Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of motivation, competence, and compensation on employee performance in marketing at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pangkajene Kepulauan branch offices. Data were obtained from all employees of marketing in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pangkajene Kepulauan branch offices of 85 people. To fulfill the minimum requirements from the calculation of the Slovin formula, this study used 71 respondents. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of the research reveal that motivation, competence, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Pangkajene Kepulauan branch office.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Incentives and Work Environment on Civil Service Performance and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables in Disperkimtan. South Sulawesi. The method in this study was a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the aim to determine the effect of the variables studied. The population in this study were all Civil Servants covered by Disperkimtan Sulsel, amounting to 135 people. While the sample used in this study amounted to 134 people. Data collection techniques using survey methods through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 25. The results of this study indicated that direct incentives and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance in Disperkimtan South Sulawesi. There was no positive and significant effect between incentives on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. While job satisfaction as an intervening variable that mediates between work environment and performance has no positive and significant effect. In this case, job satisfaction weakened the influence of the work environment on the performance of civil servants.

Abstract

Container Terminal is the entrance and exit of goods through a port. The purpose of this research is to identify the internal and external environmental factors that determine the development strategy and effective business strategy for the development of makassar new port container terminal. This research is a type of exploratory research by identifying and developing Porter's 5-strength strategy. This research is designed to direct managerial strategy decisions in the development of container competitiveness in Makassar New Port PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) based on scientific analysis and argumentation. Managerial strategy decisions in this study are within the scope of strategy at the corporate level. The results showed that container development through internal environmental analysis is service oriented to cost efficiency and effectiveness, availability of modern facilities and equipment, and implementing international standard service systems. Container development through external environmental analysis includes Exclusive Port Rights to be utilized in container development, support from local governments for the management of Makassar New Port, and the opening of international-scale logistics delivery lines. Furthermore, an effective strategy for the development of container competitiveness by relying on strategic locations to support container activities and services will facilitate companies in increasing container flow because it is supported by various government regulations and regulations, adding equipment. Container Crane Twin Lift to increase productivity, improve the accuracy of container activities, and capital competence and professionalism of human resources owned by the company.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dosen. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel istrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dosen STIM Lasharan Jaya Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang dijadikan objek penelitian sebanyak 43 dosen tetap dan tidak tetap Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Lasharan Jaya Makassar, dan pengambilan data berupa metode kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dianalisis untuk uji Validitas dan Realibitas memakai rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS for windows. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui: 1) Motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen artinya perubahan motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik mempunyai pengaruh searah terhadap kinerja dosen. 2) variabel bebas memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial dengan kata lain motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Abstract

This study plans to research the impact of kaizen culture and hard working attitude on representative execution through disciplinary variables in the workplace. The kaizen culture is a methodology that empowers constant improvement inside the association, while the hard working attitude mirrors the qualities, mentalities and responsibility of representatives towards their work. Discipline is the capacity of workers to reliably keep hierarchical guidelines and methodology. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology with an overview strategy, where information is gathered from representatives at different levels and offices inside the association. The examination instrument was a poll that deliberate the degree of kaizen culture, hard working attitude, discipline, and worker execution. The consequences of the information examination showed that there was a positive connection between's kaizen culture and hard working attitude and worker execution. The more grounded the kaizen culture and hard working attitude in the association, the higher the degree of worker execution. Moreover, it was found that discipline goes about as an interceding variable in the connection between kaizen culture and hard working attitude and representative execution. That is, the kaizen culture influences worker execution through the discipline shown by representatives in completing their obligations and obligations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komunikasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel karyawan di kantor BTN Cabang Makassar. Menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS penelitian ini berhasil memberikan bukti empiris bahwa secara tidak langsung komunikasi memengaruhi hubungan variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan bukti empiris bahwa komunikasi secara positif signifikan dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terjadi di kantor BTN Cabang Makassar dapat meningkatkan secara langsung kinerja karyawan. Model yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi literatur terkait peran komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada lembaga keuangan sejenis bank. Kata Kunci: konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance and implementation strategies of human resource localization management in multinational corporations. The localization of human resources is to adapt to the local environment and cultural differences, and to improve employee motivation and loyalty. The implementation of localization management needs to pay attention to the needs of the local market, establish a localization team, formulate recruitment and training plans, and pay attention to labor relationship management. Multinational companies should realize the key role of localization management in successfully entering the local market, and constantly optimize their strategies to adapt to the changing global environment.

Abstract

The final goal to be achieved from this study is to find out how work discipline influences employee achievement at the South Sulawesi Trade Office. This study uses 2 variabless, namelyy the independentt variable is work discipline (X) and the dependent variables is work performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of ASN as many as 75 employees. Data was collected using documentation and questionnaire methods. Descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite test, and multiplen linear regressionn analysis were used to test the hypotheses and processed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 were usedd to analyzee the data. The final results of this study indicate that work discipline affects the employee achievement of the South Sulawesi Provincial Trade Service Office.

Abstract

The Influence of Human Relations Against Spirit Work Employees of PT Victory International Futures Makassar Branch Study This aim is to know how to influence human relations through spirit work for employee PT. Victory International Futures Makassar Branch. Human relations (human-to-human relationships) are a necessary condition for success. Good communication between individuals and communication in companies Harmonious relations between employees make working situations and conditions conducive; this is a manifestation of the implementation of human relations, which will ultimately lead to morale for all parties. Type of research used: This is done through descriptive and quantitative research. Data collection was carried out with a share questionnaire distributed to 33 respondents at PT. Victory International Futures Makassar Branch, with the testing of hypotheses using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, the mark coefficient for human relations is -1019 to show that Human Relations (X) has a negative and significant effect on spirit work (Y) at the PT. Victory International Futures Makassar branch because that hypothesis was declared "rejected ".
