Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of family and school environment on the achievement motivation of SMA 4 Mandau. The population of this study was 407 students of grade XI of SMA Negeri 4 Mandau, in this study using a simple random sampling technique which required the data taken of 80 class XI students. To get the data needed is a questionnaire method and the previous research was taken to test the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the family environment and the school environment both partially and simultaneously affect the achievement motivation which means that the family environment and the school environment are included in both categories in learning and have the desire of students to achieve high achievement. Suggestions for schools should strive to provide good facilities because with the convenient facilities it will increase the motivation of student achievement, for students more concerned with the learning process the material delivered is more digestible in order to develop their motivation in learning at school, for researchers to be able to test other variables that can affect achievement motivation.Key Words: Family Environment, School Environment, and Achievement Motivation

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model assisted by ludo game on learning achievement. This research was implemented at SMK Muhammadiyah 2th Pekanbaru. This study is Pre-Experimental Design by using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population is all of students of 11th grade AK 1 withtotal number of students are 32, all taken as sample. Then the data was analyzed used N-G and paired t Test. The average of N-Gain achievement are known to be in the "Medium" category and there are only 12 students who still get the "Low". While for the achievement of the paired t-test (group statistics) the pretest average was 76.19 with the standard deviation of 9.297 and the posttest of 88.44 with the standard deviation of 8.370. The correlation value between the TGT cooperative learning model assisted by ludo game on learning achievement that was a weak correlation and sig. 0,829. with a significant 0,005. Then the paired t test(Paired Samples Test) known sig. (2-tailed), obtained paired t test value of 0,000. It means that there were differences in learning achievement between pretest ang posttest. Because 0,000 < 0,05 (95% trusted). The average difference at pretest and posttest was 12,250. T is the value of t count, which was equal to 5.439, compared with t table in DF 30, it means the hypothesis was accepted and there were differences in learning achievement of pretest and posttest. Therefor it can be concluded that the TGT cooperative learning model assisted by the ludo game effect on learning achievement. Thus, the TGT Cooperative learning modelassisted by ludo game can be used as a learning model to be able to increase student learning achievement.Key Words: Teams Games Tournament Model, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: The study is aimed at describing the performance of educational institutions using Balance ScoreCard method which is applied at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru is one of the leading schools with a lot of achievements in the field of academic and non academic. An educational institution can not be said to excel as a whole if it is only assessed by its achievement, because in educational institutions, not only the components of achievement are noticed but are also many components which have connection one to another.This research uses data analysis mix method technique with analisis unit 91 students and 51 staffs including teachers, education staffs and non permanent workers .Based on the four perspectives contained in the method of Balance Score Card (i.e financial perspective, customer, internal business and growth and learning), SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru performance is then categorized very well.Key Words: School Perfomance, Balance Scorecard.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIn the world of teacher education are at the forefront . This means that without the participation of the teacher education quality would be impossible to run properly . For that teachers are required to have a high performance , because to the high performance of teachers can carry out their duties optimally . The level of teacher performance is certainly not out of the two factors, both factors originating from within oneself ( internal factors ) and factors that originate from outside or the environment ( external factors ) that will bring changes to the teachers' performance in school . This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru . The population of this study amounted to 46 people . The sample in this study was 42 . Data collection techniques by using a questionnaire distributed directly to teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah. Then the results of the data from the questionnaire was examined by the Head Master to be proved correct. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis . Data processing were performed with SPSS version 16.0 forWindows. The results showed that Factor Internal and External factors affect teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru . With internal factors tcount 5.272 > 2.023 ttable and external factors tcount 2,740 > 2,023 ttable . As for the value of Fcount 50.110 > 3.238 Ftable so it is concluded that internal factors and external factors significantly influence the performance of teachers . The coefficient of determination ( R2 ) obtained 0,720 or 72.0 percent . This means that the variable factors internal and external factors contributing variables in explaining teacher performance variables by 72.0 percen. The remaining 28.0 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Suggestions for this research that in carrying out his duties at the school , the teacher must be able to be professional not to family problem , work environment, etc. mixed with work in schools because it may interfere with the performance of teachers in the school.Keywords : Internal Factors , External Factors , Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of perceptions of students of pedagogic teacher competence and interest in learning achievement against learning economics students class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the whole grade X SMA PGRI Soweto totalling 66 students of class X 1 IPA IPA, X 2, and X 1 IPS. This study uses census where all the population in the sample that is as much as 66 students. The data collected by using question form about the competence of teachers and pedagogic interest study with distributed to respondents as well as asking for a list of class X students economic value to the learning achievements of students. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. In descriptive, perceptions of students of pedagogic competence teachers included on the category either (57.8%), interest in learning including on categories being (63.7%), including learning and achievement in the medium category (48.5%). Based on the results of the research of the influence of perceptions of students of pedagogic competence of teachers and learning interest in contributing to the effect on student learning achievement of 49.9% with regression equation Y = 46,444 + 0, 487X1 + 0, 948X2.Key Words: Competency pedagogy Teacher, Learning Interest and Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of learning interest and learning facilities on student achievement of class XI IIS on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the students of class XI IIS in SMA Negeri 3 Pekanbaru that is as many as 157 students and the sample of 113 students. The data collection of this research is documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the interest of learning and learning facilities have a significant effect on learning achievement. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained value of 0.643. This means that the contribution of the influence of learning interest and learning facilities on learning achievement is 64.3%, while the remaining 35,7% influenced by other factors outside research such as peer environment, family environment and so forth.Keywords: learning interest, learning facilities, and learning achievement

