Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan suatu paket produk pengembangan berupa Metode pembelajaran: 1). Perangkat pembelajaran, 2). Pedoman penilaian/evaluasi pembelajaran, 3). Pedoman untuk pengembangan pembelajaran, 4). Menghasilkan Metode pembelajaran berbasis game yang di adopsi dari monopoli, 5). Pengembangan Metode didasarkan pada identifikasi karakteristik mahasiswa pada usianya yang telah mencapai tahap operasional formal dari sisi perkembangan kognitif, 6). Pengembangan Metode didasarkan pada identifkasi tujuan pembelajaran dengan mempertimbangkan kurikulum yang telah diterapkan yaitu pengembangan materi dari kurikulum 2013, 7). Metode pembelajaran fokus pada satu materi saja, dan tidak dapat diterapkan Metode yang sama untuk materi pelajaran yang lainnya. Setelah produk selesai dikembangkan selanjutnya dilakukan proses uji validasi ahli, uji coba perorangan, uji kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji tersebut, Metode pembelajaran sangat valid, menarik, dan efektif dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji validasi dengan tingkat kelayakan produk dari ahli isi/materi sebesar 89%, validasi ahli media pembelajaran diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 91%.Tingkat kemenarikan produk dengan skor presentase rata-rata sebesar 92,92% masuk kriteria sangat menarik. Produk efektif digunakan dengan rata-rata skor presentase sebesar 90,76%. Produk ini juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kalangan lebih luas dengan penyesuaian terutama penyesuaian pada karakteristik mahasiswa sebagai pengguna. Lebih lanjut Metode pembelajaran yang sudah dikembangkan dapat diintegrasikan dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

General elections are important moments in democracy that not only have an impact on the political order, but also on economic dynamics, including entrepreneurial actors. This research aims to analyze the influence of the general election on entrepreneurs in East Lombok Regency in 2024. The approach used is quantitative with an explanatory design, involving 100 entrepreneurs as respondents selected using the stratified random sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and document studies. The research results show that elections have various impacts on entrepreneurship. Business sectors such as printing, catering and transportation experienced an average increase in revenue of 15% during the election period, while other sectors faced challenges such as rising raw material prices and market uncertainty. Statistical tests show a significant influence between elections and changes in business activity with p < 0.05. However, this impact was temporary, with an economic slowdown detected post-election. This research indicates the need for stable economic policies during and after the election, including support for negatively affected business sectors. In this way, entrepreneurial actors can more optimally take advantage of economic opportunities that arise during the election and mitigate risks that may occur after the election

