Abstract

This type of research is correlational. This study aims to determine the relationship between Arm Muscle Explosiveness and Hand Eye Coordination with Upper Service Accuracy in Sawa Putri Volleyball Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu. The population in this study amounted to 15 people. The sample in this study used total sampling, which consisted of 15 female students. The instruments used in this study were the Two-Hand Medicine Ball Putt test for the Arm Muscle Explosive Power, the Ballwerfen und-Fangen test for eye-hand coordination and the target field for the upper serve test. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the accuracy of serving in volleyball rcount = 0.72 > 0.514. And there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and accuracy of serving volleyball rcount = 0.86 > 0.514 and there is also a significant relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and hand eye coordination with accuracy of serving volleyball rcount = 0.86 > 0.514. Then the relationship between variable (X1) variable (X2) and variable (Y) can be calculated, the truth is tested by F-test and Fcount = 28.8 > 3.81 from the results of these calculations it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between (X1X2Y) on Volleyball extracurricular activities for female students at SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu.

Abstract

PT Tina Dimans Raya merupakan perusahaan Distributor Danone Water yang menjual produk berupa Aqua, Air Galon, VIT, dan Mizone untuk wilayah Sumatera Barat yang memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan berupa Affiliate, dimana para pelanggan dapat menjual kembali produk yang ada dengan komisi yang sudah ditentukan oleh sistem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pencatatan piutang yang dibuat ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses pembukuan piutang pada perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan sistem pengolahan data piutang dan mempermudah bagian administrasi dalam mengolah data pada saat pembayaran piutang pada perusahan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana Teknik pengumpulan data informasi yang dilakukan menggunakan susunan pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada responden yang terpercaya di dalam perusahaan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pencatatan dan penagihan piutang kepada custumer. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data seperti studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan Dengan adanya rancangan sistem yang baru dalam pencatatan tagihan piutang maka dapat mempermudah dalam penginputan pencatatan dan memantau penagihan piutang custumer.

Abstract

Parenting is very important for the growth of the emotional intelligence of elementary school students. The purpose of this study is to find out how important appropriate parental behavior is in helping the development of children's emotional intelligence. The method used was the collection and analysis of ten nationally accredited journal articles related to the topic. The results showed that democratic parenting that involves child involvement and emotional support can help children grow positive emotional intelligence. In contrast, authoritarian or permissive parenting tends to inhibit the development of children's emotional intelligence. These findings confirm that parents play an important role in shaping students' emotional intelligence by implementing effective parenting. Thus, understanding and implementing appropriate parenting strategies by parents so that children can develop good emotional intelligence for future success.

Abstract

Pola sidik bibir dapat dipengararuhi oleh jenis kelamin dan ras. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran pola sidik bibir berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada suku minang di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah individu yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki atau perempuan suku minang dari dua generasi pada mahasiswa preklinik angkatan 2013-2016 di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang tahun 2017 dengan 133 sampel penelitian dengan metode total sampling, waktu penelitian 29 Mei 2017 dengan pemeriksaan klinis. Analisis data ditampilkan dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan grafik distribusi frekuensi dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada responden laki-laki didominasi pola sidik bibir tipe 4 yaitu 22 orang (53.7%) dan pada responden perempuan didominasi pola sidik bibir tipe 2 yaitu 42 orang (45.7%) di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Baiturrahmah Padang tahun 2017.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pasia Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang merupakan salah daerah yang terletak di pesisir pantai. Sebagian besar penduduk di daerah  ini bekerja sebagai nelayan penangkap dan pengolah ikan. Daerah ini juga dijadikan  sentra pengolahan ikan Kota Padang yang disebut dengan Sentra Pengolahan Perikanan Pasia Nan Tigo (SP3N). Pengolahan ikan yang dominan dilakukan adalah pengolahan ikan teri kering (tawar dan asin). Mitra yang menjadi sasaran dari Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah nelayan pengolah ikan yang berada di unit pengolahan ikan SP3N. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan metode andragogy, dengan cara sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan melakukan praktek. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: 1) Penyuluhan tentang larangan penggunaan bahan tambahan pangan (BTP) berbahaya dalam proses pengolahan ikan teri kering, 2) Pelatihan pengolahan ikan yang sesuai dengan standar SNI, 3) Pelatihan tentang diversifikasi produk olahan ikan teri menjadi nugget ikan, kakinaga ikan dan abon ikan,  4) Pelatihan  pengemasan  produk  ikan  teri  kering serta 5) pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan pembukuan sederhana.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in three cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in students' learning mastery, from 52% in the initial stage (pre-cycle) to 86% in the first cycle and 94% in the second cycle. This improvement was achieved through the implementation of PBL, which involved solving real-world problems, utilizing technology-based learning media, and conducting group discussions. The learning model effectively enhanced students' critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes are motivated by the lack of activity of students during the learning process and the teacher's dependence on textbooks. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of 4C-based mathematics e-modules on the learning outcomes of grade VII students at UPTD SMP Negeri 1, Mungka District. This research was carried out with a quantitative research method in the form of a Quasy Experiment. The data collection technique used is a test in Mathematics subjects. The sample of this selection was 54 grade VII students consisting of 27 people from the experimental class and 27 people from the control class. The data analysis techniques are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test with the Wilcoxon Test test method. The results show that the use of 4C-based mathematics e-modules is significantly effective in improving the learning outcomes of grade VII students. If learning is facilitated with modules or e-modules based on the 4Cs, learning will be more effective, because after learning at school students can use the e-module, learning can be done independently by students.

Abstract

This activity aims to strengthen this independence by integrating digital technology solutions into the school's financial management system. The method used was a participatory qualitative approach with four main stages: preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. This process involved the active participation of the school's administrators. The implemented solution focused on the use of the digital application "Buku Warung" to simplify transaction recording, stock management, and financial reporting. The results showed a significant impact. Before the intervention, 100% of the recording was done manually, incomplete, and prone to errors. After mentoring, the boarding school administrators' understanding of digital and financial literacy improved substantially. Adoption of the application reached 95%, effectively transforming the recording system into a digital and detailed one. The time efficiency of preparing financial reports such as profit and loss and cash flow increased by 75%, enabling administrators to make faster and more accurate business decisions. Despite obstacles such as limited internet access at the site and initial resistance to change, these obstacles were successfully overcome through ongoing education and practical mentoring. The conclusion of this activity was that the combination of technological solutions and practical mentoring proved effective in improving the economic management capacity of Islamic boarding schools. To ensure the program's sustainability, it is recommended that Islamic boarding schools integrate all their business units into a single, integrated system and expand collaboration with various parties for further support.

Abstract

The low geography learning outcomes among Grade X students, as indicated by scores falling below the standard, serve as the background of this study. One of the main contributing factors is the use of learning methods that lack engagement and interactivity. This research aims to examine the implementation of learning using interactive media, compare learning outcomes between control and experimental classes, and analyze the effect of using interactive media on geography learning outcomes. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed, using purposive sampling to select two classes—E2 as the experimental class and E4 as the control class. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and testing. The research instruments underwent validity and reliability testing, while data analysis included tests of normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing, and gain analysis. The findings show that the average post-test score of the experimental class using the interactive Quizizz media was 88.63, compared to 74.03 in the control class. This difference indicates a significant positive effect of using Quizizz on students' geography learning outcomes. The study concludes that integrating interactive media such as Quizizz is effective in enhancing learning outcomes, particularly when aligned with students’ characteristics and learning needs. The practical implication recommends that teachers adopt digital interactive media in geography instruction to foster a more engaging and participatory learning environment.
