Abstract

Rental research was carried out in the area of ​​Senggigi Beach, Senggigi Village, Batulayar Subdistrict, where the rental that occurred was unclear in carrying out the rental contract, especially in renting mats, because the terms and conditions that had to be in the rental had not been fulfilled, such as: both parties involved. carrying out a contract, consent and qabul in making a contract, goods/services being contracted, wages/payment for goods being contracted. In the field, the contract that took place was only known to one side, namely the merchant at that place, and then visitors assumed that the mat was a facility at that place because they had already bought it. In fact, the mats and snacks ordered are paid separately, visitors feel cheated by a contract like this. This research aims to discuss the practice of mat rental services at the Senggigi Beach tourist attraction, Batulayar district, and a review of sharia economic law regarding the practice of mat rental services at the Senggigi Beach tourist attraction, Batulayar district. This research uses a field research research method using a qualitative approach using descriptive data, namely data obtained from the field in the form of written and spoken words from people and the practice of mat rental services at the Senggigi beach tourist attraction, Senggigi Village, Batulayar District. Next, the researcher summarizes the results in the field to determine the focus of the research, the data is described in narrative form and draws conclusions to explain the findings based on an Islamic legal perspective. In practice, mat rental services for the Senggigi Beach tourist attraction are permitted under Islamic law. Because it can be said that both of them have fulfilled their rights and obligations as tenants and traders, and are pleased with each other regarding the contract which was not carried out at the beginning but was clarified at the end of the visit with the actual contract.

Abstract

Kajian spasial lanskap habitat Bekantan (Nasalis larvatus) masih terbatas informasinya untuk memperkirakan keberlangsungan habitatnya di lahan basah. Analisis spasial lanskap habitat Bekantan diperlukan sebagai informasi penting untuk kelestarian habitat Bekantan yang mengalami degradasi akibat adanya alih fungsi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik spasial lanskap habitat Bekantan di lahan basah. Menganalisis karakteristik lanskap habitat Bekantan diperlukan data Worldview-3 untuk memperoleh informasi penggunaan lahan dan tutupan lahan dengan cara klasifikasi berbasis GEOBIA, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Fragstat 4.2 untuk memperoleh nilai Class Area (CA), Number of Patch (NP), Edge Density (ED), Landscape Shape Index (LSI), Mean Patch Size (MPS), dan Mean Shape Index (MSI) sebagai implementasi karakteristik habitat Bekantan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentang lanskap Suaka Margasatwa Kuala Lupak memiliki luas sebesar 4.952,10 hektar yang terdiri dari 3936 pathces dengan ukuran rata-rata area seluas 67.945 hektar/patch dan standar deviasi 409.2696. Total edge memiliki luas sebesar 1191712.536 meter dan kerapatan sebesar 240.648 hektar. Mean Shape Index memiliki nilai sebesar 10.6713. Karakteristik habitat Bekantan di Suaka Margasatwa Kuala Lupak menggambarkan terjadinya fragmentasi habitat Bekantan dan kurang ideal untuk perlindungan satwa Bekantan, karena dapat menimbulkan kantong-kantong habitat yang terisolasi. Hasil Penelitian ini dijadikan informasi dasar untuk tindakan habitat Bekantan di Suaka Margasatwa Kuala Lupak.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru geografi SMA yang tergabung dalam MGMP Geografi di Kota Banjarmasin dalam mendesain media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan era digital. Melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran yang efektif, materi dapat disampaikan dengan lebih baik kepada siswa. Peningkatan kualitas guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran berperan dalam mendukung terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap. Tahap pertama meliputi persiapan, seperti observasi lapangan, penentuan lokasi pelatihan, serta penyusunan bahan pelatihan. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Sedangkan tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi oleh narasumber. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur dari kemampuan peserta dalam membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran secara efektif dan tepat. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru geografi SMA di Kota Banjarmasin berhasil membuat media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Canva. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, para guru memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Mereka menilai Canva sebagai platform yang menarik dan mudah digunakan, sehingga mereka tertarik untuk menerapkannya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

A good textbook must be by the applicable curriculum. The subject matter presented in the textbook must be by the correct concept. However, many textbooks on the market still present wrong concepts. Conceptual errors are permanent in students' thinking, making them difficult to change. Assessment of geography textbooks needs to be carried out to determine the conformity of the textbook content with the quality standards determined by the Curriculum, Standards, and Educational Assessment Agency (BSKAP). Assessment standards include content, language, presentation, and design standards. The object of research is the geography textbook published by Erlangga, the Merdeka Curriculum edition. The material analyzed is the hydrosphere material presented in class X semester 2. This research uses descriptive content analysis techniques, using a quantitative approach. The data obtained is analyzed by scoring each component item, calculating percentages, determining eligibility criteria, and describing the assessment results. Based on the overall assessment results, the percentage was 81%. The results of this assessment are included in the appropriate criteria. However, several suggestions are given by the teacher, so that the author can consider them in revising or improving the book.