Abstract

This community service aims to analyse the capacity building of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in drafting village regulations on technopreneurship in North Jenggik Village, Montong Gading Sub-district. The background of this research is the potential for technopreneurship development in the village that has not been optimised due to the limited understanding and skills of the BPD in formulating supporting regulations. Using an interpretative descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores the BPD's understanding of technopreneurship, analyses the process and constraints of drafting village regulations, and identifies factors that influence BPD capacity building. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, document studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with BPD members, village officials, and community leaders. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results community service are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the condition of the BPD's capacity, the challenges faced, and formulate effective strategies to improve the BPD's ability to draft innovative and relevant perdes, so as to create an ecosystem conducive to the development of technopreneurship and encourage local economic progress in North Jenggik Village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and consumption patterns on the investment choices of the millennial generation in the city of Mataram, both partially and simultaneously. The millennial generation is a productive age group that plays a strategic role in economic development but often faces challenges in financial management and long-term investment planning. The approach used is explanatory associative quantitative with purposive sampling technique on 100 millennial respondents aged 25 to 44 years. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results of the data analysis show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity, and there is no multicollinearity. Partially, financial literacy and consumption patterns each influence investment choices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, both variables significantly influence millennials' investment choices. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy and controlling consumption behavior in shaping rational and sustainable investment habits among the younger generation, particularly in urban areas like Mataram City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Perwakilan BEI NTB. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif .menggunakan tekhik sampling snowball sampling yang merupakan bagian probability sampling.Tehnik pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability.metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualittatif model Miles dan Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pelatihan (TOT, sekolah pasar modal, klinik investasi ) yang mumpuni dan disiplin kerja juga sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan KSPM sebagai perantara nasabah dan bursa efek. Pelatihan yang diberikan bursa efek untuk melatih mahasiswa dan karyawan inti dinilai sangat membantu peningkatan baik dari jumlah investor sampai dengan penambahan jumlah transaksi investor setiap bulan.Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari grafik peningkatan jumlah investor pada dua tahun terakhir. Selain dari itu peneliti menemukan faktor lain yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sampai dengan faktor peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada KP BEI NTB terletak pada kualitas pelatih dan banyaknya KSPM yang mulai dibentuk. Seiring dengan penambahan jumlah KSPM yang dibentuk mengakibatkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih meluas dan dapat menjangkau wilayah pelosok.Penambahan KSPM dapat diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah pelatihan rutin untuk dapat menjamin informasi yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan keadaan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial performance on the unemployment rate. This study used a sample consisting of data related to the financial performance of the region, the economic growth of East Lombok district (in percentages), and the unemployment rate Open (dalam persentase). The observation period covered 2010 to 2019. in this study was tested using double linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results of the study show that: H1: The financial performance of the region, represented by the Independence Ratio, is partially not significantly influenced rejected. H2: The regional financial performance, in particular the Efficiency Rate, has no significant simultaneous effect on the rate of unemployment denied. H3: The efficiency ratio does not have a significant influence on the economic growth denied in part. H4: Regional financial performance involving the independence ratio, the effectiveness ratios, the efficiency ratios and economic growth, does not simultaneally have significant impact on the level of unemployed rejection. H5: Regional Financial performance, especially the Independent Ratio is not indirectly significantly affected by the unemployee rate through the Economic Growth denied; H6: The Regional Financial Performance, the Ratio of Effectiveness, has a direct and indirect influence upon the unsignificant level of Unemployment through Accepted Economic growth. H7: Rational efficiency has no indirect effect on economic growth through direct denial

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine visitor perceptions of income for the Tanak Maik restaurant (lesehan) income, in Masbagik Utara Baru Village, Masbagik District. The type of approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach, by systematically describing the facts and characteristics of the objects and subjects studied appropriately. In the study, the population was all visitors to the Tanak Maik (Lesehan) restaurant. In taking the sample, the researcher uses the Quota sampling technique. The researcher determines the size of the number of respondents to become members of the sample. Based on analysis considerations, the researcher determined to set a quota of 40 respondents which were divided into 4 sittings, namely full moon sittings, chords sitting, istiqomah sitting, and wine sitting. So that each lesehan get 10 respondents. And data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The type of interview used by the researcher was a direct interview with the instrument used in the form of a questionnaire (Quisioner). Based on the research data, it can be concluded that based on the results of the respondent's data, the level of satisfaction was 49.45 or classified as a satisfied category.

Abstract

Pelatihan technopreneurship di era digital merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas wirausaha lokal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi guna mendukung pengembangan usaha. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada wirausaha lokal agar mampu mengoptimalkan teknologi digital, seperti pemasaran online, e-commerce, manajemen usaha berbasis aplikasi, dan inovasi produk di desa Rempung Kecamatan Pringgasela Lombok Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan wirausaha sebagai mitra aktif dalam seluruh tahapan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, implementasi, hingga evaluasi dan refleksi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan blended learning, mengombinasikan sesi tatap muka, pembelajaran daring, simulasi bisnis, serta pendampingan oleh mentor berpengalaman. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini meliputi peningkatan keterampilan digital, pertumbuhan bisnis melalui platform online, dan kemampuan wirausaha dalam menciptakan inovasi berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan membangun jejaring komunitas wirausaha digital yang mendukung kolaborasi dan berbagi pengetahuan di tingkat lokal. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu wirausaha lokal menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital, memperluas pasar, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan memperkuat daya saing di era global. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan berorientasi pada tindakan, pelatihan technopreneurship di era digital diharapkan menjadi katalisator bagi pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan pada tahun 2024.