Abstract

Research to find out the abundance and distribution pattern of Bean Calms (Donax sp) at Batu Bedaun Beach and Beriga Beach at Province of Bangka Belitung Island in March 2017. Determination of sampling location was done by Purposive Random Sampling method. Sampling was done at 2 locations and each of 3 stations with 4 replications. Physical and chemical parameters measured include: temperature, salinity, humidity, pH, substrate base of waters, while the measurement of the bottom substrate of the waters was conducted in the Water Resource Management Laboratory, Faculty of (Agriculture, Fisheries and Biology) University of Bangka Belitung. The results showed that the population abundance of Bean Calms (Donax sp) in Batu Beach Bedaun of Sungailiat Subdistrict ranged between 6 ind/m2 - 16 ind/m2. Abundance analysis in general shows low abundance, whereas in Pantai Beriga Kecamatan Lubuk Besar ranges between 151 ind/m2 - 194 ind/m2 and abundance in general shows high enough abundance. Morisita index analysis in general shows the pattern of distribution of Bean Calms (Donax sp) in Batu Bedaun Beach, Sungailiat Subdistrict, including uneven category (Id<1), whereas in Beriga Beach Lubuk Besar Subdistrict is classified as (Id>1).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dominannya pendidikan petani yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan perkebunan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani di Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang terdiri dari 150 petani yang memilih sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga menghasilkan 60 sampel. Dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner dengan instrumen penelitian. Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Jika dilihat dari hasil analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square, dapat diketahui bahwa Asymp. Sig. (2 sisi) 0,000. Nilai ini kurang dari 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembangunan perkebunan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of pedagogical competence andspiritual intelligence on the achievement of the State elementary school teachers’ achievementKecamatan Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. This research is based on the importance of work performanceespecially teachers in educational institutions. However, not all teachers have demonstrated maximumwork performance. This is allegedly associated with the level of pedagogic competence and spiritualingenuity possessed by the teacher. This study was conducted at State Elementary School inKecamatan Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru That is as many as 116 samples, this data is obtained byusing questionnaire and documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on theresult of research, it is known that there is a significant influence between pedagogical competenceand spiritual intelligence towards the achievement of the elementary school teacher in KecamatanPayung Sekaki Pekanbaru, Both partially or simultaneously. This means that the high achievement ofteachers ‘work achievement is influenced by pedagogical competence and spiritual intelligence, thehigher the mastery of teachers’ pedagogic competence, the higher the teacher’s work performanceand so on. Therefore, in order to increase teacher work performance, teachers’ pedagogic competenceimprovement is needed, through training or workshops.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the implementation of information systemmanagement of education in state junior high school 4 siak hulu the district kampar, referring tomanagement functions namely: (1) the planning; (2) the organizing; (3) the implementation; (4)evaluation of information systems management education. The implementation of informationmanagement system analyzed from the aspect of: (1) of communication, (2) the resources, (3)of implementing attitude, and (4) bureaucratic structure, based on the implementation of policymodel according to edward. This research use descriptive of qualitative methods.Data takenthrough interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that: (1) ofinformation received in decision-making process in the state junior high school 4 Siak Huluupstream not yet fully on time. (2) the resources, such as human resources, resources hardware,resources software and data management processes become information very helpful in theprocess of management. Because resources affected the implementation of information systemsmanagement education in state junior high school 4 siak hulu the district kampar. Usinginformation systems in the management of data and data collection students will be moreeffective and efficient compared with the management of manually.
