Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques used through observation and interviews. The object of this research is the manager and employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang, totaling 5 informants. The results of the research that can be written show that employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang are less motivated at work which has an impact on employee work productivity. This can be seen from the lack of encouragement in the form of incentives such as awards given by the company, employees feel the work given and the awards received are not balanced. The condition of the work environment that makes the lack of comfort of employees at work, because of the interaction between employees who are less harmonious and good communication so that employees are busy with their respective activities such as playing cellphones. Physical needs such as office facilities that still need attention such as office chairs and tables that have not been updated, office ac that has not been repaired, and this has an impact on the level of employee work motivation.

Abstract

Pubertas berkaitan dengan pertumbuhan fisik secara kuantitatif yang peningkatan dan struktur biologis. Pertumbuhan adalah perubahan secara fisiologis sebagai hasil pematangan fungsi dalam waktu tertentu. Menurut laporan WHO (World Health Organization) di tahun 2012, setiap tahunnya tercatat 16 juta remaja melahirkan di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X (B) di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 responden. Data diolah secara Univariat dan Bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Univariat dan Bivariat didapatkan bahwa dari 42 responden dengan pengetahuan baik sebanyak 27 (64,3%), dan responden dengan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 15 (35,7%). responden dengan sikap positif sebanyak 25 (59,5%) dan responden dengan sikap negatif sebanyak 17 (40,5%). Dari hasil uji Chi Square untuk variabel pengetahuan didapatkan P value < α=0,05 yaitu 0,003 maka ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perubahan fisik pada masa pubertas, dan untuk variabel sikap didapatkan P value < α=0,05 yaitu 0,000 maka ada hubungan bermakna antara sikap dengan perubahan fisik pada masa pubertas. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perubahan fisik pada masa pubertas, dan antara sikap dan perubahan fisik pada masa pubertas di SMA Negeri 8Palembang Tahun 2021. Hendaknya sekolah mengadakan kegiatan seminar ataupun penyuluhan tentang pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja guna untuk menambah wawasan siswa dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

The methodology section is one of the most important aspects of a master thesis because it describes how the research was done and what method and procedure was taken in that research. This research aimed to discover the most common grammatical problems and possible causes of grammatical issues in master theses written by English education postgraduate program students at Bengkulu University, especially in the methodology section. This study used a mixed method, namely qualitative and quantitative. Most of the grammatical problems were investigated quantitatively, and the causes of grammatical problems were studied qualitatively. The corpus of this study was 20 master theses written by English education postgraduate program students who graduated in 2021. The findings showed that the most frequent grammatical problems found in the methodology section of the master theses were incorrect verbs, 38,60% or 44 times, which were dominated by tense confusion and subject-verb agreement, which confused the reader. Further, they also often lack the necessary syntactic connections between the verb and the nearest subject. The cause of the grammatical problems found in the methodology section of the theses was carelessness, first language interference, and translation. Carelessness becomes the highest possible cause of the grammatical problems committed by students. The conclusion of this research provides information about the most frequent grammatical problems and possible causes in the master theses of methodology section. Abstract

This research aims to improve the ability of students at Az-Zahrah Islamic High School Palembang in recognizing the intrinsic elements of the short film entitled "Sekawan Limo" using YouTube as a medium. By taking advantage of advances in information technology, it is hoped that students can take advantage of digital platforms as an efficient learning tool. This training activity involves the introduction of intrinsic elements such as themes, characters, plots, settings, perspectives, and messages. The methodology used during the training includes initial tests, teaching material, watching movies, discussions, and assessments. The findings of this study show that there is an increase in students' understanding of the intrinsic elements of film after participating in training. The use of YouTube as a learning tool was declared effective in improving students' analytical skills.

