Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian di Negara kita melaju cukup pesat, berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka akan semakin banyak muncul bisnis baru serta jenis produk dan jasa yang ada di berbagai bidang yang ada pada sektor bisnis Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara brand personality terhadap minat beli, kualitas produk terhadap minat beli dan citra merek terhadap minat beli. Adapun populasinya adalah konsumen yang menggunakan produk minyak Bimoli yang berjumlah 110 responden. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa semua hasil ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara brand personality terhadap minat beli, ada pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli dan ada pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Research conducted on a coffee shop in Malang is intended to examine and analyze the influence of personality, lifestyle, and compensation on employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 59 respondents that consisted of managers and employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that personality has no significant effect on employee performance, lifestyle has a negative effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. According to the partial test of each variable, compensation has the highest significant effect on employee performance since compensation is the primary motivation for employees to work to support their daily needs. Abstract

Pengusaha di Asosiasi Keripik Tempe Sanan Kota Malang perlu memperhatikan kebahagiaan kerja, motivasi kerja, dedikasi organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Proses peningkatan kinerja pekerja sangat penting. Prosedur ini sangat penting bagi reputasi perusahaan, yang sama pentingnya dengan kepentingan keuangan perusahaan. Karena kepuasan kerja terkait dengan keterlibatan dan retensi karyawan, ini merupakan faktor penting bagi bisnis untuk dipertimbangkan. Dedikasi organisasi pada UMKM Paguyuban Keripik Tempe Sanan Kota Malang telah meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Populasi pada riset ini yaitu pengrajin keripik tempe di Jl. Sanan gang III. Jumlah sampel sekitar 80 orang responden dengan memakai metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.00. Temuan riset membuktikan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berdampak langsung maupun tak langsung pada kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study explains the effect of compensation, motivation, and employee performance on employee satisfaction. The respondents in this study were 30 people. This research uses quantitative research. The method of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the Compensation variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction, the Motivation variable has a more dominant and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, and the performance variable has an influence on employee job satisfaction  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini meunjukkan variable Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, variable Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan variable kinerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV Lensa Informatika Surabaya dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 35 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect influence between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. The samples were 84 employees of PT Dos Ni Roha by taking simple random sampling technique. Using path-analysis, the results proved that there is a direct influence between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on job performance. Otherwise, there is no indirect effect between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on job performance through organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the un-significant effect of transformational leadership style on job performance and organizational commitment. Results of this study are supported by previous research. By using path analysis, the model found a new path to eliminate the influence of transformational leadership style variable (X1). The dominant variables was indirect effect between job satisfaction on job performance through organizational commitment with the largest beta.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Job Performance

Abstract

Perusahaaan yang sukses tidak lepas dari kinerja para pekerja. Oleh karena itu kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu fokus perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini peran pelatihan, partisipasi kerja, dan kompetensi diuji sehingga dapat diketahui apakah variable tersebut memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja pegawai Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Malang. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 88 responden yang didapatkan dengan Teknik proportional stratified random sampling serta rumus Slovin. Hasil pengolahan data memperlihatkan jika Pelatihan, Keterlibatan Kerja, serta Kompetensi berdampak substansial pada kinerja pegawai Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Malang secara terpisah.

Abstract

Muharram month is the month for Muslims to maximize their practice by sharing with others. For this reason, the service team of STIE Malangkucecwara together with Lazis Sabilillah Malang carried out spiritual activities with the theme of the meaning of Muharram as well as providing entrepreneurial motivation for orphans and poor people in the Sabilillah mosque area of Malang. This activity is at the same time providing compensation as a give away for orphans and dhuahas. This activity is expected to make the month of Muharram more meaningful and meaningful by making them happy and encouraging them to rise.

Abstract

Degenerative disease is a disease that needs special attention because with age, the functions of the organs of the body begin to decline. In connection with this, Community Service in the form of counseling about degenerative diseases and conducting health checks on local residents. This activity was carried out as a form of collaboration between STIE Malangkucecwara and LKSA At Taufiq Islamic Boarding School. The main goal is that residents gain sufficient insight and knowledge about degenerative diseases and know how to handle them. It is hoped that this counseling and examination will create people who are more alert and have a high awareness of health for a better life in the future.
