Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of thematic learning, describe the learning outcomes of 5th grade elementary school students, the obstacles experienced, as well as efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of an e-learning learning management system with a simple webview-based LMS. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class V SDN Sumurjalak 1. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted directly with class teachers and students. Observations were made during thematic learning using an e-learning learning management system with a simple webview-based LMS. The data that has been collected is then reduced, then presented in the form of descriptions, tables and figures which are then given conclusions. The implementation of thematic learning in this study presents material on the theme of 6 sub-themes 1 class V, namely Heat and its Transfer. In this online learning, students use a simple LMS based on a webview. The LMS used is equipped with a platform that contains a summary of learning materials, learning videos and student worksheets that have been arranged coherently according to the learning steps with an interesting presentation. Student learning outcomes after using this LMS have increased. Students also feel happy and interested in participating in online learning with a simple LMS. However, in the implementation of thematic learning using LMS there are several obstacles including (1) Inadequate or limited quotas; (2) Unstable internet connection due to home environment conditions; (3) There is distraction in the home environment (noisy, often ordered to); (4) Insufficient device capacity to install online learning support applications and subject file storage. (5) late submission of assignments. Efforts made by schools and teachers in overcoming existing obstacles are trying their best to present interesting, creative and fun learning besides encouraging teachers to be creative and innovative in creating interesting online learning for students. availability of existing technological facilities, so that online learning can run as previously planned. Then to minimize delays in collecting assignments and following online learning the teacher can guide students to prepare in the previous days.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to apply STEM-based learning to improve the 21st Century Skills of Madrasah Aliyah students. The subject of study is class X MA Nurul Huda Kragan Rembang, Central Java. The procedures research consists of the preparation, implementation, and presentation stages. The learning design used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The STEM ability profiles studied are 1) Critical Thinking (providing connections between various scientific knowledge learned by students and real-life problems); 2) Creative (directing students to apply their knowledge through an engineering design process to create a technological solution to a problem); 3) Collaborative (proving that problem solving is possible by pairing machines, this modeling is then tested and the results will be evaluated whether the problem solving solution model is effective for solving the problem or not, if it is deemed ineffective then the design of the problem solving model is improved) t; 4) Communicative (able to calculate the impact that occurs when using the technology that has been made). After applyed STEM-based learning, the Critical Thinking skills of MA Nurul Huda Kragan students increased by 27.69%, Creative abilities increased by 12.00%, Collaborative abilities increased by 17.23%, and Communicative abilities increased by 36.92%.

Abstract

This community service is in partnership with the Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) 04 Bima Jaya which includes 6 Elementary Schools, namely SDN Sidorejo 1, SDN Sidorejo 2, SDN Sidorejo 3, SDN Doromukti, SDIT Al Uswah, and SDI Insan Kamil. The number of teachers in KKG 04 Bima Jaya is 108 teachers and 4 autistic children. The target of this community service is the teachers in KKG 04 Bima Jaya. Through this activity, it is hoped that teachers in KKG 04 Bima Jaya will gain increased abilities and skills in the DIR Floortime learning method, so that it can be implemented in students. Autistic students who receive the DIR Floortime learning method are expected to experience improvements in communication and social interaction skills. The results of community service show that teachers in KKG 04 Bima Jaya have increased abilities and skills in the DIR Floortime learning method. Partners will be provided with assistance in developing learning tools using the DIR Floortime learning method for autistic students.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of metamorphosis of grade III at SDN Watupecah, Kragan District, which have not yet met expectations, are the focus of the study. This study aims to evaluate how well the PBL model using puzzle media improving learning outcomes about metamorposis for grade III students at SDN watupecah in the 2025 academis year. This type of research is quantitative ond uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the avarage pretest score wa 55,8 while the posttest score reached 79,4. After conducting the t test, it was obtained with N=20. The calculated t was 4,782404, while the t table with db=N-1=20-1=19 and a significance level of 0,05 was 2,093. Because the calculated t value>t table, the accepted H₀ and Ha indicate that the problem based learning model is effective in learning outcomes of science science metamorphosis material for grade III SDN Watupecah, Kragan District. The application of problem based learning models can create a more interesting, dynamic, and efficient learning atmosphere to support the student learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning model on science learning outcomes (IPAS) regarding the topic of human respiratory organs and their functions among fifth-grade students at SDN Watupecah, Rembang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a one- group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consisted of all fifth- grade students at SDN Watupecah in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 20 students selected using non-probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the normality test indicated that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed. The t-test results showed that the average pretest score was 56.55 and the average posttest score was 80.4, with N = 20. The calculated t-value was 4.024, while the critical t-value at a significance level of 0.05 with 19 degrees of freedom was 2.093. Since the calculated t-value is greater than the critical t-value (t_calculated > t_table), the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model is effective in improving science learning outcomes on the topic of human respiratory organs and their functions among fifth-grade students at SDN Watupecah, Rembang Regency. Based on the results, the researcher suggests that the Project Based Learning model can be used as a variation in teaching, as its implementation

