Abstract

This research was in order to know the factors that affect Brizzi's demand and to know which factors are the most dominant in influencing Brizzi's demand. Conducted at PT. Bank BRI Pusat Jalan Jendral Sudirman Pekanbaru City Riau Province. Where the population is customers in PT. Bank BRI Pusat Pekanbaru which amounted to 104 people. The sample used in this research is 104 people taken with census method and data processing using multiple linear regression method with SPSS program. Based on the results of the test if the data by using multiple linear regression can be taken several conclusions, namely: Based on the results of a quantitative descriptive test note that one of the factors that influence the use of Brizzi is income. Revenue is positively related to the use of Brizzi. So it can be concluded that the higher the income a person will be the more often he uses Brizzi, Benefits Brizzi positively related to the use of brizzi. So it can be concluded that the more benefits of the brizzi itself, the more people will use brizzi, the ease is positively related to the use of brizzi. So it can be concluded that the easier the brizzi is used it will be more and more people use the brizzi, Revenue is the most dominant factor affecting the use of brizzi, Publishing brizzi relationship with monetary policy is that if more people use brizzi then the money supply will be less reducing inflation then the economy will increase.Keyword : Earnings, Benefits, Convenience, And Use of Brizzi

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the interest rate of Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) and world oil prices on inflation in Indonesia during the period 2001-2015. The scope of this study conducted in Indonesia by year study period from 2001 to 2015. The data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of numbers.This study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics and the International Energy Administration website. Data collection techniques used in this research is time series data in Indonesia. The study used multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS) with SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that simultaneous test (F test) showed that all independent variables were studied together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. In partial test (t test) showed variable Interest Rate Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) positive and significant effect on Inflation in Indonesia and World Oil Prices variable positive and significant effect on Inflation in Indonesia. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these three variables together against the dependent variable was 70.4%, while the remaining 29.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : BI Rate, World Oil and Inflation

Abstract

Conceptually development is all efforts will be undertaken in a planned manner in making changes with the main objective to improve and enchace quality of life, increasing and improving the quality of human welfare. Qualifed human resources provide or excellent effect when used appropriately. Benefits will be useful for the community and the state it self. Human resources is essential for developed countries and developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resources to economic growth in the regency of Pelalawan. Methods of data analysis using linear regression multiple analys.This location of this research is the regency. This locatian was chosen because Pelalawan progressing economic growth from year to year. The method used to discuss this problem is by using a quantitative method of multiple linear regression model with SPSS, to determine the relationship variable quality of human resources and variable ecinomic growth. The results of data analysis in the study shows that the results of multiple linear regression with the count of value f 38,573, and 4,757 while the value of f tables. Therefore, the value ftable > fcount , it can be concluded that Ho is rejected or in other word, life expetancy, the old school and percapita income average of simultaneusly significant effect on economic growth in the Pelalawan Regency.Keyword : Quality of human resources and economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the level of contested divorce in Pekanbaru City which comprised the factors of education,income, employment status and age of first marriage. The population of this research are women who divorce (contested divorce)in 2012. Samples in this research using simple random sampling to obtain 89 respondents. This research analyzed using deskriptive qualitative method by using observation and questionnaires were given to each respondent. From the questionnaires result and the analysis that have been done, indicating that education and income factors significantly influence the contested divorce. While employment status factor and the age of first marriage factor does not affect the contested divorce.Keywords: divorce, contested divorce, pekanbaru

Abstract

This research aims to determine the prospects of the processed food industry businesses pempek Palembang in Pekanbaru and to investigate any problems or constraints encountered in pempek Palembang run the business in the city of Pekanbaru.The population in this study are all businesses that sell and produce pempek Palembang in the city of Pekanbaru is 10 outlets.This study took a sample of 10 outlets pempek Palembang in city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this reseach is using feasibility studies, to conduct a review of the aspects of the feasibility study that review on aspects of financial and aspects of non financial.In the aspects non-financial through reviews on aspects of the market, raw material and socio-economic,as well as a review on the financial aspects through a review of financial feasibility by performing the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), B / C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). On the results of this study indicate that non-financial aspects of the review in the processed food industry pempek Palembang in the city of Pekanbaru has a prospects and feasible to develop, and review the financial aspects through feasibility calculations show NPV =513.684.145,7> 0, the value of B / C Ratio 1,23> 1, IRR 47.04%> 12% and the value of PP for 7,99 months (0,66 years). From these calculations show that the processed food industry pempek Palembang in the city of Pekanbaru has a prospects and feasible to develop.Keywords: Prospects, Feasibility Studies, and Pempek Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence of income,household members and price of demand refill drinking water in Pekanbaru city. This data collection was conducted in of Maret 2018. This study uses primary data obtained directly from the object of research, that is data collected from household users of refill drinking water in Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique using Convinience Sampling. Sample in this research were 100 of 247.234 the population household in Pekanbaru city. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and interview. Data analysis method used in this research use multiple linear regression.From the result of research indicate that the household members have a significant positive effect to demand of refill drinking water. While income and price have no significant to demand of refill drinking water. Based on the coefficient f determination (R2) obtained value of 0,353%. This shows that all independent variables affect the dependent variable 35,3%, while the remaining 64,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keyword : Demand, Small Industries, Income, Household members, and Price

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the difference between the wage rates of agricultural laborers with non-agricultural workers and to determine the effect of wages on the welfare of farm and non-farm labor. This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interview and questionnaire study. Respondents were taken was 50 of 28 farm workers and 22 non-agricultural workers.From the results of this study concluded there are significant differences between the level of wages of agricultural laborers with non-agricultural wage rate. where the average income - average which can be obtained by nonagricultural workers are not the same as agricultural laborers. With the high level of wages will be able to improve the welfare of workers that will increase labor productivity. Based on the results of this research is that many agricultural workers are still less prosperous. With the welfare of the workers are fulfilled, then the labor productivity will also increase. Therefore, the company should increase the level of wages that will improve the welfare of workers as well. Therefore, the authors suggest Need for guidance and provision of appropriate skills for workers in agriculture, so that workers will get better wages for the workers already have the skills.Keywords: Wages, Agriculture, Comparative Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the Pekanbaru Eye Center Eye Center with a sample census. The variables used are organizational culture, leadership style, knowledge management, work discipline and work environment as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Knowledge management has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, and work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Community Participation in Community-Based DrinkingWater and Sanitation Provision Programs (Pamsimas) in Naumbai Village, KamparDistrict, Kampar Regency. A sample of 41 people consisting of 3 village officials, 5community leaders and 33 ordinary people. Measurements were made using aquestionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale, while the technique of analyzingcommunity participation was to use the average method. The results of the studyfound that community participation in the community-based drinking water andsanitation (PAMSIMAS) program in Naumbai Village, Kampar District, KamparDistrict had participated well, this was evident from the involvement of villagecommunities in PAMSIMAS activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service. The research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene of Pekanbaru City.The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to employees. The population in this study were employees of DLHK Pekanbaru City, totaling 105 employees and with a sample of 105 employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis.The results of this study indicate (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance (5) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work motivation affects performance through employee job satisfaction, (7) work environment affects performance through employee job satisfaction
