dan     pengambilan data penjualan perusahaan X selama 6 (enam) bulan terakhir. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil uji R-Square, adapun 76% faktor biaya pemasaran yang mempengaruhi volume penjualan, sedangkan 24% berpengaruh karena faktor lain, Strategi pemasaran dan biaya pemasaran yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan X di media sosial TikTok sangat mempengaruhi peningkatan volume penjualan perusahaan.

Abstract

Cyberpreneurship, as a subset of entrepreneurship, is an emerging field focusing on the use of digital platforms and technologies in business. This study aims to analyze the development and trends in cyberpreneurship research over the past 17 years (1999-2023). The objective s to map the landscape of cyberpreneurship publications, identifying key countries, institutions, journals, authors, and keywords that dominate the field. Using the Dimensions citation indexing database, a bibliometric analysis was conducted, employing VOSviewer for visualizing the relationships among authors, institutions, and keywords. Data was examined based on publication pairs, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrence. The analysis shows that Malaysia leads in cyberpreneurship research, with Multimedia University as the most influential institution, and Education and Training as the most cited journal. The research also highlights a significant growth in cyberpreneurship studies, especially in the last few years, indicating its increasing importance post-COVID-19. The findings suggest that cyberpreneurship is still in its early stages, with substantial potential for future research, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence and digital business models. Further exploration is recommended, especially in countries like Indonesia, where digital entrepreneurship is rapidly evolving.

Abstract

This research wanted to understand the influence of service quality and price againts customer loyality through customer satisfaction. This research used quantitative approach. The object of this research is specified for Zodiac Hotel&rsquo;sconsumers in Bandung. The data used is primer data that obtained from 210 respondents and sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data obtained and analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Where obtained thatthe value of Tstatistic on service quality (9.39) > Ttable (1.97), the value of Tstatistic on price (1.01) < Ttable (1.97), and the value of Tstatistic on customer satisfaction (8.49) >Ttable (1.97). The result of this research showed that service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction impact loyalty, while the price is considered no effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The conclusion of this research was a significant effect on service quality and customer satisfaction impact loyalty Zodiac Hotel &lsquo;consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of city branding on city image, investigate the influence of city branding on decision to visit, and investigate the influence of city image on decision to visit. The research method used in this study is explanatory research. Sample of 156 tourist visiting the tourist attractions in Purwakarta. Method of data is collection questionnaire, causal explanatory, and using Path Analysis. The result showed that city branding variable (X) significantly influence on city image (Y1) about 40,7%, city branding variable (X) significantly influence on decision to visit (Y2) about 11,5%, city image variable (Y1) significantly influence on decision to visit (Y2) about 19,5%, and also city branding variables (X) and city image variable (Y1) significantly influence on decision to visit (Y2) about 50,20%. The conclusion of this research is a significant effect on city branding impact city image and decision to visit Purwakarta city.Keywords: city branding, city image, and decision to visit.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to examine the role of functional quality, technical quality, and corporate image on customer satisfaction. Individual-level analyses from a sample of 265 students of Management study at Economic Faculty of Maranatha Christian University indicate that functional quality and corporate image are positively and significantly associated with customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand trust on social media brand engagement (SMBE) with perceived social relatedness as a moderating variable. In today's digital era, social media has become an important platform for brands to build relationships with consumers, especially Generation Y who are very active on social media. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on social media users in the Bandung area. The results of the study indicate that brand trust has a significant effect on SMBE. In addition, perceived social relatedness is proven to moderate the relationship positively and significantly. This means that the level of social relatedness felt by consumers can strengthen the influence of trust in brands in increasing consumer engagement on social media. These findings provide important implications for marketing practitioners to not only build trust in brands but also create a sense of social relatedness among consumer communities in their social media strategies.

Abstract

Generasi Z menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan mereka, termasuk dalam memengaruhi preferensi pembelian. Generasi Z merupakan bagian penting dari kehidupan modern, termasuk dalam hal memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kredibilitas influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Azarine, dengan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran angket pada 96 responden dari Generasi Z yang telah membeli produk Azarine berdasarkan rekomendasi influencer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas influencer marketing, yang terdiri dari dimensi trustworthiness, expertise, dan attractiveness, memberi dampak signifikan pada brand trust. Brand trust, yang diukur melalui dimensi reliability dan intentionality, terbukti berperan sebagai mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara influencer marketing dan keputusan pembelian. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa influencer marketing secara langsung memengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 34,8%, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui brand trust mencapai 48,4%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pemasaran digital dan memberi manfaat praktis bagi industri skincare. Perusahaan disarankan memilih influencer yang sesuai dengan merek dan audiens untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan mendorong pembelian.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a digital asset accessible to the public and utilized for legal and illegal activities. While it serves as a medium of exchange and is recognized as a legal payment method in some countries, it has yet to attain such status in Indonesia. Nevertheless, by mid-2021, the number of Cryptocurrency investors in Indonesia had reached 6.5 million, with transaction values totaling 370.4 trillion rupiahs—surpassing the 5.37 million capital market investors recorded simultaneously. This study explores the profiles of Cryptocurrency investors. It also uses purposive sampling and multiple regression analysis to examine how awareness and perceived ease of use influence their motivation to adopt cryptocurrency. The findings reveal that awareness and ease of use significantly affect adoption motivation. These insights contribute to a better understanding of consumer behavior in the context of Cryptocurrency adoption.   Keywords: Crypto Currency, Profile, Awareness, Ownership Motivations   Abstrak Cryptocurrency adalah aset digital yang dapat diakses oleh publik dan digunakan untuk kegiatan baik secara legal dan ilegal. Meskipun berfungsi sebagai alat tukar dan diakui sebagai metode pembayaran legal di beberapa negara, masih banyak negara yang belum mengadopsi Cryptocurrency sebagai metode pembayaran ilegal salah satunya adalah Indonesia. Meski demikian, pada pertengahan 2021, jumlah investor mata uang kripto di Indonesia telah mencapai 6,5 juta, dengan nilai transaksi sebesar 370,4 triliun rupiah melampaui 5,37 juta investor pasar modal yang tercatat secara serentak. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi profil investor cryptocurrency. Ini juga menggunakan purposive sampling dan analisis regresi berganda untuk memeriksa bagaimana kesadaran dan kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan memengaruhi motivasi mereka untuk mengadopsi cryptocurrency. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa kesadaran dan kemudahan penggunaan secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi adopsi. Wawasan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang perilaku konsumen dalam konteks adopsi mata uang kripto.Kata kunci: Cryptocurrency, Profil, Kesadaran, Motivasi Kepemilikan
