Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Karyawan, penelitian ini dilakukan PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk, Jl. Rawagirang No.2 kawasan industri pulo gadung Jakarta timur 13930. Penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu didapatkan 65 orang karyawan.Data analisis menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji r-square, uji q-square dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin baik Beban Kerja berdampak dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dampak baik terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the interaction between compensation received and the perceived work environment on the level of performance and job satisfaction of employees at Tomoro Coffee. Observational methods have been used to understand how these factors influence each other in the organizational context. Fair compensation and a conducive work environment play an important role in establishing productive and satisfying working conditions. The data is analyzed taking into account various related studies to provide in-depth insight into these dynamics. The case study at Tomoro Coffee illustrates the importance of considering both financial compensation and non-financial aspects of the work environment in human resource management strategies. Holistic management of these factors will help create a more harmonious and supportive work environment, where employees feel supported to make their best contribution. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to systematically evaluate their compensation policies, strengthen an inclusive and supportive organizational culture, and improve communication between management and employees to ensure fairness and optimal job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of communication and teamwork on employee performance of PT Zr. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of population and samples is 50 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing using Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS) version 27. Data analysis techniques are carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of this study indicate that: (1) The communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The communication and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine teacher work morale based on the work environment at SD XXX. The research focus in this study is Teacher Work Morale and Work Environment, according to the explanation that has been given, a problem formulation can be made, namely from this research is Teacher Work Morale based on Work Environment at SD XXX. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely field observations, interviews with informants, and documentation. In the research findings from interviews with informants, namely in the observation notes in the sub-focus section, the availability of work facilities, work systems and discipline at work are still weaknesses in the observations.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of reward, punishment, work environment on job satisfaction of PT XYZ employees. This research uses quantitative research with a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The object used in this study is the employees of PT XYZ with a population of 280 employees. The sample used in this study used purposive sampling technique with the number of samples used in this study as many as 74 respondents determined by the Slovin formula. The analysis method uses the SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 analysis tool, namely the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study explain that 1) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2) the punishment variable hasn’t significant effect on employee job satisfaction; and 3) the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative methods by collecting observational data in the field, interviews with informants, and documentation. The informant selection technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses data triangulation from Miles and Huberman (2014). Data analysis used by researchers is using the help of NVivo 12 Pro software. The results of this research show that the company's core values, including honesty, effectiveness, responsibility, and quality, are implemented through programs to support employee performance improvement, namely human capital development programs, emotional and spiritual intelligence control programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, and employee welfare. The obstacles experienced in implementing organizational culture are poor communication patterns, generation gaps, and inconsistency in implementing culture due to indiscipline on the part of some employees. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence Training and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population and sample in this research amounted to 110 employees. The sample collection technique uses saturated sampling where the entire population is used for the sample. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and processing using the SPSS version 29 application. Research This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results of this research show that in the partial test (t test) the training variable has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated t value of 2.488 > t table 1.982 with a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05, the workload variable has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated t value of 5.476 > t table 1.982 with sign. 0.001 < 0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (f test) of the training and workload variables simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated F value of 45.360 > F table 3.08 and a sig. 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaahui apakah kerjasama tim dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kecamatan XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN yang berjumlah 50 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa dalam uji parsial variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kator kecamatan XYZ dengan nilai t hitung 3,098 > t table 2,011 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerjapegawai pada kantor kecamatan XYZ dengan nilai t hitung 6,476 > t table 2,011 dengan sign. 0,000 < 0,05, dan hasil uji simultan (uji F) variabel kerjasama tim dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kecamatan XYZ dengan nilai F hitung 47,328 > F tabel 3,20 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi digunakan semua untuk sampel. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa dalam uji parsial (uji t) variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ. dan hasil uji simultan (uji F) variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek di kalangan generasi Z, yang dikenal sebagai generasi yang sangat akrab dengan teknologi dan platform digital. Generasi Z memiliki karakteristik unik dalam konsumsi informasi, yaitu preferensi terhadap konten yang autentik, interaktif, dan berorientasi pada pengalaman. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder dari berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial, website, dan aplikasi e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang melibatkan konten kreatif, penggunaan influencer, dan interaksi langsung melalui media sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek. Selain itu, pendekatan berbasis data, seperti pemanfaatan algoritma dan analitik digital untuk personalisasi konten, juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam menarik perhatian generasi Z. Pemanfaatan platform populer seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube terbukti efektif dalam menjangkau segmen ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pemasaran digital untuk generasi Z memerlukan integrasi antara inovasi teknologi, kreativitas, dan pemahaman mendalam tentang preferensi audiens. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan dalam merancang kampanye pemasaran yang relevan dan berdampak guna meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.
