Abstract

In this modern world, people are more focused on worldly or material nature, and far from the spiritual direction. Technology and lifestyle become a trend of life and symbols of progress or level of human strata in the direction of perfection, then with the technology that is increasingly high and far away,  keep people even the crisis in human nature. Analytical descriptive is the method used in answering the problems of this modern century. This matter Sayyed Hossein Nashr provides solution from various solutions, one of which he loves is Tasawwuf, this teaching is the point or center of spiritual improvement in the direction of perfection to the essence. In this case tasawwuf becomes the vehicle of choice with the aim of filling human spirituality which is filled with material, nobility, and worldly influences to the nature of nature. It is natural that tasawwuf has an important role in maintaining human balance in the worldly and the beyond aspect. So with the existence of tasawwuf all knowledge will not colide, so it becomes necessary to balance religion and culture.

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the high number of congestion in the Peak route. Congestion occurs because on the Peak there are many tourist attractions, the amount of population growth in Bogor Regency, and the number of narrowing on the road. In connection with the main tasks of the Traffic Unit, efforts are needed to deal with congestion by the Bogor Traffic Police Unit, especially the Dikyasa Unit through traffic management and engineering. Based on this background, a study was carried out with the aim of finding out how the efforts of the Unit of the Bogor Sat Traffic Police Unit in Reducing Congestion in the Peak Lane. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a focus of research on the efforts of Dikaysa units in reducing congestion. Furthermore, to obtain data, researchers used primary data sources obtained through interviews and observations as well as secondary sources obtained through document review. Then the research results were analyzed with Management Theory and Role Theory then the concept of Traffic and Traffic Engineering Concepts. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the situation and condition of the traffic flow in the Puncak lane still experience traffic jams at certain times such as during holidays such as Saturday week, red date, and national holiday. But on ordinary days congestion can be overcome. The effort to deal with congestion is by placing members of the Bogor Traffic Police Unit to carry out arrangements and conduct traffic management and engineering using a one-way system, as well as carrying out lighting and coordination with related agencies. So from the findings when carrying out research, it is suggested to the Bogor Police Traffic Unit Unit Satyas Sat, to increase the number of personnel so that performance is more optimal, coordinate with related agencies more intensively, and make a creative effort by utilizing the Zenly Application namely the Peak Alternative Pathway program.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pemanfaatan limbah tulang ikan tuna (Thunnus sp.) dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan tepung tulang ikan tuna berkalsium tinggi dan mengetahui karakteristik mutu tepung tulang yang dihasilkan dengan waktu autoklafing dan frekuensi perebusan yang berbeda pada proses hidrolisis protein dalam pembuatan tepung tulang. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah kadar kalsium, fosfor, air, abu, protein, lemak, pH, derajat putih, daya serap air, kemudahan melarut, densitas kamba dan bioavailabilitas kalsium. Tepung tulang ikan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini mengandung kalsium tertinggi 39,24 % dan fosfor 13,66 % yang diperoleh dari kombinasi perlakuan autoclaving 2 (dua) jam dan perebusan 3 (tiga) kali. Kadar air pada tepung tulang sebesar 5,60 %, abu 81,13 %bb, protein 0,76 %bb dan lemak 3,05 %bb. Nilai beberapa parameter fisik tepung yaitu derajat putih 64,7 %, densitas kamba 8,14 g/ml, pH 7,13, daya serap air 14,5 % dan kemudahan melarut sebesar 4,45 % pada menit ke 15, 29,20 % pada menit ke 180. Nilai bioavailabilitas kalsium tepung sebesar 0,86 %. Nilai ini diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran tepung dengan kadar kalsium tertinggi.Kata kunci: autoclaving , hidrolisis, kalsium, perebusan tulang, dan tuna.

Abstract

Permasalahan sosial terkhusus pemberdayaan perempuan menjadi pusat perhatian. Bahkan perempuan dalam stigma atau paradigma masyarakat selalu di diskriminasikan dari segi sosial, ekonomi, maupun hukum. Menariknya masalah-masalah perempuan khususnya mengenai keadilan gender menjadi salah satu perbincangan kontroversial dikalangan cendikiawan barat. Permasalahan tentang keadilan mempunyai cakupan yang luas dalam kehidupan mulai dari bersifat etik, filosofis hingga sampai pada sosial. Penelitian ini berupaya menunjuukan adanya tawaran alternative jawaban atas permasalahan di atas dari salah satu sub organisasi keagamaan besar di Indonesia yaitu Ikatan Pelajar Puteri Nahdhatul Ulama’ (IPPNU) Jakarta Pusat yang mencanangkan beragam kegiatan dalam memberikan solusi dalam menghindari diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Lembaga tersebut dalam hal ini mempunyai misi mencetak kader yang berkeadilan gender, melalui beberapa strategi yang ditawarkan kajian dan pelatihan-pelatihan. Salah satu pelatihan yang fokus pada Ikatan Pelajar Puteri Nahdhatul Ulama’ adalah untuk memberdayakan perempuan dalam bidang ekonomi yang mandiri seperti pelatihan wirausaha dan membuat UMKM Go Online.

