Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat adanya pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok terhadap resiliensi siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Ungaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tujuh kali pertemuan dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 10 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan skala resiliensi kepada siswanya secara langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan setelah pemberian treatment konseling kelompok, yaitu dari analisis data perhitungan tabel uji Wilcoxon, jumlah jenjang yang terkecil atau T hitung nilainya adalah 0. Sedangkan Ttabel untuk n=10 dengan taraf kesalahan 5% adalah 8. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa nilai (T hitung < TTtabel atau 0 < 8), hal ini berarti bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh konseling kelompok terhadap resiliensi siswa. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to observe the influence of group counseling services on resilience grade VIII SMP Negeri 3 Ungaran. This type of research is a research experiment one group pre-test post-test design. This research is conducted seven times with 10 students of the subject. Data collection was done with scale resilience to students directly. Analytical techniques descriptive analysis of the data using the percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a change after giving treatment group counseling, that is from data analysis calculation of Wilcoxon test table, the smallest number of levels or T arithmetic value is 0. While Ttable for n=10 with the level of error 5% is 8. Then it can be seen that the value (T count <Ttabel or 0 <8), this means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. his shows that the influence of group counseling on student resilience.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan enam kali pertemuan dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 8 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan skala interaksi sosial disosiatif kepada siswanya secara langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena disekolah yang dirujuk dari fenomena global yang terjadi berupa krisis menurunan self-esteem pada usia remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Asror Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 8 siswa. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala self-esteem dengan reliabilitas alpha cronbach (r=0,7;p<0,05). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, self-esteem siswa sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning memiliki nilai rata-rata dalam kategori rendah (M=2,4,SD=0,1). Self-esteem siswa sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning memiliki nilai rata-rata dalam kategori tinggi (M=3,1,SD=0,1). Selain itu juga dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon (Z= 4,00, p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data deskriptif serta uji hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan experiential learning efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Asror Semarang. This research was conducted based on school phenomenon that was referenced from global phenomenon that happened in the form of crisis of decreasing self-esteem in adolescent age. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of group guidance service with experiential learning approach to improve self-esteem of class VIII student MTs Al Asror Semarang. This research uses one group pretest-posttest design method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, with sample of research as many as 8 students. The data collection tool uses a self-esteem scale with alpha cronbach reliability (r = 0.7; p <0.05). Data analysis technique using descriptive data analysis, self-esteem before the students given group guidance service with experiential learning approach has the average value in the low category (M = 2.4, SD = 0.1). Student self-esteem after being given group counseling services with experiential learning approach has an average value in the high category (M = 3.1, SD = 0.1). Also tested hypothesis using wilcoxon test (Z = 4.00, p <0,05). Based on the results of descriptive data analysis and hypothesis testing it can be concluded that the guidance services group with experiential learning approach is effective to improve self-esteem students of class VIII MTs Al Asror Semarang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik modeling simbolik untuk meningkatkan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA N 1 Bojong. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan depalan kali pertemuan dengan subjek penelitian 10 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perubahan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok ( z = -2,805, p < 0.01). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan modeling simbolik efektif meningkatkan perencanaan studi lanjut siswa kelas XII SMA N 1 Bojong. Untuk itu guru BK sebaiknya menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling simbolik sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan perencanaan studi lanjut. Kata kunci : bimbingan kelompok; modeling simbolik; studi lanjut ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of group guidance service by using the symbolic modeling technique to improve the planning of advanced study in XII students of SMA N 1 Bojong. The type of this study is one-group experimental pre-test post-test design. This study was conducted in eight meetings with students as a subject if this study. The technique of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon test. This study showed that there was a change from the student before amd the student after followed the group guidance service ( z = -2,805, p < 0.01). It shows that the group of counseling service by using symbolic modeling effectively can improve the planning of advanced study of grade XII students of SMA N 1 Bojong. For that teacher guidance and counselling services should use the guidance of symbolic modeling engineering group as one of the efforts to improve the planning of further studies. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang peran guru BK dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung dengan populasi 320 siswa diambil sampel sebanyak 167 siswa melalui teknik pengambilan sampel secara cluster random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala persepsi dan skala motivasi belajar. Validitas instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan validitas konstruk. Reliabilitas instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan koefisien alpha cronbach dengan hasil reliabilitas untuk skala persepsi adalah 0,884 dan untuk skala motivasi belajar adalah 0,921. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi siswa tentang peran guru BK berada pada ketegori sedang dan hasil motivasi belajar pada siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang peran guru BK dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Kata kunci : motivasi belajar, peran guru BK; persepsi Abstract The purpose of this research are to know are there any connection between students perception of the role of guidance and counseling teacher and learning motivation of students. This kind of research is quantitative correlation. Subject of this research is all grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Randublatung with population 320 students and number of this sample are 167 students from cluster random sampling. The instrument data collector used is perception scale and learning motivation scale. Validity of this instrument used construct validity. Reliability instrument from this research used coefficient alpha cronbach as a result of perception scale are 0.884 and for learning motivation scale are 0.921. Result of this research show the students perception of the role of guidance and counseling teacher in medium category and learning motivation of students in medium category. Based on hypothesis test used correlation Product Moment, in conclusion there are any correlation between students perception of the role of guidance and counseling teacher and learning motivation of students. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara empati dan keterampilan reassurance dengan keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu. Skala empati, skala keterampilan reassurance, dan skala keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu diberikan kepada 45 orang siswa yang diambil secara purposive yaitu siswa yang telah mengikuti layanan konseling individu. Berdasarkan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan empati menjadi prediktor keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu (R² = 0,512), begitu pula keterampilan reassurance (R² = 0,654), dan empati dan keterampilan reassurance prediktor pada keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu (R² = 0,665). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara empati dan keterampilan reassurance dengan keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi guru BK untuk dapat memberikan layanan yang sesuai untuk membantu meningkatkan keterbukaan diri siswa. Kata kunci : empati; keterampilan reassurance; keterbukaan diri siswa dalam layanan konseling individu Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and reassurance skills with self-disclosure of students in individual counseling services. The empathy scale, the scale of reassurance skills, and the students' self-disclosure scales in individual counseling services are administered to 45 students taken purposively ie students who have attended individual counseling services. Based on simple linear regression and multiple linear regression showed empathy to be a predictor of students 'self-disclosure in individual counseling services (R² = 0.512), as well as reassurance skills (R² = 0.654), and empathy and reassurance skills predictors of students' self-disclosure in individual counseling services R² = 0.665). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between empathy and reassurance skills with the students 'self-disclosure in individual counseling services. This study provides implications for BK teachers to be able to provide appropriate services to help improve students' self-disclosure. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan program peminatan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 60guru BK SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Banyumas. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang teruji validitas 0,2144 dan reliabilitasnya 0,785. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling menghambat pelaksanaan program peminatan adalah siswa 43%, sarana dan prasarana 37%, dan guru 34%. Dengan demikian siswa menjadi factor tertinggi penghambat pelaksanaan program peminatan, kedua, sarana dan prasarana serta yang terakhir adalah guru. Kata Kunci: Faktor Penghambat; Program Peminatan; SMA ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that hinder the implementation of specialization programs. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research respondents in this study were 60 teachers of guidance and counseling in high schools in all districts of Banyumas. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire instrument that tested the validity of 0.2144 and its reliability is 0.785. The results of the study using percentage descriptive analysis showed that the factors that most inhibited the implementation of specialization programs were students 43%, facilities and infrastructure 37%, and teachers 34%. Thus students become the highest factor inhibiting the implementation of specialization programs, secondly, the facilities and infrastructure and the latter are teachers. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa. Skala persepsi siswa, skala kemandirian sosial dan skala penyesuaian diri siswa diberikan kepada 95 orang siswa yang diambil secara purposive. Berdasarkan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan penyesuaian diri menjadi prediktor persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial (R2 = 0,152 ), begitu pula kemandirian sosial (R2 = 0,146 ), dan persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian sosial dalam penyesuaian diri siswa (R2 = 0,228). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang layanan informasi sosial dan kemandirian sosial dengan penyesuaian diri siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada konselor diharapkan mampu memberikan layanan informasi yang sesuai agar siswa mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya. The scale of student perceptions, social independence scale and student adjustment scale were given to 95 students taken purposively. Based on simple linear regression and multiple linear regression shows self-adjustment predictors of students 'perceptions of social information services (R2 = 0.152), as well as social independence (R2 = 0.146), and students' perceptions of social information services and social independence in student adjustment ( R2 = 0.228). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of social information services and social independence with student adjustment. This research has implications for counselors who are expected to be able to provide appropriate information services so that students are able to adjust to their environment. Abstract

