Abstract

AbstrakGaleri Sulam Pinjaik Patah sebagai usaha kolektif warga Nagari Panampuang memiliki potensi menjadi salah satu ikon produk sulam di Sumatra Barat. Namun, dari sisi desain grafisnya belum memiliki solusi desain yang baik. Logo yang dimiliki belum dapat memperkenalkan karakter, kepribadian, dan ciri khas Sulam Pinjaik Patah. Identitas visual merupakan jawaban bagi permasalahan Galeri Sulam Pinjaik Patah karena penggunaan identitas visual yang sistematis, terstruktur dan konsisten akan mampu membangun brand awareness. Identitas visual dirancang dengan menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) yang terdiri dari tahapan mengenali potensi dan masalah, merancang desain produk, validasi dan uji coba. Hasil rancangan identitas visual memiliki elemen yang dinamis, aplikasi yang fleksibel sehingga memberi ruang bagi entitas untuk mengembangkan elemen dari identitas visual. Kata kunci: galeri sulam, identitas visual, kearifan lokal, pinjaik patah AbstractGaleri Sulam Pinjaik Patah has the potential of becoming one of the icons of embroidery products in West Sumatra. However, the gallery does not have a better graphic design solution. Its current logo does not introduce the character, personality, and characteristics of the origin of the name Pinjaik Patah embroidery. The problem is gallery needs more recognition to create brand awareness. It demands a systematic and consistent use of visual identity, not just a logo. The research and development (R&D) method is used to design the visual identity. The stages are identifying potentials and problems, designing product designs, validating, and testing. The final design of Galeri Sulam Pinjaik Patah’s visual identity has dynamic elements and flexible applications that allowed the gallery to improve and develop its visual identity. Keywords: embroidery gallery, local wisdom, pinjaik patah, visual identity

Abstract

Abstrak Pinjaik patah atau jarum jahit yang dipatahkan merupakan brand yang cukup dikenal untuk persoalan produk sulaman terawang di Sumatra Barat, khususnya di kabupaten Agam, Nagari Panampuang. Sayangnya, pengembangan motif yang dilakukan masih minim sehingga diversifikasi produk, pembeda produk hasil sulaman pinjaik patah dan hasil produk kompetitor tidak dapat dibedakan. Perlu dirancang sebuah desain motif baru yang berangkat dari picture mark logo galeri sulam pinjaik patah dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan diversifikasi produk dan brand awareness sulaman pinjaik patah. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan tahapan 1) Potensi dan Masalah; 2) Pengumpulan informasi; 3) Pengembangan model; 4) Validasi model; 5) Uji coba model. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu perajin sulaman dapat mengaplikasikan desain motif dalam jenis sulaman terawang dan sulaman menggunakan bordir, hanya saja masih diperlukan revisi dan latihan dari perajin sulaman agar dapat menghasilkan motif yang harmonis. Pengembangan desain dan produk sebaiknya difokuskan pada sulaman terawang yang menjadi unggulan sulam pinjaik patah. Kata kunci: brand awareness, desain motif, pinjaik patah, sulaman AbstractPinjaik patah or a broken sewing needle is a well-known brand for embroidery products in West Sumatra, especially in Agam district, Nagari Panampuang. Unfortunately, the development of the motifs is still minimal so that product diversification, the difference between the product of pinjaik patah embroidery and the product of competitors cannot be distinguished. It is necessary to design a new motif design that departs from the picture mark of the Pinjaik Patah embroidery gallery logo with the aim of creating product diversification and brand awareness of Pinjaik Patah embroidery. The method used is research and development which includes five steps like 1) potentials and problems; 2) gathering information; 3) designing; 4) validation and; 5) design testing. The results obtained are that the embroiderer can apply the motif design in the type of overlay embroidery and embroidery using embroidery, it's just that revision and practice from the embroiderer is still needed in order to produce a harmonious motif. Design and product development should be focused on terawang embroidery which is the flagship of pinjaik patah embroidery. Keywords: brand awareness, embroidery, motif design, pinjaik patah

Abstract

This study explores the impact of work-life balance and work motivation on employee performance within organizational contexts in Indonesia. Using a systematic literature review approach based on PRISMA, the study analyzes 64 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings reveal that work-life balance, facilitated by flexible policies and supportive supervisor behavior, significantly enhances employee engagement and productivity. Work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, also plays a crucial role in achieving optimal performance through internal incentives such as personal satisfaction and external support like organizational encouragement. In Indonesia’s collectivist culture, social and familial values strongly influence the relationship between work-life balance, work motivation, and employee performance. This study highlights the importance of organizational strategies, such as flexible work arrangements and supportive leadership, in fostering a conducive and productive work environment. It provides practical insights for organizations in designing balanced policies to sustainably improve employee well-being and performance.