Abstract

The Adiwiyata school program has a concept to encourage all school members to form a life behavior that is more concerned about the environment. Environmental care attitude is one of the attitudes that must be applied in the school environment at every level of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of Adiwiyata SMPN students toward environmental care at the provincial level in North Banjarmasin. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study were all VIII grade students: SMPN 13, SMPN 15, SMPN 21, SMPN 24, and SMPN 27 Banjarmasin City—sampling using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The sample amounted to 290 respondents. The results showed that implementing the Adiwiyata program made students more aware and concerned with the environment. This is evidenced by the calculation results, averaging 91.79 in the caring category. Some students can form an awareness of environmental conditions. Students at school can save water by using the hand-washing water tap provided by the school. Be good at energy management by turning off electronic devices when not in use, turning off lights during the day, and utilizing sunlight as a source of lighting in the classroom.

Abstract

Abstrak. Fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI) menjadi isu penting dalam pengelolaan kota, seperti di Kota Banjarmasin. Kajian ini terjadi akibat berkurangnya tutupan vegetasi dan meningkatnya kerapatan bangunan, yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan suhu permukaan tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kerapatan vegetasi dan kerapatan bangunan terhadap fenomena UHI di Kota Banjarmasin. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis keruangan dan analisis statistik, pada analisis keruangan mengolah tingkat kerapatan vegetasi dan bangunan, dan distribusi suhu permukaan di Kota Banjarmasin, analisis statistik menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh dari citra satelit Landsat 8 OLI-TIRS pada musim kemarau, data diambil pada tanggal berbeda tiap tahun: 29 (2019), 17 September (2020), 31 Mei (2021), 21 Juli (2022), 2 September (2023), dan 20 September (2024). Kemudian diolah menjadi tiga indeks: LST sebagai variabel dependen, serta SAVI dan NDBI sebagai variabel independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerapatan bangunan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kenaikan suhu permukaan, sedangkan kerapatan vegetasi berpengaruh negatif dalam menurunkan suhu. Nilai R Square dalam lima tahun sebesar 0,555 menunjukkan seberapa besar suhu permukaan dipengaruhi SAVI dan NDBI. Persamaan regresi dalam lima tahun adalah Y = 25,938 – 3,973X₁ + 11,874X₂, menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan kerapatan bangunan satuan indeks dapat meningkatkan suhu permukaan sebesar 11,87°C. Peningkatan kerapatan bangunan terbukti menaikkan suhu permukaan sebesar 11,87°C, sedangkan peningkatan vegetasi menurunkannya sebesar 3,97°C. Nilai koefisien perlu disesuaikan dengan skala indeks agar hasil lebih valid dan representatif. Temuan ini menegaskan peran vegetasi sebagai elemen utama mitigasi efek pulau panas perkotaan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan memasukkan variabel spasial seperti kelembapan tanah, topografi, dan orientasi bangunan. Hasil ini menjadi dasar ilmiah bagi perencanaan kota berkelanjutan yang adaptif terhadap perubahan iklim.Abstract.. The Urban Heat Island phenomenon has become an important issue in urban management, such as in Banjarmasin City. This phenomenon occurs due to the reduction of vegetation cover and the increase in building density, which affects the rise of land surface temperature. The purpose of this study is to analyze how vegetation density and building density influence the UHI phenomenon in Banjarmasin City. The analyses used are spatial analysis and statistical analysis. The spatial analysis processes the levels of vegetation and building density as well as the distribution of surface temperature in Banjarmasin City, while the statistical analysis employs multiple linear regression. Data were obtained from Landsat 8 OLI-TIRS satellite imagery during the dry season, collected on different dates each year: 29 (2019), September 17 (2020), May 31 (2021), July 21 (2022), September 2 (2023), and September 20 (2024). The data were then processed into three indices: LST as the dependent variable, and SAVI and NDBI as the independent variables. The results show that building density has a significant positive effect on the increase of surface temperature, while vegetation density has a negative effect in reducing temperature. The R Square value over five years, amounting to 0.555, indicates the extent to which surface temperature is influenced by SAVI and NDBI. The five-year regression equation is Y = 25.938 – 3.973X₁ + 11.874X₂, showing that every unit increase in building density index can raise the surface temperature by 11.87°C. Increased building density has been proven to elevate surface temperature by 11.87°C, while increased vegetation density reduces it by 3.97°C. The coefficient values need to be adjusted according to the index scale to ensure more valid and representative results. These findings reaffirm the role of vegetation as a key element in mitigating the urban heat island effect. Further research is recommended to include spatial variables such as soil moisture, topography, and building orientation.