Abstract

The objectives of this journal are analyzing the idea of studying the concept of adab studying in the Book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir, and how is this idea used in contemporary Islamic teaching? The journal will offer insights for Islamic educators and thinkers on how the idea of adab studies in the Book of Washoya can be utilized in contemporary Islamic education as a way to safeguard Islamic values and create a quality generation of civilized Muslims. Research is literature research. Documents from previous research articles related to the study of adab studying in the book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir were used as the primary data source for this study. While the data analysis approach uses primary and secondary data analysis techniques. Study Results: 1. The Book of Washoya by Shaikh Muhammad Syakir emphasizes good attitudes and ethics when seeking knowledge. 2. Students can understand and absorb the material they have received by using the concept of adab learning in the book of Washoya, thus making them more enthusiastic and encouraged to continue learning. The principle of adab learning in the learning process needs to be emphasized and strengthened in modern Islamic education if students are to absorb knowledge properly and appropriately.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTanah sebagai aspek penting kehidupan manusia rentan mengalami sengketa kepemilikan. Mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuatlah peraturan unutk membagi hak-hak atas tanah tersebut. Namun adakalanya gesekan yang berujung sengketa tidak dapat dihindari seperti yang terjadi pada kasus Dumana Harahap dimana tanahnya hendak dijual tanpa persetujuannya oleh Jhonny Silitonga yang tidak lain adalah anaknya, bahkan PPAT sampai terlibat dalam hal ini karena PPAT tidak menjalankan tugas sebagaimana fungsinya dan aturannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif serta metode analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PPAT terbukti lalai dan melanggar beberapa ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peratuan Pemerintah No 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 37 Tahun 1998 tentang Peraturan Jabatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah. Akibat hal ini aka akta yang diterbitkan oleh PPAT menjadi batal demi hukum dan sertifikat atas nama tergugat menjadi tidak sah di mata hukum.Kata kunci: akta; pendaftaran tanah; ppat ABSTRACTLand as an important aspect of human life is prone to ownership disputes. To overcome this, regulations are made to divide land rights. But sometimes friction that leads to disputes cannot be avoided as happened in the case of Dumana Harahap where his land was about to be sold without his consent by Jhonny Silitonga who was none other than his son, even PPAT was involved in this because PPAT did not carry out its duties as its function and rules. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and analysis method using a qualitative juridical approach. Based on the results of the research, the PPAT was proven to be negligent and violated several provisions stipulated in Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration and Government Regulation No. 37 of 1998 concerning Regulations on the Position of Land Deed Officials. As a result of this, the deed issued by the PPAT became null and void and the certificate in the name of the defendant became invalid in the eyes of the law.Keywords: deed; land registration; ppat

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan 3 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 CEMPAKA Banjarbaru, berjumlah 22 siswa terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan, semester II tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase 60%, pertemuan 2 memperoleh persentase 86% dan pertemuan 3 memperoleh persentase 93% dengar kriteria sangat aktif dan ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada pertemuan 1 memperoleh persentase 75%, pertemuan 2 memperoleh persentase 85% dan pertemuan 3 memperoleh persentase 90% telah mencapai ketutasan klasikal. Pembelajaran muatan PPKn Tema 7 Keragaman Negeriku menggunakan model PRO GINTAMA disarankan penggunaan model tersebut sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, motivasi dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Gunung Sari Village is one of the villages that is developing a tourist village. Environmental cleanliness is certainly one of the priority problems that must be resolved by the village government. At the end of 2022, the Mandiri Women's Waste Bank KSM, Gunung Sari Village, was formed, consisting of mothers receiving the Family Hope Program (PKH), currently numbering 27 people. However, until now the Mandiri Women's Waste Bank KSM has not been running optimally because only a small portion of the community are members. Carrying out this activity is not only to maintain the cleanliness of the village environment but can also provide economic benefits for the community. The implementation of this service supports government programs related to the green economy where the implementation of this activity aims to empower and improve community welfare through the use of plastic waste/waste. The problems experienced by partners are related to the production and management fields, namely regarding the availability of waste bank tools, organizational management, business management and membership issues. This activity will focus on efforts to optimize village waste banks by 1) providing waste bank infrastructure, 2) organizational and business management training, 3) large-scale outreach regarding village waste banks

Abstract

The quality of higher education does not only talk about the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, but many other aspects that must be improved, including from the financial side. There needs to be diversification (diversity of financial sources) as an effort to improve the quality of education through other financial sources. One of the solutions that can be done is through the establishment of Sharia Cooperatives. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of diversifying financial resources of higher education through sharia cooperatives. The object of this research is STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques carried out are observation (observation), interviews, and documentation. The results of this research analysis conclude that through the establishment of sharia cooperatives in STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan can help in diversifying financial resources. The presence of sharia cooperatives can reduce dependence on only one source of income and can be used to improve the quality of education at STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan.

Abstract

Incentive use of family medicinal plants can increase body immunity and accumulate harmful residues in the environment. Family medicinal plants are natural alternatives in maintaining immunity, one of which is the use of ginger plants. This community service aims to characterize and determine the local biological potential (ginger) as an immune enhancer. This program consists of two parts, namely counseling which contains about how to maintain the body's immunity with processed ginger, and practices that teach how to grow ginger by utilizing a narrow land. With the procurement of the IJO (Processed Ginger Immunity) program in the Pakistaji sub-district, it is hoped that the community will be aware of the importance of environmentally friendly herbal medicines.
