Abstract

This article aims to describe the manufacture of bibliography annoted by Mohammad Hatta in the Library of  Proclamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. The method used is descriptive with engineering data collection through direct observation. Observation is done by collecting and recorded collections of libraries to the subject of Muhammad Hatta in the Library of Ploclamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. After the data obtained through, next to identify on the parts that will be made to bibliography annotated. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded in the manufacture of bibliography annotated at the Library of Proclamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi is as follow. First, the determination of the title by look at (a) the availability of library collections to the subject of Mohammad Hatta, (b) using collection of Mohammad Hatta, and (c) the information in the collection are still well preserved. Second, the library with records of authors, the title, and impresum. Third, the selection of library which aims to cut between the title of bibliography with the library collected. The four, grouping or classification. The five, prepation the keyword. And than, typing a bibliography.Keyword: bibliography, Bung Hatta, library.

Abstract

This paper aims to archive inactive Management has not been implemented. Inactive records management at the Faculty of economics using Adobe Dreamweaver. Activity in the management of inactive records in the Faculty of Economics, starting from the scan archived data, data entry and editing data. Scan archive data is transferring the activities of the contents of a document into digital form. Archive scanner tool called a scanner. Entries archive data is input data to the application Adobe Dreamweaver. Input archives until edit archive data if found errors in data entry.The method used in this paper research is descriptive method by observation or direct observation to the field, data collection, interviews at the Faculty of Economics Padang State University. Data analysis was done descriptively. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded still encountered obstacles in the management of inactive records so that the implementation is not optimal. The obstacle is the lack of human resources in terms of personnel management of inactive records are limited and less knowledge will be archived. Inactive records management using Adobe Dreamweaver application aims for archive retrieval can be easily and besides it can also be to duplicate the archive. One of the benefits of using the application to manage the archive inactive, in the event of natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, then the duplicate is still there.Keywords: Applications, Adobe Dreamweaver, Archive inactive

Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses the process of index indexing by annotating thesis of the management in the AKBP-STIE "KBP" Padang library. The purpose of this research is to present or describe how the process of indexing is done by annotating the thesis of the management in the AKBP-STIE "KBP" Padang library. The method used is descriptive method which is described as is. Data was collected by direct observation and asked several questions to librarians in the AKBP-STIE "KBP" library in Padang. The process of making an annotated index is (a) the collection and grouping of management theses in accordance with each management thesis year, after the collection is done, the number of management theses from 2011-2017 is 258 copies; (b) create a management thesis description consisting of the author's name, thesis title, and thesis year; (c) the creation of an management thesis annotation that aims to provide a brief overview of the contents of the management thesis; (d) determination of keywords that aim to simplify and accelerate the retrieval of management theses; (e) Preparation and Media Index of Management Thesis, the media provisions of this annotated index linking are in the form of a book with systematic preparation based on the author's thesis name; (f) Typing an Annotated Index, with the provisions of the arrangement starting from the index, annotations, keywords, and shelf locations as well as the thesis code that has been given by the librarian.Keyword:  index with annotation, management scription.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss about how to create an index of encyclopedic collection in the Library and Archive Department of Padang Panjang City. It aims to describe the making of encyclopedic collection index in the Library and Archive Department of Padang Panjang City in order to make it easier to find information needed at any time. Data analysis used descriptive method. The data were collected through observation or direct research and documentation at the reference service at the Library and Archive Department of Padang Panjang City. From data analysis through observation and direct research, could be collected as many as 164 copies.Based on analyzing the data, it can be concluded that the steps in making the encyclopedic collection index are as follows: There are several important steps in making of encyclopedic index such as: (a) initial observation of documents, is observing and ensuring documents to be indexed are in reference services ; (b) selecting collections to be indexed by collecting all encyclopedic collections incorporated with other reference collections; (c) records the collection descriptions with determining the headline of the main entry, the collection title, the collection number, the rising city, the publisher and the year of publication; (d) keyword determination can be obtained from the collection title or read the discussion of the collection information; (e) arrange indexes based on author index, keyword index, and title index; (f) typing indexes using a computer.Keyword : encyclopedia, index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) describe the archive storage system at the Center for Language Center Archive Padang, (2) describe retrieval system through the file in the Central Records Hall of Languages ​​Padang. Data through observation and interviews with the archivist at the Centre for Language Center Archive Padang. Data collection was done descriptively. The findings of the study are (1) archival storage system conducted at the Center for Language Center Archive Padang is not in accordance with the existing theories of the storage systems based on the system of the subject, system name, system number, chronological system and geographic systems. In doing archival storage system archivist Language Institute Padang just doing storage system based on the incoming and outgoing mail are resulting archives are owned be piled and disorganized and difficult to return were found. (2) through the file retrieval system is not fit for the tools to do the back ground using only archival agenda book where the archive search takes a long time because the archivist should find the files one by one in the diary based on time or archive incoming mail. Abstract

