Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Depot Remaja II, di Desa Bengkel, Kecamatan Labuapi. Dalam menjalankan usahanya mitra menghadapi berbagai permasalahan antara lain 1) Belum memahami cara pengelolaan keuangan yang baik seperti pemisahan keuangan usaha dengan keuangan keluarga, rencana perolehan dan penggunaan dana, dll 2) Belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan dalam menjalankan usahanya 3) Usaha sudah berjalan 16 tahun namun belum memiliki merek; 4) Konsumen belum menjangkau seluruh wilayah Lombok, promosi yang dilakukan masih mengandalkan dari mulut ke mulut (word of mouth). Dalam rangka pengembangan usaha maka perlu dilakukan beberapa hal sebagai berikut 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman tentang manajemen keuangan; 2) Meningkatkan keterampilan tentang sistem pembukuan sederhana.; 3) Memberikan identitas usaha berupa merek; 4) Memperluas area pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dan Fecebook agar lebih banyak dikenal oleh konsumen Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan survei, penyuluhan, merancang dan mengaplikasikan, tutorial serta pendampingan. Survei dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan atau kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan bisnisnya serta rencana pengembanga usaha. penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian dan penjelasan materi. Teknik tutorial untuk memberikan contoh cara melakukan pencatatan keuangan dalam sistem pembukuan sederhana dan pemanfaatan atau cara mengoperasikan aplikasi instagram dan facebook dengan akun Depot Remaja II. Kegiatanpendampingan dilakukan saat pengoperasian sistem pembukuan sederhana. Hasil pelaksanaan program adalah: 1) Peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang manajemen keuangan; 2) Mitra.memiliki sistem pembukuan sederhana; 3) Mitra memiliki laporan keuangan bulanan 4) Mitra memiliki merek sebagai identitas perusahaan; 5) Terdapat perluasan usaha setelah mitra memiliki akun media sosial Instagram dan Fecebook. sebagai media promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kompensI dan motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi sebanyak 75 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, sedangkan beban kerja kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga mampu menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja ) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen (semangat kerja) sebesar 42%. Sedangkan sisanya 48% semangat kerja dipengaruhi variabel-variabel lain diluar lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada UMKM Ibu Husniah, di Dusun Menggala, Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Adapun permasalahannya adalah dari hasil produksi keripik singkong pada UMKM Ibu Husniah banyak didapatkan limbah kulit singkong yang terbuang dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengolahan limbah kulit singkong sehingga banyak ditemukan limbah kulit singkong dari hasil produksi keripik singkong tersebut yang menumpuk dan dibuang begitu saja. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi limbah kulit sungkong kami ingin melakukan inovasi produk dari limbah kulit singkong menjadi briket. Dalam rangka optimalisasi limbah kulit singkong menjadi briket perlu dilakukan beberapa hal sebagai berikut : (1). Edukasi. Melakukan edukasi dan sosialasi terhadap pengolahan kulit singkong kepada masyarakat Dusun Menggala. (2). Penyuluhan. Melakukan penyuluhan tentang pemanfaatan limbah kulit singkong menjadi Briket. (3). Pendampingan. Pendampingan dalam ekonomi kreatif berbasis ekonomi berbahan dasar kulit singkong yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan bagi masyarakat Dusun Menggala. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu: (1). Survei, penyuluhan, (2). Uji coba pembuatan briket, (3). Tutorial, dan (4). Pendampingan. Survei dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan atau kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan usaha serta rencana pengembangan usaha. Penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian dan penjelasan materi. Uji coba pembuatan briket adalah untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan pengolahan limbah kulit singkong. Teknik tutorial untuk pelatihan dan pengajaran dalam mengolah limbah kulit singkong. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan saat proses pembuatan briket dari limbah kulit singkong. Hasil pelaksanaan program adalah Limbah produksi keripik yang biasanya dibuang atau tidak di manfaatkan, berhasil diolah menjadi suatu produk bahan bakar alternatif berupa briket. Dengan adanya inovasi dan penciptaan produk baru, dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan Ibu Husniah dan pengurangan limbah yang merugikan lingkungan. program ini juga berhasil untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat bahwa singkong kaya akan manfaat, tidak hanya umbinya saja yang bisa dikonsumsi, namun kulit singkong yang tidak terpakai pun memiliki nilai jual sebagai salah satu bahan bakar alternatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Motivation and Competence on Job Satisfaction employees of PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. The results of this study obtained that workload (X1) has a t test value where t count is smaller than t table, namely -0.353 <2.026 with a significant 0.726 > 0.05. Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on job satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test where t count is greater than t table, namely 4.024 > 2.026 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. And competence (X3) has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a t count value that is smaller than t table of 0.742 <2.026 with a significant value of 0.463 > 0.05. While the simultaneous results of workload, motivation, and competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (f) where the calculated f value is greater than the f table value, namely 9.481 > 2.859 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study also show that the independent variables (workload, motivation and competence) are able to explain the dependent variable (job satisfaction) of 38.9% while the remaining 61.1% job satisfaction is influenced by other variables outside.

