Abstract

Mapping of data and information on the preparation of village development planning dikecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The preparation of village development planning is very important to be carried out by the village head and its equipment. The objectives of the village planning arranged for the village development plan can be discussed in the village development consultation forum. In this Forum the village development plan is matured, so it becomes the Village Development Plan. The preparation of village development planning can not be carried out properly, without complete data and information either in the implementation of village government, organization and governance of village administration, village finance, village profile and other information related to governance and community empowerment. The three villages that were used as research mapping object in Kampar sub-district Tambang were Tarai build village, Rimbo Panjang village and Tambang village. Village development planning in the three sample villages appears to be underdeveloped by complete data and information, and this has a major impact on the Village Mid Term Development Plan (RPJMDesa) and the Government-Village Action Plan (RKP -Desa) which guides development implementation in the countryside

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of industry and trade sub division of supervision of goods and services Riau Province and its inhibiting factors. The type of research used is survey research,primary data source is all employees of Industry and Trade Sub Division of Supervision of goods and services Riau Province amounting to 85 people.Sampling technique by probability with census / saturated sampling technique is the sample taken based on the total population.Data analysis is done descriptively quantitative.The result of the research shows that supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of determination (r2) value is 0,932,Meaning that 93.2% of employee performance is influenced by supervision.The inhibiting factor in supervision is that the leadership has not conducted regular and structured supervision.In addition there are difficulties in the supervision of goods and services in circulation because many new products and not in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

Performance Faculty of Administrative Sciences can be seen from the performance of employees. This study focuses on the performance of existing units in the Faculty of Administration in carrying out its main duties and functions in order to support the strengthening of Faculty's performance. But in reality the performance of existing units in the faculty of administration of the University of Lancang Kuning showed less satisfactory work. Indicators that are visible include unstructured unit work programs, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited budget support and weak leadership which are a constraint in motivating employees to do their job well. The objective of the study was to explain the performance of faculty units and their inhibiting factors. The research method uses qualitative with emphasis on the concept of performance measurement. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that the performance of the faculty unit has not run well, this is obtained from the measurement of performance indicators that include job performance, expertise, behavior and leadership. As for the inhibiting factors of faculty unit performance is the limited support of facilities, infrastructure and funding. Besides, the reward and punishment system has not been done to the employee job resulting in the employee's motivation in working to be reduced, besides it is necessary to be given guidance and training for the work unit to understand the duty and function properly.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the ability of village apparatus in compiling village profiles and utilizing village profiles in village development planning. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the profile of Tarai Bangun village had not been arranged accurately, actual and comprehensively because in filling out the village profile it had not fully used the correct data sources and procedures. This is inseparable from the low level of village apparatus capacity and lack of community participation and the lack of budget used in collecting village profile data. Furthermore, in utilizing village profile data which is expected to be used as a baseline with village development actors in supporting planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, evaluating and policies, programs and activities in Tarai Bangun village, it cannot be realized. Another obstacle is the lack of attention of the regional government in collecting village profiles so that the use of village profile data cannot be used as inputs or sources of information in village development planning. Therefore, there is a need for local government policies to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials through the provision of training and training or assistance in filling out village profiles in accordance with the format of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 12 of 2007.