Writing this paper aims to describe: (1) the application of Case Tracking System in records management in the High Court of Class 1A Padang, (2) constraints application of Case Tracking System in records management in the High Court of Class 1A Padang, (3) measures to be done so that the application of Case Tracking System in records management in Class 1A High Court of Padang goes well. Based on the results of wording can be concluded as follows. First, the activities in the application of Case Tracking System in records management in the High Court of Padang as Class 1A, archive storage systems, fixtures in records management, the system used in records management and retrieval. Secondly, there are still obstacles encountered in the implementation of Case Tracking System in records management in Class 1A High Court of Padang like, human resources, equipment, upgrade applications and Internet network access. Third, efforts were made in implementation Case Tracking System in records management in Class 1A High Court of Padang like, improve human resources, improving infrastructure, training to upgrade applications and improve network. Keywords:Case Tracking System, records,management

Abstract

This research aims to design deskipsi the manufacture of means of promotion as a media campaign to promote children's Reading Society likes to move forward in prosperity to the general public, so the public can know the existence of the Grounds Advanced in prosperity the community Likes Reading. The draft making media campaign for children's Readings, Community Developed software Like corelDRAW X 4 and using fireworks CS3. CorelDRAW X 4 software selection and use of fireworks CS3 is the second such software is software that is used in the manufacture of media promotion with print media, although the fireworks are used in web designing, in the manufacture of means of promotion are also common. The Data collected through direct observation and interviews with owners and managers of children's Literature Community likes to move forward in prosperity. Abstract

This research explain to describe the process of making an annotated index of newspaper articles of culture as a means of information retrieval in the Library of PUGB Tanah Datar  period 2012.Process data collection with interviews and document research by collecting data directly from its original source, the newspaper articles in the Library of PUGB Tanah Datar. The process of making an annotated index of newspaper articles of culture begins with collecting newspapers, selecting and classifying newspapers, making description of the article, make annotations, specify keywords, create indexes newspaper articles, composing and typing articles index. Manufacturing index organized alphabetically newspaper title, author index, and is equipped with a keyword index and annotations. Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) the effect of fiction in the current collections of Library and Archives Pariaman District (2) obstacles encountered in the use of fiction in the collection of Library and Archives Office of Padang Pariaman district. The writing is done through direct observation in the field. From the observation it can be concluded that the activity utilization fiction collection at Library and Archives Office is influenced by two factors: internal and external. Constraints faced in the utilization fiction collection is that visitors do not find the language standard, visitors do not find the desired fiction books. Here it can be suggested that in order to improve the utilization of a collection of fiction needed a good cooperation between visitors and librarians. Keywords: fiction collection

AbstractIn this paper discussed about how the creation of Annotated Bibliography Collection 1945 Joang on Library “Dewan Harian Daerah Badan Kejuangan 45 West Sumatra province. Making this bibliography has a purpose for simplify visitors in search of information about book joang owned library “ Dewan Harian Daerah Badan Pembudayaan Kejuangan 45” West Sumatra Province. The writing of this paper uses the descriptive methods i.e. with engineering data collection through direct observation, by looking at the  physical state of  the reference collections of book and libraries “Dewan Harian Daerah Badan Pembudayaan Kejuangan 45” West Sumatra Province. As many as 172 titles become the object of research in accordance with title taken by the author about the book collection Museum Joang 1945 selected will be drawn up based on the stage of the preparation of a good bibliography format America Pshycological Assiciation (APA) with several phases.Keyword: Annoted Bibliography, Museum Joang 1945.
