Abstract

Manajemen Partisipatif dalam Membangun Budaya Organisasi Pendidikan Islam yang Unggul Pendidikan Islam dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk membangun budaya organisasi yang unggul guna menghadapi berbagai tantangan zaman. Salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap relevan adalah manajemen partisipatif, yang mengedepankan keterlibatan berbagai pihak dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi manajemen partisipatif dalam konteks pendidikan Islam dan dampaknya terhadap budaya organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan penelitian meliputi guru, siswa, orang tua, dan komite sekolah di sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen partisipatif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan stakeholder, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja, serta membentuk budaya organisasi yang positif. Tantangan dalam penerapan manajemen partisipatif antara lain resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep ini. Disarankan agar lembaga pendidikan Islam terus menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen partisipatif dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada semua pihak terkait. Dengan demikian, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat membangun budaya organisasi yang unggul dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This design stems from the problem of the lack of promotion of museums to children, especially aged 6-12 years in Palembang City. Children's lack of interest in visiting museums is also directly influenced by the development of technology and the internet. Museums also have an educational role in conveying educational missions to children. Through pop-up books, children can imagine museums from a fun perspective. This design aims to provide education and foster children's interest in visiting museums, especially the Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II Palembang museum. which holds a lot of history or history about the city of Palembang. This design uses the 5W 2H (What, Who, Where, When, Why, How, How To Much) data analysis method. The main media used in this design is a Pop Up book, while the supporting media consists of posters, drink bottles, bag hangers, T-Shirts and bag hangers. By designing a pop-up book to introduce the Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II museum, it is hoped that the public, especially children aged 6-12 years and also the nation's generation, will enjoy getting to know the museum interactively through pop-up book visuals and getting to know the history and culture of their ancestors. as a learning medium in the future.

Abstract

The fast-disrupting entry of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational administration has warranted the need to decipher how digital transformation works beyond passing technical efficiencies; indeed, digital transformation creates havoc at the heart of school quality improvements. Existing literature mainly focuses on technology adoption and results pertaining to performance outcomes, while relatively lesser emphasis is given to the introduction of organizational and professional changes that accompany AI-borne administrative practices. This study aims to analyze the re-engineering of administrative workflows, decision-making, and professional roles in school management as a function of AI-supported administrative management. This research took a qualitative case study approach to provide a deeper understanding of AI-enabled administrative change in a school context. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with school leaders and administrative staff, non-participant observation of administrative processes, and secondary document analysis. The data were thematically analyzed for recurring patterns of efficiency, transparency, and transformation of professional practice. The findings suggest that AI-based administration improves the means of procedure efficiency and enhances the accuracy and transparency of data, and refashions administrative roles to function more in analytical and coordinative aspects rather than in routine clerical functions. Most significantly, the study shows that AI in reality acts as an enabling infrastructure restructuring administrative logic and organizational practices, but does not simply automate them. The results depict the importance of adopting a process perspective of AI integration, which can inform better and more context-specific educational management policies.
