Indonesian language has a complex morphological structure, one of which is through the use of morphemes, the smallest units with meaning in word formation. Deep understanding and recognition of morphemes are crucial, especially in the context of teaching the Indonesian language at the elementary school level. However, mistakes in the use of word structures, such as incorrect affixation or non-standard forms, are still often found among students, both in writing and daily conversation. This study aims to analyze the classification of morphemes and the principles of their recognition in the Indonesian language, as well as explore how the correct application of morphology can improve students' language comprehension. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with library research from SINTA-accredited scientific journals. The results of the study show that morphemes can be classified into free morphemes, bound morphemes, derivational morphemes, inflectional morphemes, and functional morphemes, each of which plays an essential role in word formation and meaning. Furthermore, the study also identifies that systematic and practical recognition of morphemes can enhance students' language skills, particularly in writing and reading. Mistakes in the use of morphemes in social media also indicate that morphological education is crucial for digital literacy. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of Indonesian language teaching that is more applicable and relevant to students' communication needs in the digital age.

(Title: The Dynamics of Puppet Culture Towards The World of Reality in Wayang Pesisiran). The world of puppetry is so attached to Javanese society where the changes of the times does not detract from the existence of puppets in Javanese people's lives. This study aims to describe the characteristics of coastal puppets and the dynamics of puppet culture towards the world of reality in coastal puppets using qualitative approaches. The data source used is a video of coastal puppets and interviews to Ki Kartono. Data is collected by means of listen, record, and interview. The data analysis used was the qualitative analysis of Miles &Huberman (1992). Based on the results of research, coastal puppet shows always begin by introducing the mission of the show and introducing the main characters in the play to be told. The cultural dynamics of puppetry towards the world of reality in coastal puppets contain at least six dynamics, namely: a) religious; b) greetings; c) the territory of the country; d) socio-cultural; e) the growth of life (kasampurnaning dumadi); and f) employment. The dynamics that occur in the world of puppetry indicates the dynamic in Javanese puppetry in an effort to continue to maintain its existence in modern times today. The purpose of this study is to describe how the learning process of addition and subtraction operations is carried out. The object of this research is the learning of addition and subtraction operations, while the subjects are elementary school students. In this study, data collection was carried out by searching for journal references through online media such as Google Scholar. Addition and subtraction operations are fundamental parts of mathematics, usually taught at the early levels of elementary school. These operations are often introduced using concrete objects or pictures to make them easier for children to understand. Addition is understood as the process of combining two groups of objects, while subtraction is seen as the process of taking away a part of a group. This research was conducted through literature study using data analysis techniques. The use of concrete media and conceptual approaches has been proven effective in improving students’ understanding. Therefore, teachers need to choose appropriate learning strategies so that the material can be optimally understood by students.

The COVID-19 pandemic situation which began to endemic in 2020 in Indonesia changed various lines of life. The work system is no exception, which forms new work behaviors such as working from home. Managing work teams to remain effective in working from home conditions is a challenge for managers. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the role of empowering leadership on the effectiveness of working groups in working from home situations by examining a number of literatures. The results of the study show that working from home has a positive or negative influence on the effectiveness of the work group. The positive effects of working from home include having their own work schedule autonomy, while the negative impacts are a decrease in work motivation, not achieving work-life balance and decreasing team performance productivity (difficulty in supervising work, completing work that takes longer and difficulties in coordinating). Leadership with empowering characteristics is able to promote a harmonious relationship pattern between leaders and subordinates to foster the empowerment of their subordinates' abilities to lead themselves and be responsible for their own actions. The characteristics of empowering leaders are able to help employees increase motivation and encourage the creation of effective team performance in working from home situations.

Work fatigue is a source of problems for occupational health and safety in the workplace, both in the formal and informal sectors. Work fatigue is one of the crucial problems that needs to be addressed because it can result in several negative impacts such as lost work skills, decreased health conditions of workers which can trigger work accidents, decreased productivity and work performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The population in this study were all 30 nurses. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 30 people. Data analysis used Univariate and Bivariate Analysis. The results of the Bivariate Analysis showed the p value for the variable Nutritional Status (p = 0.014) and Sleep Quality, p = 0.000. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of Nutritional Status and Sleep Quality on work fatigue in nurses. To minimize the emergence of work fatigue experienced by nurses, Puskesmas management can provide a comfortable rest room by placing aromatherapy in the corner of the room, holding outbound activities to strengthen teamwork. Nurses must also maintain a good sleep pattern by paying attention to sleep duration, doing exercise, paying attention to and consuming nutritious and balanced food, maintaining body weight so that nutritional status remains normal so as not to experience work fatigue and helping each other in order to reduce workload.

ABSTRAK Kasus stunting masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan anak terbesar di Indonesia, bahkan angka penurunan pada tahun 2024 masih jauh dari target yang diharapkan yaitu sebesar 14%. Kekurangan gizi adalah salah satu faktornya, yang tidak hanya dialami oleh anak tersebut melainkan dipengaruhi oleh gizi calon ibu sejak remaja, ibu hamil, maupun setelah melahirkan. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan untuk mencegah kejadian stunting menjadi penting. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan responden terhadap intervensi pencegahan stunting di masyarakat Dusun Barujati Kabupaten Bandung. Studi ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design, dengan intervensi berupa penyuluhan pada responden yang merupakan tokoh masyarakat, dan masyarakat umum berjumlah 17 responden. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden sebelum dan setelah intervensi meningkat secara signifikan yaitu mean 91-97. Hal ini terjadi penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui penyebarluasan pesan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan dan meyakinkan sasaran. Intervensi penyuluhan cegah stunting dengan penanganan yang tepat berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan responden dalam mencegah stunting dengan penanganan yang tepat. Dibutuhkan kerutinan dan keberlanjutan intervensi agar menjadi salah satu upaya dalam menurunkan kasus stunting di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Balita, Gizi, Pencegahan Stunting ABSTRACT The issue of stunting remains one of the biggest child health problems in Indonesia, and even the projected decrease in 2024 is still far from the expected target of 14%. Malnutrition is one of the factors, which not only affects the child but is also influenced by the nutrition of the prospective mother since adolescence, during pregnancy, and after childbirth. Therefore, knowledge to prevent stunting is important. This article aims to assess the level of knowledge among respondents regarding stunting prevention interventions in the Barujati hamlet of Bandung Regency. This study uses a one group pretest-posttest design, with an intervention in the form of counselling for respondents who are community leaders and the general public, totaling 17 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire that is administered before and after the intervention. The study results show that the respondents' knowledge level significantly increased before and after the intervention, with a mean of 91-97. This happens because counselling can enhance knowledge through the dissemination of health messages aimed at instilling and convincing the target audience. The intervention of counselling to prevent stunting with appropriate handling successfully increased the respondents' knowledge in preventing stunting with the right measures. It requires routine and sustainable interventions to be one of the efforts in reducing stunting cases in Indonesia. Keywords: Toddler, Nutrition, Stunting prevention

Penggunaan CBT Exam Browser merupakan sistem penting bagi kegiatan pembelajaran di masa teknologi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tujuan, proses pelaksanaan, dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan CBT Exam Browser di SMKN 2 Mandau ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Informannya adalah Siswa dan Guru SMKN 2 Mandau. Peggunaan CBT Exam Browser dinilai bermanfaat, menghemat biaya dan waktu. Selain itu, penggunaan CBT Exam Browser mampu meminimalisir peluang siswa untuk melakukan kecurangan, membantu dalam menjaga keamanan dan kejujuran ujian daring.
