Abstract

Management in an Islamic perspective is a management practice that applies Islamic values ??in the company's management functions. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of sharia management in the recruitment, selection and training of professional employees. This study also analyzes management practices based on Islam in companies. The research used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The owners and staff of Azalea Botanicals have an understanding of the mandala. Management in an Islamic perspective is a management practice that incorporates Islamic values ??into the company's management functions. The results show that about Islamic management, which applies to areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and training. Likewise, researchers found that the application of Islamic values ??in all company activities has a positive impact on employee religiosity and responsibility, as well as creating a Rahmatan Lil'alamin environment that is beneficial to many people.

Abstract

The market from Islamic ethical practices will pay attention, among other things, to the process of obtaining the right supply from the right suppliers, performing Sharia-compliant processes efficiently and innovatively, with the ultimate goal of providing halal, environmentally friendly, ethical, and socially responsible products and services to customers. The main objective of this research is to examine the market dimensions of 37 Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia for the year 2012. Content analysis of annual reports and sustainability reports was used to examine their current market practices. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted to validate the findings and clarify emerging issues. The marketplace involves stakeholder engagement activities followed by marketing activities. The disclosure of Islamic principles and values in market-related policies has received insufficient attention. This indicates that Islamic financial institutions do not strategically incorporate Islamic principles and values into their market dimension-related policies. To some extent, the interview results support the content analysis findings. The interviews conducted revealed that the motivation for stakeholder engagement in Islamic institutions is to address issues of zakat distribution.

Abstract

In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, many countries possess experienced significant impacts on people's economies. In the perspective of shari'ah economics, this impact can be seen from several aspects. This has led to a reduction in people's incomes and an increase in the unemployment rate. Certain economic sectors, for instance ourism, the hospitality industry, and transportation, experienced a drastic decline. This has implications for unemployment and income for people working in these sectors. There is a change in people's consumption patterns. People tend to reduce spending on non-essential goods and services, so these sectors also experience a decrease in demand. The Shari'ah financial sector was also affected. Shari'ah companies face challenges in maintaining their liquidity and asset quality.In the face of this impact, the government and Shari'ah financial institutions can take steps to support economic recovery. For example, the government can provide economic stimulus that is in accordance with Islamic values and rules in an economic context, such as zakat and infaq.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

Abstract

This research is based on the desire to analyze the role of supervisory management in dealing with waqf management problems. The analysis tool is a qualitative method used by the author, namely to fill in the data or information collected with the final result in the form of writing. This method is used to describe and explain management strategies for dealing with waqf problems through gathering information and studying documents, such as e-books, journal articles, and papers. The ideas that will be put forward highlight: first, the concept of waqf; second, the legal basis of waqf; third, the waqf supervisory management function; fourth, productive waqf and its management in Indonesia.The research results conclude that basically, the problem of supervision is something that is absolutely necessary. For hundreds of years, waqf in Indonesia has not received serious supervision. As a result, quite a lot of waqf assets were neglected and some of the waqf assets were even lost. The waqf supervision process is part of waqf management. The management function includes 4 things, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.

Abstract

Di tengah maraknya perusahaan berbasis syariah, sistem pengembangan bisnis masih menggunakan manajemen umum berdasarkan sistem nilai tradisional. Islam sebagai sistem yang komprehensif tentunya memiliki indikator manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya suatu sistem pengelolaan perusahaan yang berlandaskan Makoshid Syariah.Penelitian ini merupakan cara untuk menarik analogi dengan kebutuhan suatu perusahaan, seperti kebutuhan masyarakat menurut Dharuriyyat, Hajiyyat, dan Tahsiniyyat. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel Dharuriyyat terdapat pada korporasi Islam bersama dengan variabel Hajiyyat dan Tahsiniyyat. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian tersebut memudahkan perusahaan syariah untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan identitasnya dan mengembangkan perusahaan dalam kerangka teori berdasarkan maqoshid syariah.

Manajemen menjadi salah satu kunci terpenting untuk memaksimalkan pemasaran digital dalam pemasaran syariah. Beralih dari metode pemasaran tradisional ke pemasaran digital. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berharap dapat memberikan wawasan tentang strategi penerapan manajemen yang dapat diterapkan saat menerapkan pemasaran digital di sektor pemasaran Suriah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi terhadap perusahaan syariah yang melakukan pemasaran digital. Strategi yang dikelola termasuk mempromosikan pertukaran budaya, kerjasama interdisipliner, memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan mengembangkan sistem pengukuran. Mengubah budaya pertumbuhan dana dapat memperkuat kesadaran dan komitmen semua pihak dalam perusahaan untuk merangkul dan memaksimalkan perubahan. Kolaborasi lintas departemen dapat membantu merencanakan dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Pendidikan dan pelatihan penyedian harus diberikan kepada semua karyawan perusahaan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang dapat dipasarkan tentang pemasaran digital dan pemasaran syria.