Abstract

This study aims to examine several things, namely: (1) the effect of office facilities on performance, (2) the effect of work discipline on performance, (3) the effect of work motivation on performance, (4) the influence of office facilities, work discipline and work motivation on performance. This research includes the type of associative research. The population in this study were 51 teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram and a sample of 35 people was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) Office facilities have no significant effect on performance (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on performance (3) Work motivation has no significant effect (4) Office facilities, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover. This type of research is associative. Samples were taken using saturated sampling. Data was obtained by distributing 42 questionnaires to employees of PT. Tamarin Jaya East Lombok Branch. Data analysis using multiple linear regression showed (Y = 25.820 - 0.289x1 - 0.487x2 - 0.032x3). The results of this study show that compensation does not have a partially significant effect on turnover with a t value of -1.417 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.165 > 0.05, the work environment has a partially significant effect on turnover with a t value of -2.770 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, and job satisfaction has no partial significant effect on turnover with a calculated t value of -0.253 < t table 2.024 with a significant value of 0.801 > 0.05. Simultaneously there is an influence between compensation variables, work environment and job satisfaction on turnover with a calculated f value of 42.940 > f table 2.85.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine several things, as follows: (1) the effect of team work on performance, (2) the effect of workload on performance, (3) the effect of team work and workload on performance. In this study using associative research with a population of 80 people and a sample of 80 people who are employees of the Office of Education and Culture of East Lombok Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The findings showed that: (1) Team work has a significant effect on performance because it has a larger t count than t table, namely 4.212 > 1.991 with a significance value of 0.001 1.991 with a significance value of 0.001 3.12.

Abstract

The purpose of this research development is expected to produce a product of social research methods: 1). Learning devices, 2). Learning assessment / evaluation guidelines, 3). Product social research methods, based on the identification of learning objectives by considering the curriculum that has been applied namely the development of material from the 2013 curriculum on the material "designing and conducting social research", social research methods focus on just one material, and cannot apply the same method to the material another lesson. Products that have been developed are then subjected to the process of expert validation, individual trials, small group tests and field tests. Based on these test results, social research methods are very valid, interesting, and effective can be applied in classroom learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test with the level of product eligibility from each material expert 90%, effective products are used with an average percentage score of 91%. The results of small group product trials found 87% results and class trials were carried out after going through stages that were feasible to be applied in a classroom learning. The results of the pretest and posttest tests were found to be satisfactory with a value of 100%, which indicates that this product was able to boost student interest and learning outcomes in this case using the development product in the form of ISAKE social research methods in social research design materials. This method can also be used for a wider audience with adjustments, especially adjustments to the characteristics of students as users. Furthermore ISAKE's social research methods that have been developed can be integrated with the use of renewable information and communication technology

Abstract

The problem faced by pottery craftsmen in Banyumulek Village is the lack of knowledge of business actors in using digital marketing to market their products. The 2018 earthquake and Covid 19 were obstacles and obstacles for craftsmen which caused the lack of enthusiasts and tourists so that they were forced to change professions as agricultural laborers. Lack of promotion is one of the causes so government attention is needed. Therefore, providing training and assistance to Banyumulek Village Pottery MSMEs regarding the use of social media in promoting their products or crafts which are still traditional is expected to help revive the economy of the craftsmen so that they can be recognized by the global community

Abstract

Women participation in economic activities is often limited by social norms, especially in Indonesians majority societies. Nevertheless, the burden of poverty is forced many women to work in several jobs. This paper aims to investigate and discuss discuss female entrepreneur challenge in poverty reduction This research is using qualitative method to collect and analyze the data through interview, FGD, and direct observation. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling, while key informants were chosen by snowball technique. The results show that the main challaneg of Mataram’s women to reduce their poverty are not gender but mostly lack of financial control and access funding, lack of market information and a scarcity of talented employees. Furthermore, Women participation in poverty reduction program is considered to be the key of success in many poverty alleviation, one of them is being female entrepreneur or managing MSMEs
