Abstract

The research is proposed to test the influence of compenzation, organization commitmen and job insecurity  to intention to turnover lecture High School of Economics Sakti Alam Kerinci. The population in this research werw lecture High School of Economics Sakti Alam Kerinci. Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 55 lecture STIE SAK with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using path analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the compenzation to cause the positve and significant organization commitmen and job insecurity has no contribution to organization commitmen. The analyze result also shows that the compenzation, organization comitmmen to cause the negative and significant to intention to turnover and job insecurity to cause the positive and significant to intention to turnover. Abstract

The research is proposed to determine the influence of job satisfaction, compensation and career development to turnover intention of BSM branch Padang’s employee.  The population in this research were organic employee of BSM branch Padang. The number 84 organic employee as research sample is determined by using Slovin formula and elected by using cluster random sampling techniqe.  Primary and secondary data  are used in this research.  Analysis data technique is using path analysis dan hypotesis test by using t test with SPSS version 20 is used to analyzed the data. The result of this research shows that the compensation and career development are positively and significantly affect job satisfaction.  Furthermore, compensation, career development and job satisfaction all together have a significant influence to turnover intention but  individually only job satisfaction that have a significant and negative effect to turnover intention.   Keywords : Job satisfaction, Compensation, Career development, Turnover intention

Abstract

The aim of this to study is determine the effect of service quality dimensions in the form of variable reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance and certainty, as well as empathy towards customer satisfaction PO Usaha Murni. The population is bus customers and the number of samples  133 respondents with a accidentally sampling method. Type of data used is the primary and secondary data. Which collected using a questionnaire. The technique used to perform the analysis is regression analysis. The results showed that the Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X3) and Empathy (X5) had no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the Physical Evidence (X2) and the Security and Assurance (X4) significantly affected customer satisfaction.   Keywords : Service quality dimension, costumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of  this study was to analyze (1) the effect of leadership on achievement motivation, (2) the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of achievement motivation on job satisfaction, (4) the effect of leadership on performance, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance and (6) the effect on the performance of         achievement motivation. The population in this study were all employees BPBDs Tanah Datar (61 employees), based on the formula Slovin, 53 employees selected as respondents. Research techniques is proportional stratified random cluster sampling. Path analysis is used to answer this research, suggests that; leadership significant and positive impact on achievement motivation; influential leadership significant and positive impact on job satisfaction; achievement motivation of significant and positive influence on performance; leadership significant and positive influence on performance; significant effect on job satisfaction and positf on performance; achievement motivation of significant and positive impact on performance. Abstract

The aim of this research were To know how is the ability, effort and eksternal support of owner of Small-Medium scale enterprenuer in PT. Semen Padang. The Research methods used Decriptive exploratives. And the competence Variable was described as three indicators which were ability, effort and eksternal support. To answer the research problems and test of hypothesis the researcher was used the statistics analysis with software SPSS, especially used the correlation analysis, regression, F-test dan t-test. Sample respondent used in this research was 155 respondens come from Small-Medium Scale Entrepreneur which clustered by PT. Semen Padang, and it was choosed by purposive sampling based on some criterias. The result of this research were as follows: (1) The competence of human resourch Small-Medium Scale enterprenuer was in fare categories, it is recommended to increase to be more competence enhance increasing their business performance globally. Furthermore, the hypothesis was accepted because regarding the result of F-test and t-test show that the ability,(2) effort and (3)Eksternal support was Significantly affected to the their business performance partially and simultaniusly its mean that the increasing in human resourch competence will be increase the business performance, eventhough eksternal support variable was most dominanly affected to the owner performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan  dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk dan Kepuasan Nasabah Terhadap Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan sebab-akibat dari suatu fenomena atau pemecahan masalah yang diteliti untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok yangtercatatsejumlah 13.197 nasabah. Jumlah sampel dari populasi tersebut berjumlah 201 nasabah diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner yang disusun berupa pertanyaan mempunyai lima alternatif jawaban dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan deskripsi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian mengambarkan : (1) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (2) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah  Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, (3) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah  Taplus BNI Cabang Solok, Kepuasan Nasabah memperkuat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. (4) Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Taplus di BNI Cabang Solok. Kepuasan Nasabah memperkuat pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Abstract

This research was intended to express : 1. The influence of Placement towards  motivation on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 2. The influence of placement and Job environment towards motivation on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 3. The influence of Placement, Job environment and motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang. The size of population as much as 100 peoples. The technique of samples Proportional Random Sampling. The samples of this research are the employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang as much as 80 employees. The data collected through a questionnaire using scale models Likert that has been examined the vaidity and the reliability. The technique of analysis data are used Path Analysis with the help of SPSS (statistical package for social science) program. The results of this research are : 1. There is a significant influence between Placement towards  motivation for the Employee on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area Padang, 2. There is a significant influence between Placement, Job environment towards motivation and, 3. There is a significant influence between placement, Job environment dan  motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Area  padang. Judging from the  influence of direct and indirect Placement, Job environment and  motivation towards job satisfaction on PT. Pegadaian (Persero)  Padang as much as 47,52 % obtained that motivation have the greatest influence as much as 15,76 %.

Abstract

Perusahaan pertambangan merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang diminati oleh investor dalam berinvestasi. Investor mengharapkan dapat memperoleh return yang bagus atas saham perusahaan yang mereka beli. Untuk itu investor perlu mengetahui tentang faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan return saham perusahaan pertambangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur keuangan, kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba, dan nilai pasar; terhadap reurn saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesi (BEI) dalam periodde 2012-2015. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2012-2015 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 120 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya nilai pasar yang menentukan return saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2012-2015. Sedangan struktur keuangan yang menjelaskan seberapa besar hutang perusahaan dibandingkan dengan modal sendiri, tidak berdampak pada return saham perusahaan tambang. Demikian juga dengan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba yang dilihat dari data hsitoris laporan keuangan, ternyata juga tidak memepengaruhi return saham perusahaan tambang. Namun return perusahaan lebih ditentukan oleh nilai pasar yang ditunjukkan oleh seberapa besar laba untuk setiap lembar saham (EPS) yang dipegang investor. Semakin tinggi EPS, itu menunjukkan prospek perusahaan yang semakin bagus sehingga nantinya return saham perusahaan ke depan juga akan bagus.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility and capital structure on financial performance of high-profile company. Population in this study is all high-profile companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2010-2015. The sample was selected by purposive sampling, hence 225 samples were obtained. This research uses secondary data from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and IDX companies. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used as statistical tool. The hypothesis measurement model showed better fit as indicated by the goodness of fit indices, and also could fullfill convergent validity which reflected by the significant factor loadings. The structural model of financial perfromance also could reach better fit and it found that corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on financial performance; and the capital structure has a negative and significant influnce on financial performance in high-profile companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The embroidery business is a business that has been hereditary in the village of Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. But in its development this business still faces several obstacles such as the motives, design, and diversification of embroidery products that are still limited, besides that there has not been a common goal in quality among craftsmen as business owners with their sewing children. Therefore the purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of embroidery business partners in developing variations in motifs, designs, and diversification of embroidery products, and can improve the quality and quantity of embroidery products to be highly competitive while remaining grounded in the unique characteristics of Minang. Kabau. This activity was carried out by providing training and mentoring on techniques and how to make various variations of embroidery motifs and designs, as well as developing product diversification. The results of the activity showed an increase in partner knowledge and skills in making various variations of motifs and designs of embroidery products. Furthermore, the product diversification in the form of tablecloths, chair cushions and tissue boxes, with the right embroidery layout and quality as expected.Keywords: Craft embroidery, Product diversification, Quality standards
