Abstract

The environmental issue is seems to be never-ending due to ongoing environmental damage. This has led to an increase awareness of environmental sustainability, resulting in a change how people perceive products. This change had an impact on new strategies for companies, commonly referred to as the green marketing mix, which includes the concept of environmentally friendly products. Therefore, companies must be aware of this as a manifestation of their concern for the environment and possess a competitive edge that can influence consumers to make purchases. This research aims to determine the influence of green products and prices on the purchasing decisions of Tessa tissue in Semarang City. This study falls under explanatory research, specifically uses purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample consists of 100 Tessa users in Semarang City, with  minimum age of 17 years. This research utilizes regression analysis using SPSS 26 as the tool. The research results show that there is a positive and significant partial influence on each variable, namely green products and prices, on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables influence consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study is to increase purchase decision, companies must consider of green product and price of their productKeywords: green product; price; purchasing decision; environmentIsu mengenai lingkungan menjadi salah satu isu yang hampir tidak ada habisnya, mengingat adanya kerusakan lingkungan yang terus terjadi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan yang dimana hal tersebut membawa perubahan pada cara pandang masyarakat pada sebuah produk. Perubahan tersebut berdampak pada strategi baru pada perusahaan yang biasa disebut green marketing mix, yang di dalamnya terdapat konsep mengenai produk ramah lingkungan. Untuk itu, perusahaan harus sadar akan hal tersebut sebagai wujud peduli perusahaan pada lingkungan serta memiliki nilai unggul yang mampu mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara green product dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian tisu Tessa di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam Penelitian Eksplanatori menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan ialah 100 orang pengguna tisu Tessa di Kota Semarang dengan umur minimal 17 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan alat bantu SPSS 26. Hasil uji penelitian menghasilkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada masing-masing variabel, yaitu green product dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian maka perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan aspek green product dan harga produk.Kata Kunci: green product; harga; keputusan pembelian; lingkungan

Abstract

Competition in the hair care product business is currently increasing, so companies must be able to develop and compete with competitors. Makarizo must be able to create products with quality so as to create a good image and then consumers will always remember Makarizo in their deepest thoughts. Data from outlet sales in Semarang City shows that the target achievement has not been maximized. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality on Makarizo's repurchase intention on Diponegoro University undergraduate students. This type of research uses explanatory research with a sample size of 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling techniques and accidental sampling research methods. The results showed that brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality were tested partially, had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, the study found that brand image has no significant effect on repurchase intention, brand awareness and perceived quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention where perceived quality has the most dominant influence. Based on these results, it is recommended that Makarizo further improve brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality so as to encourage consumers to make repurchases.Keywords: Brand Image; Brand Awareness; Perceived Quality; Repurchase IntentionPersaingan bisnis produk perawatan rambut saat ini semakin meningkat, maka perusahaan harus bisa berkembang dan bersaing dengan para pesaing. Makarizo harus mampu menciptakan produk dengan kualitas sehingga tercipta citra yang baik lalu konsumen akan selalu mengingat Makarizo dalam pikiran terdalam. Data dari penjualan outlet di Kota Semarang menunjukkan pencapaian target yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap repurchase intention Makarizo pada Mahasiswa S1 Universitas Diponegoro. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan metode penelitian accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image, brand awareness dan perceived quality diuji secara parsial, berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap repurchase intention. Secara simultan, penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand awareness dan perceived quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dimana perceived quality memiliki pengaruh paling domininan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disarankan Makarizo lebih meningkatkan brand image, brand awareness dan perceived quality sehingga mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali.Kata Kunci: Brand Image; Brand Awareness; Perceived Quality; Repurchase Intention

Abstract

 Abstract Employee performance can be identified through the production results of employees. Women are often expected to take care of household chores, family, and children; while they are also expected to be able to work and succeed in their jobs. This results in women being prone to experiencing conflicting role expectations, which also aligns with the suboptimal performance of employees. PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk in Semarang Regency has several female employees because there are jobs that require good detailing, with a total of 46 female employees. Data collection utilized a Rating Scale questionnaire. Analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 4.0 software. Findings reveal that conflicting role expectations significantly increase job stress, which, in turn, impacts employee performance positively. However, the direct effect of conflicting role expectations on performance is negligible. When mediated by job stress, conflicting role expectations exhibit a significant positive impact. This research advises PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk Semarang Regency to evaluate working hours policies, offer additional facilities, provide appreciation, and provide training and development.Keywords: employee performance; dual role conflict; job stressKinerja karyawan dapat diketahui melalui hasil produksi karyawan. Perempuan sering diharapkan untuk mengurus pekerjaan rumah tangga, keluarga, dan anak-anak; sementara mereka juga diharapkan untuk dapat bekerja dan berhasil dalam pekerjaannya. Hal ini mengakibatkan perempuan rentan mengalami konflik ekspektasi peran, yang juga sejalan dengan kinerja karyawan yang kurang optimal. PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk di Kabupaten Semarang memiliki beberapa karyawan perempuan karena ada pekerjaan yang membutuhkan detailing yang baik, dengan total 46 karyawan perempuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Rating Scale. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4.0. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa ekspektasi peran yang bertentangan secara signifikan meningkatkan stres kerja, yang pada gilirannya, berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Namun, efek langsung dari ekspektasi peran yang bertentangan terhadap kinerja dapat diabaikan. Ketika dimediasi oleh stres kerja, ekspektasi peran yang bertentangan menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menyarankan PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk Kabupaten Semarang untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan jam kerja, menawarkan fasilitas tambahan, memberikan apresiasi, dan memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan; konflik peran ganda; stres kerja

