Abstract

Internet banking is an interesting topic. It has become one of the most important and modern applications that have many benefits. This research objects to analyze the impact of internet banking on banking performance at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research also examines banking ratios such as size, capital, credit risk, expense management, liquidity, and macroeconomic factors, such as inflation and economic growth. The population that used in this research were all financial sector companies in the banking subsector listed on IDX. While the sample in the research was determined by purposive sampling method, so that 58 samples of companies were obtained during the 2010-2019 period. The data type is secondary data obtained by the IDX and the sample companies' annual reports. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression by way of SPSS 25. The results of the research concluded that internet banking has a negative and insignificant effect on banking performance, size and capital have a positive and significant effect. Credit risk, expense management and economic growth have a negative and significant effect on banking performance. Meanwhile, liquidity and inflation have a negative and insignificant effect on banking performance. Keywords : banking performance, internet banking, banking ratios

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the planning of finished goods inventory at PT. Agrimitra Utama Persada using Monte Carlo Simulation which is useful in carrying out repeated experiments from existing data. So that the repeated experiment will produce a pattern that is expected to be used to manage inventory. In this study, we will discuss forecasting using the Naive Method, exponential smoothing, Weighted Moving Average, and Moving Average and for inventory planning using Monte Carlo Simulation calculations. The research methodology used is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. From the calculations obtained the best method of forecasting calculations based on MAPE, MAD and MSE is the smallest, namely the Naive method because the results of the forecasting error are the smallest for bottled water products (AMDK). The values of MAPE, MAD and MSE from the Naive Method are MAPE of 12.29%, MAD of 28607, and MSE of 1366039931. Results of Monte Carlo Simulation can be determined for the number of requests in 2018 of 2,669,458 boxes and average demand in one week of 5448.73 cardboard boxes. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research to analyze: (1) The influence of Promotion on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students in Padang State University (2) The influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students in Padang State University (3) The influence of Price on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students In Padang State University.  Methodology - This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students at Padang State University User Go-Jek transportation services with a total sample of 170 people taken using convenience sampling because of the unknown population.Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. Abstract

Abstract Tujuan akhir yang ingin dicapai dalam suatu perusahaan adalah memperoleh  keuntungan yang maksimal dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan untuk memperlihatkan kepada stakeholders bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja  yang baik,. kinerja perusahaan adalah penentuan ukuran-ukuran tertentu yang dapat mengukur keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap corporate performance pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan social performance sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perbankan syariah di Indonesia periode 2011-2018 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 88 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi masing-masing Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan Smartpls versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance (2) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap social performance (3) Social performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance (4) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance dengan social performance sebagai pemediasi

Abstract

Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.Metodologi - Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda.Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah beberapa perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017.Hasil - Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa keputusan investasi tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebutuhan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifkan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Keywords: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

AbstractPerusahaan manufaktur merupakan sektor terbesar yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Banyak perusahaan yang sudah berkembang dan memiliki keuntungan yang besar. Sehingga menarik pemegang saham untuk melakukan investasi dengan harapan mendapatkan keuntungan berupa dividen. Agar dapat berinvestasi di perusahaan manufaktur yang tepat, pemegang saham perlu untuk mengetahui profil kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur dan faktor penentunya seperti profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2013-2017 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), likuiditas (CR), pertumbuhan perusahaan (Growth), dan ukuran perusahaan (Size) sebagai variabel independen serta kebijakan dividen (DPR) sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebaran data pada variabel kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terbilang cukup baik. Ini terlihat dari nilai standar deviasi yang lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata (mean). Sedangkan pada variabel ukuran perusahaan nilai satndar deviasi lebih besar daripada nilai rata-rata (mean). Sehingga sebaran data menjadi kurang baik. Ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang jauh antara nilai terendah dengan nilai tertinggi dari variabel ukuran perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif tersebut perusahaan manufaktur cenderung membagikan dividen dalam jumlah yang cukup besar. Keywords:           kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan mendapatkan sumber dana dari berbagai pihak, baik pihak internal maupun pihak eksternal. Begitu juga dengan perusahaan manufaktur, salah satu sumber dananya berasal dari investor. Dana yang diinvestasikan oleh investor tentunya tidak diberikan secara percuma. Melainkan investor bertujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan berupa dividen atas dana yang telah diinvestasikan. Agar tujuan tersebut tercapai, investor perlu memperhatikan sejumlah variabel yang mempengaruhi besarkecilnya deviden. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam periode 2013-2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2013-2017 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 220 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan yang menentukan kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2013-2017. Sedangkan leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur

Abstract

This study aims to verify the construct validity of the measurement model, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) surveillance, social interaction, remuneration, information sharing, entertainment, brand equity, and purchase intention on Compass shoes products in Indonesia, to test the similarity of measurements that have been hypothesized by the model on collected data. In this research, the structural equation model (SEM) is used to answer the research questions. Based on the results of observations of 340 respondents, it is known that the hypothesized measurement model follows the data indicated by the significant fit index and loading factor. Surveillance variable loading factor values ​​are as follows (0.80), (0.43), (0.51), (0.43). The surveillance indicator has a value of more than 0.3, which indicates convergent validity is achieved. Each social interaction variable has a loading factor value as follows (0.57), (0.67), (0.38), (0.70), (0.30). The social interaction indicator has a value of more than 0.3, indicating that convergent validity is achieved. In addition, the remuneration and information sharing variables have factor loading values ​​as follows (0.73), (0.45), (0.44), (0.66), (0.68), (0.68). The remuneration and information sharing indicators have a value of more than 0.3, which indicates convergent validity is achieved. Furthermore, the entertainment variable has factor loading values ​​as follows (0.56), (0.65), (0.36), (0.65). The entertainment indicator has a value of more than 0.3, indicating that convergent validity is achieved. The brand equity variable has factor loading values ​​as follows (0.60), (0.47), (0.43), (0.80). The brand equity indicator has a value of more than 0.3, which indicates convergent validity is achieved, and lastly, the purchase intention variable has a factor loading value as follows (0.85), (0.56), (0.50), (0.48), (0.67), (0.50). The purchase intention indicator has a value of more than 0.3, which indicates convergent validity is achieved. This means that all measures can describe the variables that have been studied.

Abstract

This research aimed to analize the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), liquidity (loan to deposit ratio-LDR), operational efficiency (BOPO) of profitability (return on assets-ROA) at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is research kausatif with a population of listed banking company in BEI. Methods of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study shows that CAR has positive and no significant effect on ROA in the banking companies that listed on the BEI, LDR has positive and no significant effectt on ROA in the banking companies that listed on the BEI, and BOPO has negative and significant effect on ROA in the banking companies that listed on the BEI.