Abstract

Dengan adanya investasi jangka panjang dan jangka pendek, maka para analisis keuangan akan mencari cara dalam menentukan harga saham sehingga mampu mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Dimana para investor dalam menggunakan nilai dari suatu perusahaan dalam mengukur apakah jika mereka malakukan investasi dapat menguntungkan atau tidak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan dokumenter. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 perusahaan, diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu : 1) kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; 2) kebijakan hutang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; 3) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Latar belakang program pengabdian adalah minimnya akses pengusaha kerajinan di kota Padang terhadap lembaga keuangan dapat disebabkan karena masih rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dari pelaku usaha kerajinan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) Workshop mengenai literasi keuangan; (2) Pendampingan dalam melakukan perdagangan melalui internet (E-commerce) dengan membuatkan website yang dapat dikelola oleh kelompok mitra dalam pemasaran produknya. Hasilnya, para pengrajin sulaman dan bordir diberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai apa itu literasi keuangan melalui inklusi keuangan dan bagaimana cara memperoleh modal usaha agar usaha yang mereka jalankan dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. Agar akses kelembaga keuangan semakin mudah, peserta juga dibekali tentang cara-cara untuk memperoleh modal usaha dari pihak ketiga. Selama pelatihan, setiap selesai materi, para peserta diberikan pendampingan dalam penyusunan pengelolaan keuangan dan bagaimana melakukan transaksi secara online.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on sustainability performance with financial technology as a mediating variable in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra. This study is a quantitative study with a sample method, namely random sampling. The sample in this study was 297 respondents consisting of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using IBM SPSS Amos 26 software. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Performance. Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial Technology. Financial Technology has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Performance.

Abstract

Background: Small and Medium Enterprises have great potential but face difficulties in achieving sustainability due to limited financial literacy and entrepreneurial financing choices.Purpose: This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy on the sustainability of SMEs in West Sumatra and explore the mediating effect of entrepreneurial financing choice.Design/methodology/approach: This type of research is quantitative research using a survey approach. This research involved 247 SMEs and data collection was carried out through questionnaires. This hypothesis testing was carried out by structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.1.3Finding/Results: These findings indicate that financial literacy significantly positively increases the sustainability of SMEs. However, financial literacy on entrepreneurial financing choices has a significant negative impact, as well as entrepreneurial financing choices on sustainability has a significant negative impact. Apart from that, the mediating effect of entrepreneurial financing choice in influencing financial literacy on sustainability has a significant positive impact. Conclusion: This research shows that financial literacy positively influences sustainability in SMEs. Although entrepreneurial financing choice has a negative relationship with financial literacy and sustainability. However, the mediation role has a positive relationship. Originality/value (state of art): Entrepreneurial financing choice is a choice made by SMEs in seeking and obtaining funding sources, both internal and external, but SMEs have obstacles in accessing external funding. Abstract

Background: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are necessary for the Indonesian economy, including SMEs in West Sumatra. They still face various challenges, such as unstable performance and a lack of skills in analyzing risk-taking. A superior business has strategic resources. Resources that can be relied on to achieve stable performance are unique and difficult to imitate. Purpose: The study aims to assess the pertinence of the measurement model with the data and analyze the influence of risk-taking in mediating the nexus of social capital and performance.Design/methodology/approach: Data were collected from 254 managers or owners of SMEs in tourism and the creative economy in West Sumatra. This study employed SEM-AMOS to test the research hypothesis and model.Finding/Results: The results show that the hypothesized measurement model is valid and significant. Social capital is a significant determinant of SMEs' performance and risk-taking. However, risk-taking as an intervening variable of social capital and performance could not be approved in this study.Conclusion: This study concludes that related parties need to pay attention to non-physical resources such as their social capital, which indicates how they have trust, networking, and values that would contribute to the SMEs’ performance.Originality/value (state of art): Previous studies on the determinants of SMEs’ performance have only focused on financial/physical resources but have not considered intangible resources, such as social capital and risk-taking. Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have proven to have a strategic role in supporting the Indonesian economy. However, the performance of SMEs has not shown excellence in dealing with uncertain environmental conditions. This study looks at the alignment between environmental factors, manufacturing capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation and Company performance using a quality function deployment (QFD) approach. The results of the study show that to deal with environmental factors, SMEs need to focus on quality, innovatively oriented, which has an impact on marketing performance.Keywords:    kinerja perusahan, faktor lingkungan, kapabilitas manufaktur, orientasi kewirausahaan, house of quality