Abstract

Low student comprehension of the topic of Social and Cultural Diversity at SDN 2 Babaktulung has posed a significants obstacle in the teacing of Pancasila Educations. This issue is primarily due to the limited use of innovative learning media and the contiuned reliance on conventional, textbook-based teaching methods. To address this problem, this study aims to develop a character-based instructional video to improve the learning outcomes the research aimed to strengthen the comprehension of fourth-grade students regarding the topic by employing the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were colledted through observation, interviews, expert validations, pretests and posttests. Quantitative data were analyzed using Likert scale, n-Gain, and Guttman scale, while qualitative data were obtained from feedback and implementation observations. The result show that the developed instructional video achieved high validity, with experts validation score of 93% content, language experts (88%), media experts (83%), and practitioners (81%). The media also demonstrated high effectiveness, with an n-Gain score of 0,7. Furhermore, the readability test showed a score of 97%, while practicality was rated at 94% by students and 100% by the theacher. These findings indicate that the character-based instructional video is a practical and effective toll for enhacing student understanding of social and cultural diversity.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the feasibility of e-modules based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge) to train the scientific literacy skills of Biology teacher candidates. This article is part of the research and development that has been done, namely developing e-modules based on TPACK, in which undergraduate students in Biology Education, FKIP, PGRI Ronggolawe University, Tuban, are the research subjects. Research and development are carried out using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). At the Development stage, the researcher validated three experts; material, language, and media experts. The instrument used at this stage is a validation sheet which contains several assessment indicators and supporting questions. The validation sheet given to material and media experts has 16 assessment indicators and three supporting questions, validation sheet given to linguists contains ten assessment indicators and three supporting questions. Based on the validation results, it has known that material, language, and media experts each assess 91.25%, 94%, and 93.7% then those were in the very good category. Material experts recommend that the e-module must add a link for enrichment material. Linguists give suggestions so that the sentences used are more communicative. Advice from media experts is to reduce the red color in TPACK-based e-modules. The conclusion obtained from the results of the validator's assessment is that the TPACK-based e-module is appropriate for use to train the scientific literacy skills of Biology teacher candidates.

Abstract

Literasi sains dijadikan salah satu tolak ukur untuk mengetahui kualitas pendidikan dan sumber daya manusia suatu negara. Kemampuan literasi sains Indonesia tergolong rendah jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara di Asia lainnya. Penelitian awal telah dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Sidorejo 1 Tuban dan menunjukkan kemampuan literasi sains rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Putik Berisi dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan 7 tahap. Namun, dalam jurnal ini difokuskan pada tahap ke 6 yaitu uji coba terbatas dengan 10 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes kemampuan literasi sains, dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian khususnya pada uji coba terbatas dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, PUTIK BERISI yang telah dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas V SDN Sidorejo 1 Tuban. Berdasarkan data, Enam dari tujuh indikator kemampuan literasi sains yang diteliti mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan satu indikator kemampuan literasi sains tidak mengalami peningkatan maupun penurunan. Peningkatan terbesar terdapat pada indikator ke tujuh, yaitu dari 10% meningkat menjadi 100%. Respon peserta didik memberikan hasil yang positif terhadap pengembangan PUTIK BERISI yang ditunjukkan dari hasil respon lebih dari 80% untuk masing-masing indikator.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bentuk perangkat pembelajaran berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) dengan tujuan khusus menguji kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis STEM yang dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan desain Research & Development yang disederhanakan ke dalam dua tahapan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan perangkat dalam bentuk Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis STEM, Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM) berbasis STEM, bahan ajar berbasis STEM, lembar Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Mengajar (APKM) 1 dan 2, lembar observasi aktivitas mahasiswa selama pembelajaran berbasis STEM, lembar angket minat mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran berbasis STEM. Perangkat penilaian yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas sangat tinggi dengan skor 84,38 % untuk aspek kesesuaian isi, 82,50% untuk aspek kebahasaan, dan 82,14 %. untuk aspek kegrafikan. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen pada materi pesawat sederhana karena dapat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan profil STEM mahasiswa uji coba. Setelah melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis STEM, kemampuan Science mahasiswa meningkat sebesar 27,20 %, kemampuan technology meningkat sebesar 23,36%, kemampuan engineering meningkat sebesar 55,20 %, dan kemampuan mathematics meningkat sebesar 81,80 %. Keefektifan pembelajaran juga ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan dosen mendisain pembelajaran. Disain pembelajaran memperoleh skor 100 dari kedua penilai. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan praktis digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen untuk materi pesawat sederhana berdasarkan respon positif mahasiswa dan dosen uji coba. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis STEM ditunjukkan dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Persentase aktivitas mahasiswa saat pembelajaran STEM sebesar 75,79 % menunjukkan aktivitas mahasiswa saat pembelajaran termasuk kategori baik dan kemampuan mengajar dosen memperoleh skor rata-rata 97,73.
