Abstract

This research aimed to analyze The Influence of ENHYPEN as a Brand Ambassador and Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) on Purchase Decision towards Nabati Product, simultaneously or partially. The research variables consist of X1 which is Brand Ambassador, X2 which is Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM0, and Y which is Purchase Decision. Data resource is from primary data, obtained from the questionnaire distribution with Likert scale. The sample of this research was Engenes (ENHYPEN fans) who are following @nabati_id on Instagram and those who already purchased Nabati, with the total 100 respondents. The test instruments are Validity and Reliability Test using SPSS 29. Technique analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test. The result showed that ENHYPEN as a Brand Ambassador has a significant influence towards Purchase Decision, as well as Electronic Word-of-Mouth also has a significant influence on Purchase Decision. Both Brand Ambassador and Electronic Word-of-Mouth have a positive influence towards Purchase Decision.   Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Electronic Word-of-Mouth, eWOM, Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle and live streaming in e-commerce applications on impulse purchases for boarding students who are TikTok Shop users. This study uses a quantitative approach and multiple linear analysis is used to analyze the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. A sample of 100 respondents was taken from boarding students who have used or shopped at TikTok Shop. The results of this study are that the lifestyle variable has a significant positive effect on the impulse purchase variable, live streaming variable has a significant positive effect on the impulse purchase variable and both independent variables have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable.   Keywords: Lifestyle, Live Streaming, Impulsive Buying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Market Maven dan Country of Origin terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan pada produk merek Nature republic di Kota Manado. Jenis pendekatan kajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai berdasarkan poin dengan skala likert. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan Gen Z di Kota Manado. Model pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 27 sebagai alat statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa market maven dan country of origin secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan pada produk merek Nature Republic di Kota Manado. Hasil ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi merek Nature Republic untuk memanfaatkan market maven untuk membantu merekomendasikan produk kepada orang lain serta country of origin untuk meningkatkan jumlah konsumen terutama konsumen yang memiliki tingkat fanatisme tinggi terhadap negara Korea Selatan. Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu indikator yang mencerminkan kinerja serta prospek perusahaan di pasar modal. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan menunjukkan tingginya kepercayaan investor, yang mengindikasikan potensi keuntungan lebih besar bagi pemegang saham. Hal ini penting untuk menarik lebih banyak modal, yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan ekspansi perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya nilai perusahaan bagi pemegang saham, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Public Ownership, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sektor Industrial Yang Terdaftar di IDXINDUST Periode 2019-2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh 19 perusahaan dari 63 populasi yang ada. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan menggunakan bantuan Eviews 12 untuk mengolah data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Public Ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Return On Asset berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Earning Per Share tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara simultan menunjukan Public Ownership, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share dan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja baru terhadap produktivitas karyawan di moderasi oleh budaya perusahaan di PT. Bank SulutGo Manado. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sebanyak 123 karyawan PT. Bank SulutGo Kantor Pusat telah disurvei sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baru tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan dikarenakan durasi penggunaan kantor baru yang dimulai pada akhir tahun 2023. Disamping fasilitas fisik yaitu gedung berserta sarana dan prasarananya PT. Bank SulutGo perlu menghadirkan perubahan lingkungan kerja yang holistik termasuk lingkungan kerja non fisik. Budaya perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Bank SulutGo dengan penerapan ”Budaya Perusahaan BSGO” yaitu berintegritas, standar kerja tinggi, gotong royong dan orientasi pelanggan. Budaya Perusahaan tidak memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan budaya perusahaan tidak mampu merubah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Risiko Geopolitik, Aktivitas Volume Perdagangan, dan Kapitalisasi Pasar Terhadap Abnormal Return Perusahaan Teknologi Subsektor Pertahanan Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian regresi data panel, data penelitian dianalisis dengan Stata versi 17. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 7 perusahaan dalam Subsektor Pertahanan, dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Risiko Geopolitik dan Aktivitas Volume Perdagangan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Abnormal Return. Sebaliknya, Kapitalisasi Pasar memiliki pengaruh terhadap Abnormal Return. Secara simultan Risiko Geopolitik, Aktivitas Volume Perdagangan, dan Kapitalisasi Pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Abnormal Return Perusahaan Teknologi Subsektor Pertahanan Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.  Kata Kunci: Risiko Geopolitik, Aktivitas Volume Perdagangan, Kapitalisasi Pasar, Abnormal Return

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, social class, and brand image on the purchasing decisions of young people in Manado, Indonesia, regarding iPhones. This research is quantitative in nature, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 young respondents (aged 16-30) who use iPhones. The study utilizes multiple linear regression model with the assistance of SPSS 23. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a type of non-probability sampling. The results of the study show that: 1. Lifestyle, Social Class and Brand Image all simultaneously have an influence on the IPhone Purchase Decision among young people in Manado. 2. Lifestyle has an influence on iPhone Purchase Decision among young people in Manado. 3. Social Class does not have an influence on IPhone Purchase Decision among young people in Manado. 4. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and price at Shopee on the purchase decision of Cosmetic products in Manado. The research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study are Manado city residents who has been using Shopee with the number of samples of 100. The data collection technique used in this study was the questionnaire and measured using the Likert Scale. The variables studied include promotion, price, and purchase decision. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, using the IBM SPSS 30 to determine the effect of promotion and price on the purchase decision. The results of this study state that Promotion and Price partially have a positive effect on Purchase Decision of Cosmetic Products at Shopee, and then simultaneously Promotion and Price have a poositive effect on Purchase Decision of Cosmetic Products at Shopee.   Keyword: Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study investigates the Impact of locus of control and occupational stress on employee performance at PT Bank BCA Tbk Area Manado. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys to collect data from employees. The results show that both locus of control (X1) (with an emphasis on internal vs. external orientation) and occupational stress (X2) significantly impact employee performance (Y). Employees with a strong internal locus of control exhibit higher performance, while increased levels of stress are associated with lower performance. This study emphasizes the importance of creating a work environment that minimizes stress and encourages a sense of control to enhance employee performance at PT Bank BCA Tbk Area Manado.   Keywords: Locus Of Control, Occupational Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Digital Transformation and Bleisure (business and leisure combined) on Tourist Productivity and Hospitality Sector Revenue in Indonesia, employing a quantitative research design. A sample of 180 respondents was surveyed using a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Digital Transformation and Bleisure have significant positive effects on both Tourist Productivity and Hospitality Sector Revenue. Specifically, Digital Transformation enhances tourist productivity by providing digital tools that facilitate efficient travel planning and execution, while also contributing to higher revenue generation in the hospitality sector by optimizing operations and customer engagement. Similarly, Bleisure significantly boosts hospitality revenue by attracting business travelers who extend their stay for leisure purposes, and it enhances tourist productivity through a more enriching travel experience. The findings suggest that the integration of digital technologies and the promotion of Bleisure travel can provide competitive advantages to businesses in Indonesia’s tourism and hospitality industries.
