Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of compensation and job involvement on nurses work motivation at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau Bengkalis Region. The population in this study are 88 nurses in at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau hospital. analytical technique is multiple linear regression with the work motivation as well as the dependent variable, compensation and job involvement as independent variables. From the analysis was found that the compensation received by nurses is good and accordance with the principles set out in compensation. Compensation significant effect on the motivation of the nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau. The work involvement of nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau is good so that nurses make the job as the center of their lives. Work Involvement significant effect on the motivation of the nurses working at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau. Compensation and job involvement jointly significant effect on work motivation of nurses at Permata Hati Hospital Duri Mandau.Keyword : Work motivation, compensation and work involvement

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Airport branch office. Pupulates totaling 240 employees and the number of samplers done by doing the slovin formula, which is divided into 5% by 150 employees. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research, to test the hypothesis in this research is to use path analysis with SPSS program assistance selected sampling technique (150 people) employees at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) Sharif Kasim II Pekanbaru. The result of research shows that: 1) there was positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) of Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru airport branch, 2) there was positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) of Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru airport branch office, 3) there was positive and significant influence of team cooperation on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) of Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru, 4) there was positive influence and significant organizational culture on employee performance through teamwork at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) of Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru airport branch office, 5) there was a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance through teamwork at PT Angkasa Pura II (parsero) the branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru airport.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Compensation, Teamwork, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1. Work discipline has a significant effecton job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has a significant effect on jobsatisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, 4.Work environment has a significant effect on job performance, 5. Job satisfactionwork work has a significant effect on work performance, 6. Work discipline has asignificant effect on job performance through job satisfaction, 7. Workenvironment has a significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with datacollection through observation, interviews, and questionnaire methods. Data wereobtained by distributing questionnaires related to work discipline, workenvironment, work performance and job satisfaction to 30 respondents. Dataanalysis technique in this research was partial least square using smartPLS 4application version 4.0.7.8. The results of this study indicate that 1. Workdiscipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has asignificant effect on job satisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect onwork performance, 4. Work environment has no significant effect on workperformance, 5. Job satisfaction has an effect significant effect on workperformance, 6. Abstract

This study analyze consumer satisfaction with product quality at the 'Bebeke Om Aris' restaurant in Bogor. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Cartesian diagrams. Respondents used were 96 respondents with the convenience sampling method. The results showed that the highest consumer satisfaction was found in the display attribute of food presentation with a conformity level of 98.99%. The lowest consumer satisfaction is found in the texture attribute of the duck that is not tough with a suitability level of 80.67%. Quadrant A shows important attributes but not as expected by consumers which is the delicious aroma of food.

Abstract

Voting is the most important part of choosing leaders in an organization or institution, especially for those of us who use a democratic system. The election of organizational leaders in Darunnajah is still carried out conventionally, elections still use paper to select organizational leaders which is carried out by recording and counting the name or picture of one of the candidates. Creating the Darunnajah Vote System in the form of a web application for the election of organizational leaders in the Darunnajah environment can speed up the voting process. The web application is built using PHP and MySQL with features of user management, class management, candidate management, and E-Voting. This study aims to build an e-voting system that is expected to provide voting results quickly, and accurately and can be monitored in real-time during the implementation of the leader election. This system development method uses a web application-based SDLC Waterfall model. Testing using the black box method, every feature contained in the Darunnajah Vote System application, namely the Admin Login feature, User Login, User Voting, and User Data Processing features runs normally and functions properly.

