Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the reward (X) indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation (Z). The population in this study were all employees of PT Indolakto Pandaan, totaling 300 people. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling method, namely 172 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS).   The results showed that the results showed that Reward had a direct effect on employee performance. Reward has a direct effect on employee performance mediated by employee work motivation, and reward has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation at PT Indolakto Pandaan. The contribution of reward, work motivation to explain employee performance is 59.6%. So there are still 40.4% other factors that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan karyawan, loyalitas kerja dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi adalah karyawan PT Trans Indonesia Supercorridor cabang Malang dan Surabaya, dengan sampel 50 karyawan serta teknik yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh negatif  tetapi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and teamwork on employee performance. The population in this study is Bank BRI KCP Unit Blimbing Malang, which operates in the banking sector. The samples were taken using a random sampling technique, with a total of 32 respondents, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable affects employee performance and the teamwork variable affects employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance with work innovation as a mediating variable. The quantitative methodology used in this investigation involves distributing cross-sectional surveys to 60 employees in Lenteng Regency, Sumenep Regency. Partial Least Square is used in structural equation modeling and model evaluation of the collected data. The data processing process in this study uses Smart PLS 3 software. Statistical analysis shows that knowledge sharing directly and indirectly affects performance. The findings of this study offer insight for employees in Lenteng Regency, Sumenep Regency to emphasize the importance of knowledge sharing in improving performance. This underscores the need for sub-district institutions to formulate more comprehensive regulations that promote that knowledge sharing is beneficial to all stakeholders and has a positive impact on performance.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi adalah persepsi bersama yang dimiliki oleh semua anggota organisasi. Budaya Organisasi dalam penelitian ini diadopsi dari nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan oleh BUMN yang dikenal dengan "Akhlak". Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi "Akhlak" dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi PLS 3.2 cerdas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi " Akhlak " mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, tetapi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja. Keaslian penelitian: penelitian ini menyoroti budaya organisasi yang dimiliki BUMN di Indonesia, yaitu "AKHLAK"

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. This study uses primary data whose data collection uses a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used the Research Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability Test), SEM PLS, Model Accuracy Test (R-Square, Hypothesis Test) with the help of SMART PLS 4. The population in this study were all STIE Malangkucecwara Management Department students totaling 100. The results of the research obtained using the t test show that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction with a result of 0.000, Product Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty with a result of 0.070, and Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty with a result of 0.000. Keywords: Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of information technology at this time has been very rapid, for that it encourages every business actor to come into contact with the world of information technology to support the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions and the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The population is a consumer of Dancell Warujayeng which numbers 100 respondents. The method of collecting data is to distribute questionnaires. The results showed that social media marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions and word of mouth also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research aim : to uncover and examine the factors that drive hedonic shopping behavior that leads to impulse buying Design/Methode/Approach : The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents in Java and Kalimantan in the form of google form (online). The number of samples is based on the number of indicators multiplied by 5, so that the number of 155 respondents is obtained which then the results of their answers are processed using PLS. The variables used in this research are website quality, hedonic shopping motivation, and sales promotion as independent variables, and impulse buying as the dependent variable. Research Finding : hedonic shopping incentive has a favorable and significant impact on impulsive purchasing whereas website quality has no bearing on this behavior. Sales promotions have a similar beneficial and strong impact on impulsive purchases. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that sales promotions make the link between website quality and impulsive purchases stronger. Theoretical contribution/Originality : The results of this study can add references for the development of marketing materials, especially those related to customer behavior. Practitionel/Policy implication : The results of this study can be input for companies and entrepreneurs to better understand consumer buying behavior and the factors that trigger impulse purchases so as to increase sales. Research limitation : This research is limited to three independent variables, namely website quality, hedonic shopping motivation, and sales promotion which influence impulsive purchases.
