Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kesesuaian kompensasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Opto Elektronik di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Proses sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus. Populasi sampel berjumlah 38 karyawan yang berada pada CV. Opto Elektronik di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan pengujian model pengukuran (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kesesuaian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kesesuaian kompensasi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan melalui kesesuaian kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, kesesuaian harga dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen Wajik Coffee Bojana. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah kualitas layanan, kesesuaian harga dan inovasi produk sebagai variabel bebas serta variabel terikat adalah kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Wajik Coffee Bojana. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel terhitung sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kesesuaian harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Wajik Coffee Bojana. Inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Wajik Coffee Bojana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Service Quality dan Price Fairness terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Experience pada cafe Kopiria Loabakung Samarinda. Customer loyalty menjadi salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan perusahaan. Customer Loyalty merupakan komitmen seseorang untuk kembali mengunjungi  atau membeli dan memakai suatu produk atau jasa. Customer Loyalty dapat dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh price fairness dan secara tidak langsung oleh service quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung serta tidak langsung service quality dan price fairness terhdap customer loyalty melalui customer experience di café Kopiria Loabakung Samarinda. Penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini melibatkan 102 responden dalam survei berbasis angket penelitian yang di sebarkan secara online. Dengan menggunakan partial least square, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa price fairness dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap customer loyalty sedangkan service quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer experince dan price fairness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Food Quality dan Service Quality terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction di Gudeg Ceker Margoyudan Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar angket dan melibatkan 103 responden. Dengan menggunakan partial least square, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa food quality berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, food quality berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui customer satisfaction, service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, service quality berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap revisit intention melalui customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR), family commitment, and financial performance in the family business in Central Java. This research is quantitative, with the data tested using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The population of this research is family businesses in Central Java. The sample of this research was determined using the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed using Google Forms; 86 respondents answered the questionnaires and met the criteria for the research. This research indicates that family commitment positively influences both CSR and financial performance; CSR also positively influences financial performance, which means CSR partially mediates the relation between family commitment and financial performance. Furthermore, the research shows that CSR benefits are not limited to non-family businesses but also family businesses in developing countries. Therefore, family businesses must commit themselves to CSR as it will increase their reputation and trust among stakeholders who are competitive advantages culminating in better financial performance. Abstract

After graduating from college, a student's financial situation is critical since it impacts their general level of contentment with life. This study used financial behavior among university students on Java Island to investigate the impact of financial socialization and literacy on financial well-being. This kind of study uses a non-probability sampling method and quantitative methods, involving 134 students in Java Island data processing procedures with Smart PLS. The findings revealed that financial socialization and financial literacy are favorably related to financial well-being. Financial literacy and financial socialization positively affected both financial behavior and financial well-being. Financial conduct acts as a mediating variable between financial well-being, financial literacy, and financial socialization, which both have a favorable impact.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention among Mixue consumers, considering the Fear of missing out (FOMO) factor. Employing a quantitative approach, the research surveyed 108 ice cream enthusiasts in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using the Google Form platform. The data analysis utilized the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software to evaluate the relationships between eWOM, FOMO, and purchase intention variables. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between eWOM and purchase intention. Furthermore, FOMO is proven to play a mediating role in the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention. These results have important implications for digital marketing strategies, particularly in the food and beverage industry. The study highlights the importance of leveraging eWOM and FOMO mechanisms in marketing campaigns as effective strategies to drive consumer purchasing decisions. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the digital era, specifically within the Indonesian market context.

Abstract

Financial planning is vital to the growth of micro-enterprises. The Guyub Rukun micro-enterprise group, owned by parents of children who are members of PPA Shikar in Malang, has encountered stagnation due to insufficient understanding of personal financial planning and entrepreneurial finance, which is harmful to business owners. Many micro-enterprise owners in the Guyub Rukun group merge their personal and business finances. Due to insufficient of mentors' managerial knowledge, these entrepreneurs need help managing their finances effectively. Therefore, community service activities by PPA Shikar Malang that highlight the significance of financial planning are crucial for the success of the Guyub Rukun micro-enterprise group. Training is provided in the form of personal and entrepreneurial financial planning. MSME entrepreneurs can immediately practice the knowledge by using the digital application for daily financial records and the MSME business financial records application on PlayStore. According to the questionnaires distributed to the participants, 92% expressed satisfaction, found the material easily understandable, and believed that community service activities benefited their micro-enterprises

Abstract

Belakangan ini, banyak bagian di dunia yang sedang mengalami krisis air bersih. Hal ini dikarenakan konsumsi air dunia meningkat dan juga fenomena El Nino yang menyebabkan kekeringan. Daerah pesisir menjadi salah satu daerah yang kekurangan kebutuhan air bersih, termasuk lokasi kegiatan yang dipilih yaitu di Dusun Tegalsari, Dukuh Kupang, Kecamatan Jabon, Kota Sidoarjo yang hampir kurang lebih 30 tahun belum dapat memanfaatkan air payau yang merupakan satu-satunya sumber air di dusun terpencil tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bermetode Service Learning oleh mahasiswa. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih setiap harinya dan menunjang kegiatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM). Pada kegiatan ini, mahasiswa merencanakan dan menerapkan pemasangan alat Alat Pemurni Air Payau dengan Material Lokal (ALPAMAL) yang dapat memfilter air payau menjadi air bersih maupun air minum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan mulai dari tahap pra pelaksanaan (30 Oktober 2023), pelaksanaan (10 November 2023), dan pasca pelaksanaan. Setelah pemasangan alat ALPAMAL, dilakukan survei kepada 45 warga Dusun Tegalsari yang terdiri dari 23 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan mengenai persepsi masyarakat terhadap alat ALPAMAL. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas (93%) Dusun Tegalsari merasa alat ini dapat menunjang keseharian mereka setelah mendapatkan pemaparan dari mahasiswa. Selain itu, lebih dari separuh (86%) warga juga yakin terhadap kualitas air bersih hasil alat ALPAMAL.

Abstract

The younger generation's low level of financial literacy and the increasing use of online lending (pinjol) encourage this community service activity. Community service aims to increase awareness of the importance of financial literacy for the younger generation in managing finances to improve self-control. Young people with good financial literacy tend to prioritize making financial decisions, including being able to distinguish between their needs and wants. Conversely, if the younger generation needs better financial literacy, they will tend to make mistakes in financial management that can have a negative impact in the long run. Community service partners are young people aged 15 to 21 under the auspices of the Adjarmanu Foundation, East Nusa Tenggara, and Child Development Centers in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Community service is carried out using training methods. The material provided uses the concept of gamification to make it more attractive to the younger generation. The results of the post-test show that the financial literacy skills of the participants have increased. A positive response from the participants was also seen in a brief interview conducted at the end of the community service activity.