Abstract

Principal leadership is the ablitity to mobilize existing resources in a school to be used optimally to achieve the expected goald. 1). The aim of this research is toreveal :What are the forms of school to improve students. 2). Implementing the program carried out by the school principal in improving students at sdn 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024. 3) .Obstacles faced by school principals at SDN 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024. This researcher used a phenomological type of research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using abservation interviews and documentation interviews and documentation while the data analysis techiniques used were data collection data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions teachniques for cheking the validity of the data and using source collation and cheking. The results of this research show that : What are the forms of the principal's program in improving student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023-2024 academic year? There are several programs as follows: a. Rules obeyed by students and teachers. b. Regulations regarding class start times. c. Increase discipline towards students, so that if there are assignments at home (PR) they cannot be done at school, this is so that students can study at home when they are not at school. What is the implementation of the principal's program to improve student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023-2024 academic year. Preliminary activities in using the disciplinary learning process with students. Students who do not want to do assignments take a direct approach to students. The preliminary stage is already in the lesson plan. The obstacles faced by school principals in improving student discipline at SDN 22 Sulur Medan 2023-2024, there are 2 factors, namely internal consisting of within the students while external from outside, namely the social environment.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision using the TIRTA framework to enhance teacher professionalism in two “Sekolah Penggerak” junior high schools, SMPN 1 Muara Tiga and SMPS Sukma Bangsa, in Pidie Regency, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, documentation, and teacher performance analysis to ensure comprehensive and reliable findings. The TIRTA framework, integrating the GROW Model with stages of Goal, Reality Identification, Reflection, Challenges, and Action, fosters a dialogic, reflective, and empowering supervision process, shifting principals’ roles from authoritative evaluators to facilitators of professional learning, as supported by Cognitive Apprenticeship Theory by Collins, Brown, & Newman. The results shows indication that TIRTA-based coaching enhances teachers’ reflective practices, intrinsic motivation, and pedagogical skills, with 72% of teachers reporting significant improvements in their teaching abilities. The approach promotes a collaborative and independent school culture, aligning with Transformational Leadership Theory by Burns, and Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory. Despite challenges in time management, the TIRTA model proves effective in fostering continuous professional development and improving instructional quality, contributing to long-term educational advancements.

Abstract

Community service activities through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program aim to make a tangible contribution to society through education and religious guidance, thereby enhancing the knowledge and skills of the community, especially the younger generation, to become individuals who excel both academically and spiritually. This KKN program is in line with one of the main pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which is community service. In this program, students are given the opportunity to share knowledge and actively participate in education and the instillation of religion for the generation in Pematang Cengkering Village. The educational and religious activities that have been carried out, such as teaching in elementary schools, mentoring in kindergartens, evening Quran recitation, tutoring, and the Smart Kids Festival, have shown a significant positive impact on the academic development and character of children in Pematang Cengkering Village. These programs not only help students understand their lessons, but also build their self-confidence, strengthen their character, and enhance their spiritual quality, thus shaping a generation that excels in both academic and spiritual aspect.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur pada mata pelajaran PAI dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas XII IPS 4 pada semester ganjil 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar PAI, untuk siswa kelas XII IPS 4. Tipe STAD dipilih untuk diterapkan setelah melalui hasil observasi dan refleksi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Peneliti merencanakan tindakan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan refleksi yang telah dilakukan melalui penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis pembelajaran tipe STAD yang terdiri dari soal-soal post tes (ulangan), lembar observasi dan rencana pembelajaran serta perangkat pembelajaran pendukung lainnya. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam proses pembelajaran melalui tahap persiapan, penyajian kelas, kegiatan kelompok, melaksanakan evaluasi, penghargaan kelompok dan menghitung ulang skor dasar serta perubahan kelompok. Penelitian ini dapat diselesaikan dalam 2 siklus 6 kali pertemuan, pada setiap siklus diakhiri dengan post tes / ulangan harian. Hasil penelitian yang merupakan data observasi dan rekapitulasi hasil tes (ulangan) dan rekapitulasi ketuntasan belajar menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan aktifitas belajar siswa yang positif di kelas dan peningkatan rerata tes (ulangan) serta peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal dari siklus 1 dengan siklus 2. Aktifitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran diamati oleh observer sebagai data untuk melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi. Rekapitulasi rerata tes (ulangan) dan ketuntasan belajar didapat dari nilai post tes/ulangan, rata – rata nilai tes siswa pada pra – tindakan adalah 70,37, pada tes siklus 1, rata – rata nilai siswa adalah 74,14 dan pada hasil tes siklus 2, rata – rata nilai siswa adalah 78,28 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dengan tipe STAD di kelas XII IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PAI yang ditunjukkan dengan rerata tes (ulangan) dan ketuntasan klasikal disetiap siklus

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe how the influence of professionalism in managing village assets, optimizing the use of village assets and empowering the community so that it contributes to increasing village original income. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is secondary data. The object of this research is Kuala Sempang Village, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency. The results showed that the professionalism of village asset management had no significant effect on village original income, the optimization of the village assets utilization had a significant positive effect on village original income and community empowerment had no significant effect on village original income. So, in this study from the three variables only one variable has a significant positive effect on the village's original income.

Abstract
