Abstract

Abstract: Panggung Village is one of the coastal villages in Kedung District, Jepara Regency which has a lot of potential natural resources to be developed. One potential natural resource that is quite potential is the mangrove forest which is widely cultivated as a place for mud crab cultivation. Mud crab (Scylla serrata) is one of the fisheries resources in the mangrove area, has high economic value and tastes delicious meat so that it is consumed by many local and foreign people. The problem faced by the partner group is that the cultivation of mud crabs has not gone well due to limited funds, lack of technology and assistance for their production activities. This activity aims to provide science and technology applications in the form of digital pond water quality monitoring technology to monitor parameters of temperature, DO, salinity and pH so that mud crabs grow optimally and have high selling prices. The method used for partner groups to support program realization is participatory. The result of the activity is a fairly high level of participation from the partner group which has a positive impact on program implementation, seen in socialization activities, counseling, training and mentoring in monitoring the water quality of mud crab cultivation ponds. The implementation of the service program is able to produce outputs, namely increasing the knowledge and skills of partner groups in monitoring water quality.Keywords: Monitoring; Water Quality; Mud Crab.Abstrak: Desa Panggung merupakan salah satu desa pesisir di Kecamatan Kedung Kabupaten Jepara yang memiliki banyak potensi sumber daya alam untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu potensi sumber daya alam yang cukup potensial adalah hutan mangrove yang banyak diusahakan sebagai tempat budi daya kepiting bakau. Kepiting bakau (Scylla serrata) merupakan salah satu sumber daya perikanan yang berada di kawasan mangrove, memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan rasa dagingnya yang lezat sehingga banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat lokal maupun mancanegara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok mitra yaitu budi daya kepiting bakau yang dilakukan belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan keterbatasan dana, kurangnya teknologi dan pendampingan untuk kegiatan produksinya masih sangat kurang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan aplikasi IPTEKS berupa teknologi monitoring kualitas air tambak secara digital untuk memantau parameter suhu dan DO sehingga kepiting bakau tumbuh optimal serta memiliki harga jual yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan bagi kelompok mitra untuk mendukung realisasi program adalah partisipatif. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah tingkat partisipasi yang cukup tinggi dari kelompok mitra memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaksanaan program, terlihat pada kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan monitoring kualitas air tambak budi daya kepiting bakau. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian mampu menghasilkan luaran yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kelompok mitra dalam melakukan monitoring kualitas air.Kata Kunci: Monitoring; Kualitas Air; Kepiting Bakau.

Abstract

Satuan pendidikan pada seluruh jenjang pendidikan dalam penyelenggaraannya diatur oleh standar pendidikan yang berlaku di daerah tersebut, di Indonesia standar nasional pendidikan menjadi acuan standar mutu pendidikan berskala nasional. Salah satu standar pendidikan yakni, standar pengelolaan pendidikan termasuk diantaranya pemasaran satuan pendidikan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep dari bauran pemasaran oleh satuan pendidikan perguruan tinggi islam untuk menciptakan superior customer value bagi masyarakat. Marketing mix atau bauran pemasaran menjadi langkah penting yang harus dilakukan oleh satuan pendidikan, terdapat 7 aspek dalam bauran pemasaran diantaranya; product, place, price, process, promotion, people, phyisical evindence. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode literature review, peneliti mengkaji dan mengananalisis 20 referensi terakhir (2015-2024) yang relevan dengan objek kajian penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi marketing mix pada perguruan tinggi islam di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan pesat ditinjau dari laporan jumlah perguruan tinggi yang terus mengalami peningkatan 0,37% , data pada tahun 2016 terakhir terdapat 699 perguruan tinggi islam dan hari ini pada tahun 2024 terdapat 964 perguruan tinggi. Peningkatan jumlah satuan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh konsep marketing mix tiap lembaga yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap pendiidkan islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill kelompok ibu-ibu  di desa Singorojo Jepara dengan mentransformasikan teknologi pengolahan, pengemasan, pemasaran dan manajemen usaha yang menggunakan bahan dasar nasi menjadi produk olahan kerupuk cangkang telur dan kepala udang. Permasalahan rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu desa Singorojo dalam mengolah limbah baik dari cangkang telur maupun kepala udang, sehingga menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Pelatihan ini di berikan mulai dari cara pengolahaan, pengemasan, pemasaran sampai metode yang akan di terapkan, untuk mencapai tujuan atau target yaitu metode demonstrasi, pelatihan/penyuluhan. Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah kelompok ibu rumah tangga desa Singorojo telah memahami dan memiliki keterampilan dalam wirausaha, dan mengetahui cara pengelolaan usaha yang lebih terstruktur, adanya produk kerupuk cangkang telur dan kepala udang berbagai rasa pedas dan manis serta memahami bagaimana cara memasarkan produk dengan adanya inovasi kemasan dan penggunaan teknologi. Hasil  evaluasi yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta terkait pengolahan cangkang telur dan kepala udang ini meningkat dan membuka pikiran peserta untuk memanfaatkan limbah yang ada untuk meningkatkan  pendapatan serta mencegah osteoporosis. Peserta secara aktif menanggapi positif keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang di sampaikan oleh tim pengabdi.                                                                               Kata kunci: cangkang telur; kepala udang; kerupuk; inovasi ABSTRACTThis community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the women's group in Singorojo Jepara village by transforming processing, packaging, marketing and business management technology that uses rice as the basic ingredient into processed products such as egg shell crackers and shrimp heads. The problem is the low level of knowledge and skills of Singorojo village women in processing waste from both egg shells and shrimp heads, so that it becomes an economically valuable product. This training is provided starting from processing, packaging, marketing to the methods that will be applied, to achieve goals or targets, namely demonstration methods, training/counseling. The results achieved in this activity are that the group of housewives in Singorojo village understand and have skills in entrepreneurship, and know how to manage a business in a more structured way, there are egg shell crackers and shrimp head products in various spicy and sweet flavors and understand how to market the products in a there is packaging innovation and the use of technology. From the results of the evaluation that has been carried out, it can be seen that the participants' knowledge regarding the processing of egg shells and shrimp heads has increased and opened the participants' minds to utilize existing waste to increase income and prevent osteoporosis. Participants actively responded positively to the skills and knowledge conveyed by the service team. Keywords: egg shells; prawn heads; crackers; innovations