Background: Prospective workers need to have good work performance to be able to increase competitiveness and work productivity. Candidates who have the ability to monitor their emotions will find it easier to achieve good performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence organizations to work performance of prospective workers. Methods: Quantitative method was used in this study with ex post facto as the research design. The subjects of this study were 155 trainees at Semarang Job Training Center 1 class of 2023. In this study, the hypothesis was tested using a simple linear regression test. Finding: This study found the level of organizational emotional intelligence of trainees is in the low category, the level of job performance is in the low category, and emotional intelligence organizations has a positive influence on the job performance of trainees. This research found that trainees with high emotional intelligence at work have good performance, and vice versa. Conclusion: Further researchers can use other methods to obtain more comprehensive results and add or change other variables relevant to job performance. This reaserch suggest that career guidance services play a crucial role in enhancing job performance for job candidates. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study provides a new perspective on the importance of organizational emotional intelligence in improving the job performance of prospective workers. This study offers insights that can be directly applied in developing training programs at the Job Training Center, focusing on improving emotional intelligence to increase the competitiveness and productivity of prospective workers in a competitive labour market.

Abstract

Making career decisions is crucial for students to determine the education or job that aligns with their interests, talents, or opportunities in line with their vocational identity. This study aimed to analyze the impact of parental career-related behavior on three aspects: support, interference, and lack of engagement on career anxiety and career decision-making. It was a quantitativeresearch with a correlational research design and involved 297 twelfth graders at vocational high school (SMK) as the samples. Following the students’ data analysis there found that parental career-related behavior, regarding support and lack of engagement significantly influenced career anxiety and decision-making. In contrast, the interference aspect only significantly affected career anxiety, but not career decision-making. Furthermore, career anxiety significantly affected career decision-making. Lasltly, this study provides insight into parental involvement (parental career-related behavior) in students' career development. High career anxiety should be reduced to enhance student's ability to make career decisions.