Abstract

The rapid expansion of social enterprises in Indonesia reflects a growing response to pressing socio-economic challenges. Existing research on Indonesian social entrepreneurship often examines these issues in isolation, lacking a comprehensive, integrative perspective. This study addresses this gap by conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 94 Scopus- and Google Scholar-indexed research articles, analyzed using Publish or Perish 8 and Covidence software. The findings reveal six interdependent dimensions shaping Indonesia’s social entrepreneurship ecosystem: (1) organizational and policy frameworks, (2) business models and financial sustainability, (3) social and economic impact, (4) education and innovation, (5) religiosity and cultural influences, and (6) gender dynamics. Unlike prior studies that focus predominantly on descriptive narratives and case studies, this research provides a holistic, critical analysis, highlighting persistent gaps in policy implementation, financial accessibility, and cross-sector collaboration. The study also situates Indonesia’s social entrepreneurship landscape within a broader global context, identifying key disparities and potential areas for alignment with international best practices. The findings carry significant implications: for academics, the study establishes a foundation for future research on policy interventions and sustainable business models; for policymakers, it underscores the urgency of developing structured financial support mechanisms and regulatory frameworks; and for social entrepreneurs, it provides a strategic roadmap to navigate challenges, leverage opportunities, and enhance impact. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical need for targeted interventions to strengthen Indonesia’s social enterprise sector. Without a concerted effort to address systemic constraints, the sector risks stagnation, limiting its ability to drive inclusive economic growth and social transformation.

Abstract

Nature tourism requires precision in managing it into a decent destination and has a high attractiveness. The previously owned potential becomes the impetus for better management. Glagah Wangi Beach is a type of marine tourism located in Demak. The attractions are in the form of a beach area, mangroves, and several beach rides. With the development of beaches with many tourist visits, new problems will arise, namely garbage that pollutes the beach area and has not been managed properly by tourism managers. Improvements are made around waste management for the realization of this destination as ecotourism tourism. Community-based management which is the focus of this activity aims to build the capacity of the local village community to continue to exist in the management of the ecotourism tourism industry. This community service is carried out in multi-years for 3 years with the first year's activities being to develop ecotourism potential through tourism waste management awareness through training in the manufacture of liquid fertilizer and composting. The goal is that people are aware of cleanliness and are able to utilize waste and beach waste into useful products. The result of this community service is an increase in knowledge, community insight in waste management, especially the manufacture of liquid fertilizer and composting. Keywords: waste management training; liquid fertilizer; composting; ecotourism

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning organization on employee performance, with creativity as a mediating variable, at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Riau. In facing business challenges in the energy sector that are constantly changing dynamically, companies need to develop a structured knowledge management system to improve the adaptive capabilities and productivity of their human resources. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method, which aims to explain the causal relationship between variables. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents who were employees of PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan, selected through purposive sampling techniques. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, and the data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the study showed that knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Creativity has also been shown to have a positive effect on improving employee performance. In addition, knowledge management also directly affects performance, and creativity acts as a partial mediator in the relationship. These findings indicate that the development of a learning organization based on a knowledge system will increase employee creativity, which in turn is able to drive continuous performance improvement. This study contributes both theoretically to the development of literature related to knowledge management and creativity, as well as practically as a basis for managerial decision making in building an innovative and knowledge-based work culture

Abstract

In the current business context, entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has been highlighted as key to improving firm performance. Despite the overall positive evidence on the association between EO and firm performance, scholars have stressed the importance of taking into account and properly managing intermediate capabilities. This study was conducted to examine the effect of entrepreneur orientation on business performance and Innovation. This research was carried out in Jepara Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 75 Furniture Business Owners. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is SEM with Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneur orientation does not have a significant influence on business performance. Innovation can mediate the influence of Entrepreneur Orientation on Business Performance. This study makes a novel contribution to the EO kinds of literature as it finds evidence that business model innovation is an effective way to funnel the firm’s entrepreneurial orientation into its innovation processes and to increase the success of new product development. Some suggestions for managers and future lines of research are proposed

Abstract

Kopi merupakan komoditas unggulan yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, posisi gepgrafis Desa Gedong, Kecamatan Patean, Kabupaten Kendal yang berbatasan langsung dengan Kabupaten Temagging menyebabkan kopi robusta Kendal cenderung dipasarkan ke wilayah Temanggung. Hal ini menyebabkan hilangnya identitas asal dan belum adanya pasar sendiri di daerah Kendal. Kopi Kendal yang belum dikenal secara luas dan belum memiliki Legalitas Indikasi  Geografis (IG) menjadi Kendala identitas dan jaminan mutu menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi Desa Gedong. Program pengabdian ini menawarkan solusi melalui penyusunan modul pemetaan geografis sebagai pengajuan sertifikasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan KKN, pendampingan pembentukan masyarakat perlindungan indikasi geografis (MPIG), focus group discussion (FGD) serta dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terbentuknya MPIG Kopi Robusta Kendal sebagai kelembagaan resmi, tersusunnya modul persyaratan IG yang memuat peta batas wilayah, deskripsi karakteristik kopi, standar mutu dan identitas produk. Program pengabdian ini menguatkan identitas kopi robusta Kendal melalui sertifikasi IG berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas akses pasar, serta memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi petani dan pelaku usaha lokal.