Abstract

The success of any particular educational process is influenced by many different components, but the use of educational media is one of them. Learning through media is an interactive process that serves as a communication hub, making the learning that occurs as a result beneficial to students. One example is the use of Pop-Up Books in PPK instruction in Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study is to understand whether Pop up books exist or not to improve student learning outcomes. The method uses the (SLR) method for data analysis Data from a journal article that has been indexed by Google Scholar and additional research shows that there are 6 articles that discuss PPKN's PPKN Pop Up Book Media in Elementary Schools Learning Based on the analysis, we can conclude that using books Pop-up books have a positive impact on learning outcomes of Civics in public schools.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of smartphone technology, particularly with operating systems like Android, has facilitated the development of diverse mobile applications that deliver accessible and functional information. As a widely used platform, Android supports innovative solutions to address user needs in various domains. Fitness, as a structured form of exercise utilizing specialized equipment and techniques, aims to help individuals achieve a proportional and healthy body. Despite its popularity, many people lack knowledge about proper training methods and remain unaware of fitness centers in their vicinity. This challenge is particularly pronounced among beginners, who may feel hesitant to exercise alone. Furthermore, fitness enthusiasts often seek opportunities to exercise with friends or partners to enhance their experience. This study employs a combination of observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and literature reviews to gather data and insights for developing the Lifespa Fitness Android-based application. The application serves as a comprehensive fitness information hub, providing users with essential details such as membership procedures, pricing, class schedules, and the location of Lifespa Fitness. Designed with efficiency and user accessibility in mind, the application enables users to access fitness-related information conveniently anytime and anywhere via their smartphones. The development of this application not only addresses the knowledge gap in proper training methods but also fosters greater engagement in fitness activities by making information readily available and promoting social interaction among fitness enthusiasts. This research contributes to the digital transformation of the fitness industry, offering a scalable and user-friendly solution that enhances public health awareness and encourages a more active lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work engagement, training, and quality of work life on the performance of civil servants (ASN) within the Government of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study includes all civil servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) and the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method, in which all members of the population are included as respondents. This technique is applied due to the relatively small population size, allowing all units to be used as the research sample. The total sample consisted of 56 civil servants, determined using the census formula approach. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The hypothesis testing results show that work engagement, training, and quality of work life each have a positive and significant effect on performance, and collectively, they significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna melakukan analisis pengaruh pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan pada kinerja keuangan bank, dengan fokus pada Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) yang punya modal inti setara dengan BPRKU 3 di Indonesia. Berdasar Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Nomor 51 Tahun 2017, lembaga jasa keuangan diwajibkan untuk mengimplementasikan prinsip keuangan berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan dalam operasional mereka. Kajian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) guna menguji hubungan antara pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan yang diukur memakai Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI) dan kinerja keuangan yang diwakili oleh indikator Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).Hasil kajian memperlihatkan kalau dimensi ekonomi (GRI 200) punya pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja keuangan bank, dengan nilai T-statistics senilai 3,168, lebih tinggi dari nilai ambang batas 1,68. Sementara itu, dimensi lingkungan (GRI 300) dan dimensi sosial (GRI 400) tidak memperlihatkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja keuangan, dengan nilai T-statistics masing-masing 1,459 dan 1,036, yang lebih rendah dari 1,68. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun pengungkapan dimensi lingkungan dan sosial penting untuk transparansi keberlanjutan, dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan di sektor perbankan Indonesia masih terbatas, terutama dalam konteks BPR. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman tentang penerapan keuangan berkelanjutan di Indonesia, serta implikasi bagi bank dalam mengoptimalkan laporan keberlanjutan mereka guna meningkatkan kinerja keuangan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan untuk memperdalam penelitian di sektor perbankan syariah dan memperluas sampel untuk mencakup bank-bank dengan karakteristik yang berbeda.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work family conlict secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit Surya Insani Rokan Hulu. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 47 perawat dengan kriteria perawat sudah menikah dan janda/duda. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Motivasi kerja perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh perawat, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja yang ditunjukkan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. (2) Lingkungan kerja perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, baik secara fisik maupun non fisik, dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat. (3) Work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Perawat, artinya meskipun terjadi konflik antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan keluarga, hal ini justru dapat mendorong perawat untuk tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal, hal ini karena adanya dorongan untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab ganda. (4) Motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan work family conflict secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hal ini menandakan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja perawat.
