Abstract

Journal Publications in STMIK Raharja is a facility for students and lecturers in conducting research, the CICES Journal is one of the journals in STMIK Raharja, which was published 1 year 2 times in February and August, the problem that occurs is the absence of an online journal google scholar indexed, and there was no information summary to make a decision and the difficulty of the prospective writer getting information about the CICES journal. To overcome this problem, a research was carried out which developed a system for improving the governance of CICES journals on published quality and quality by using SWOT analysis and the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) method which were felt to be able to assist in data management. then transformed in the form of iMe in STMIK Raharja, is expected to overcome the existing constraints, by providing information that supports the decision-making system in Journal Publications. This system was created in collaboration with Rinfo, Rinfo Sheet, Rinfo Form and iLearning Media which are part of the 10 IT STMIK Raharja Pillars. which is then implemented for the needs of journal publications on STMIK Raharja through web cices.ilearning.me. Abstract

The low rate of repeat visits in exclusive dental clinics is an interesting problem to study. From the available data, as well as interviews with several owners of exclusive dental clinics in cities of Jakarta, Surabaya, Samarinda and Banjarmasin in Indonesia as well as from the initial observations at exclusive dental clinics in South Jakarta, we found that the rate of repeat visits for existing patients was much lower than for new patients. From previous studies, it was also found that patient visits to the dental clinic were very low. This was influenced by the low level of patient satisfaction with the dental clinic. Their article mentions that retaining existing patients who make repeat visits at health clinics is about five times more profitable than serving new patients. This study aims to determine the effect of quality, service price and patient satisfaction on patient loyalty which influences patients to make repeat visits to exclusive dental clinics in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The subjects of this study were patients who had made at least two visits to the same exclusive dental clinics in South Jakarta, as well as patients who had previously visited other exclusive dental clinics. In this study, the approach used is a quantitative approach, and the type of data used in this study uses quantitative data in the form of questionnaire tabulations and qualitative data in the form of the research object general observations. We collect primary data through respondents' answers to questionnaires and secondary data sources through information on the population of DKI Jakarta Selatan and the characteristics of the middle-upper economic community.

Abstract

The concept of a smart city has attracted the attention of all corners of the world. It updated with new technologies like AI, Blockchain, IoT, Drones, and many other things. Security in big cities is one of the main concerns, and everyone wants to feel safe 24/7 in every activity they do. In this paper, our research aims to highlight the use and importance of drones for intelligent city management, especially in the context of security. The drone security management flow is explained using the methods and technical details. This is followed by discussion on security concern in cities and how it is dealt with AI based drones.  In the conclusion section, it is discussed how emerging technology such as blockchain can help improve the management of smart cities. The use of drones supports the intelligent city concept with all its advantages in regional monitoring. Concept of smart cities is catching attention across the globe and it’s important as per context of emerging economies. In this paper, we discussed about the use of emerging technologies to make it possible. AI, Blockchain and Drone technologies are playing important role. Their significance and attention by researchers in exploring possibilities is shown in this paper. This paper will be very useful for researchers and engineers working in the same domain.

Abstract

The background of this research originates from the critical role of data storage in the advancement of modern digital technology, where centralized traditional cloud storage models have become dominant due to their accessibility and ease of data management. However, the challenges faced by these models include limited scalability, high operational costs, and vulnerabilities related to data security and privacy. In response to these limitations, the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) has emerged as a decentralized storage solution that offers an alternative approach to data storage and distribution. The objective of this study is to compare IPFS and traditional cloud storage based on four key aspects: scalability, security, cost, and performance. The methodology involves a literature review and case studies of IPFS implementation in various practical scenarios. The findings reveal that while IPFS offers superior decentralization and resistance to data censorship, it still suffers from inefficiencies in data re- trieval and challenges in large-scale adoption. The results show that traditional cloud storage demonstrates advantages in access speed and integration capabilities but remains constrained by higher costs and the risks associated with data centralization. The conclusion emphasizes the need for continued research to enhance the efficiency of IPFS and to explore hybrid storage models that integrate the benefits of both decentralized and centralized technologies.
