Abstract

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition of excessive nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Thepurpose of this study is to knowsomefactor that associated with the incidence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at Puskesmas Langkahan Kab. Aceh Utara , and in this study, three factors were taken,There are age, parity status, and employment. Themethod of this study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was amounted to 30 people using total sampling method. The Resultsof this study, using the chi-square test, obtained the value of Asymp. Sig on the age variable is 0.964; on the parity variable 0.092; and the employment variable is 0.374. These results indicate that this value is> 0.05, which means there is significant relationship between age, parity and employment with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. Conclusion from the research conducted based on the relationship of factor related to the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum, general, parity, and work there is a meaningful relationship.

Abstract

Education, training and competence of employees are needed to deal with changes that occur such as changes in technology, changes in work methods in village development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of education, training and competency on performance through work motivation in Village Officials throughout Bintan Regency, totaling 324 Village Officials. The population in this study amounted to 179 Village Officials in Bintan Regency. In this study, the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). The research method uses an associative method with a quantitative approach to the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques with the SmartPLS program. The results of the research variable on education have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Training has no significant effect on performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, while competence has no significant effect on performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The indirect test of work motivation is an intervening variable between education, training and competency on performance. while competence has no significant effect on performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

This research aims to develop an optimal User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) in a Palembang-Indonesian dictionary mobile application using the Design Thinking method. The background of this study is grounded in the significance of a well-designed UI/UX in enhancing the usability and attractiveness of dictionary applications. Through a literature review, this research analyzes relevant design concepts and principles, and identifies challenges in the development of UI/UX for dictionary applications. The research methodology involves the stages of Design Thinking, encompassing user understanding, problem definition, solution exploration, prototype creation, and testing. The outcomes of this research encompass the development of a more intuitive, efficient, and user-centered UI/UX for the dictionary application. The findings of this research can serve as a guideline for the development of mobile-based dictionary applications, ensuring a favorable user experience. It is expected that this research will make a valuable contribution to the fields of UI/UX and dictionary application development, enhancing accessibility and the quality of dictionary applications for Palembang-Indonesian language users.

Abstract

This research discusses the improvement of students' understanding of mathematics, especially flat-up material. To find out whether the application of origami paper media in class VI MI Datok Sulaiman can improve students' understanding. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles, each cycle carried out as much as 2 meetings, with stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed that: by applying origami paper media can improve the material understanding of students 'flat wake, Based on the test of student learning outcomes in the sixth grade of MI Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo which was conducted in two cycles showed that students' learning outcomes increased, from the first cycle the average score the mean is 76 with a percentage of completeness of 71% while the second cycle has an average value of 87 with a percentage of 96% and has met the KKM value of 70.

Abstract

Mathematical Finance is a course in the Mathematics Study Program. This course is highly useful in both the workplace and everyday life. However, the results of the student’s final exams (UAS) show unsatisfactory outcomes. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to identify the types of errors in students' answers when solving Financial Mathematics final exams. The subjects of this research are students in the even semester of the Mathematics study program at Universitas Samudra. The data collection technique in this research is a test. The results showed that the standard errors found in students' answers were concept errors, namely errors due to students not understanding the concept, as well as procedural errors, which occurred when students had difficulty in linking concepts to the steps of the process. Additionally, there is a slip error that occurs when students are in a hurry to solve the problem, although this error is not dominant. This study concludes that a lack of conceptual understanding and procedural mainly causes students difficulties in Mathematical Finance. These findings contribute to the development of effective learning strategies and the creation of teaching materials by emphasizing the importance of understanding concepts and procedures in problem-solving.