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesultan siswa  kelas V SD Neegeri I Mujing dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal HOTS, dilihat dari kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data diperoleh melaluui tes dan wawancara. Temuan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran matematis tinggi maupun rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam kategori yang sama, yaitu kesulitan konseptual, komputasi, prosedural, rendahnya penguasaan kemampuan dasar matematika, serta kesulitan memahami konteks soal dan menyusun strategi pemecahan. Namun, indikator kesulitan yang muncul berbeda pada tiap kategori siswa. Siswa dengan penalaran tinggi umumnya mengalami kendala pada tahap akhir penyelesaian, sedangkan siswa dengan penalaran rendah kesulitan sejak tahap awal hingga akhir. Penelitian ini juga menemukan dua jenis kesulitan baru, yaitu kesulitan memahami konteks soal terapan dan kesulitan menyusun strategi penyelesaian, yang dialami oleh seluruh siswa.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media significantly shapes adolescent identity by creating hyperreal representations that blur the boundaries between reality and simulation. This study aims to analyze how social media simulacra are depicted in Al Rawabi School for Girls Season 2 and their impact on adolescents. Using a qualitative approach, six episodes were analyzed through Jean Baudrillard’s four stages of images: reflection of image, denatures of image, absence of image, and no relation of image. The results show that denatures of image stage is most dominant, revealing how digital image manipulation affects teenagers perception, behaviors, and social interactions. The hyperreality of social media contributes to bullying, suicide, identity distortion, and consumptive banality among teenagers. This study contributes to research on modern Arab media and culture by applying postmodern theories of simulacra and hyperreality to contemporary youth media, providing insight into how digital images and social validation shape teenagers' identity.

Abstract

Background: The digital era, technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), plays a crucial role in education, including at the elementary and secondary levels. Applications such as ChatGPT are considered capable of improving the quality of learning through interactive features tailored to student needs. Purpose: However, the application of AI in Islamic elementary schools (MI) remains limited, particularly in its impact on teachers' pedagogical competence and students' digital literacy. Method: This study employed a qualitative approach to explore and understand the experiences and perceptions of teachers and students at Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology, specifically ChatGPT, in learning to improve students' digital literacy and teachers' pedagogical competence. Result: The results of this study, including the implementation of an AI technology workshop at MI Bina Umat, demonstrated an increase in teachers' competence in planning and implementing adaptive learning. Conclusion: The use of Canva and ChatGPT proved effective in developing interactive media and preparing learning evaluations. Furthermore, students' digital literacy also improved, as evidenced by their ability to independently use digital information and utilize AI to support the learning process. Implication: The integration of AI in elementary schools is an innovative solution to address the challenges of modern education.

Abstract

Increasingly competitive business competition has encouraged manufacturers to innovate in promoting their products, one of which is through audiovisual advertising media. However, most previous studies have only highlighted the persuasive aspect without exploring the symbolic meaning contained therein. Therefore, this study was conducted to reveal the hidden signs and meanings in rice comedy advertisements on the Instagram account @alamee.had, focusing on the mythology of AI sophistication and validity based on Roland Barthes' perspective. This study used a qualitative method with Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, which includes denotative, connotative, and mythical analysis. Three advertising clips showing the role of AI in determining product choices were then analyzed using descriptive interpretive techniques. The results of the study show that these advertisements implicitly construct a myth about AI as a technology that is considered intelligent, rational, and has great potential to influence human decisions regarding technology in everyday life. This research theoretically expands Barthes' semiotic study through the reading of modern technology myths in contemporary Arabic advertisements.Keywords - Advertisement, AI Myths, Semiotics.

Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, the phenomenon of automatic translation is getting more attention as communication technology advances, especially with the presence of translation engines such as Auto Translation and ChatGPT. Both are widely used in language transfer, including for official texts such as diplomatic speeches. This study aims to identify and compare the translation strategies used by Auto Translation and ChatGPT in translating the Arabic speech delivered by Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister Anis Matta during the OIC Summit in Riyadh on November 11, 2024. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a comparative method. Primary data is obtained from Arabic speech transcripts and the results of the translation of the two machines, while secondary data comes from various relevant literatures. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and note-taking, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that the most dominant strategy used by both is Transcription (34% Auto Translation, 42% ChatGPT). The Harfiyyah strategy was found 18% in Auto Translation and 19% in ChatGPT. The Ziyadah strategy appeared 12% in Auto Translation and 8% in ChatGPT. The Transposition strategy was found 6% in Auto Translation and 11% in ChatGPT. The Description strategy was used more by ChatGPT at 12% than Auto Translation with 3%). Taqdim wa ta'khir strategy appears equally at 6%, while Tabdil (9%) and Hazf (12%) strategies are only found in Auto Translation. The results show a significant difference in that Auto Translation is more flexible in replacing or omitting text elements, while ChatGPT is more descriptive and contextual. This research contributes to the study of technology-based translation, especially Arabic-Indonesian diplomatic texts.
