Abstract

The Ramadan pesantren program serves as a strategic method for instilling Islamic character values in early childhood through an enjoyable and developmentally appropriate approach. This community service initiative was carried out by students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) Program at IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora at RA Assalafiyah Gedongsari, Banjarejo, Blora, in collaboration with the school principal and classroom teachers. The primary objective of the activity was to introduce Islamic character values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and love for Allah and the Prophet to 30 young learners. The implementation methods included educational activities such as prayer memorization, daily prayer routines, stories of the Prophet’s exemplary character, and creative Islamic-themed activities. Observations revealed an improvement in children's understanding of Islamic values and the gradual development of positive behavioral habits in daily life. Furthermore, the program provided PIAUD students with hands-on experience in applying early childhood education theories in real-world settings. In conclusion, the Ramadan pesantren program proved to be an effective medium for shaping Islamic character in early childhood through synergistic collaboration between students, teachers, and educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Akidah Akhlak dalam menanamkan karakter peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Islamiyah Gedongsari melalui metode ceramah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Akidah Akhlak dan peserta didik kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter peserta didik di MTs Islamiyah Gedongsari secara umum sudah terbentuk dengan baik, ditandai dengan sikap disiplin, jujur, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian terhadap sesama. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru meliputi pembiasaan kegiatan religius seperti shalat dhuha berjamaah, membaca Asmaul Husna, dan shalat dzuhur berjamaah. Metode ceramah digunakan secara komunikatif dan dikombinasikan dengan pemberian nasihat, studi kasus, serta penguatan motivasi. Guru juga berperan sebagai teladan dan motivator dalam proses pembentukan karakter. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya perhatian orang tua dan pengaruh lingkungan luar. Meskipun demikian, strategi yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang religius dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

This study examines the design and safety analysis of an automatic liquid filling machine for bottles with two modes: 250 ml and 500 ml. The problem addressed is the time-consuming and inconsistent manual bottle filling process in UMKM. The machine is designed to improve efficiency and consistency in filling liquids for UMKM. Made from PLA filament using 3D printing, the machine has dimensions of 400 mm x 350 mm x 350 mm and was analyzed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The load on the machine is 2.4516625 N for 250 ml and 4.903325 N for 500 ml. Simulation results show a maximum stress of 0.114 N/mm² for 250 ml and 0.118 N/mm² for 500 ml, both below the PLA material's yield strength of 26,082 N/mm². The maximum displacement is 0.002 mm for 250 ml and 0.00894819 mm for 500 ml. The minimum safety factor is 4,044e+02 for 250 ml and 1,156e+02 for 500 ml. These results confirm that the machine design is safe and reliable for automatic liquid filling in both modes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and significance of pesantren kilat in enhancing students’ religious values at SMP Negeri 3 Blora. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings indicate that pesantren kilat was implemented through structured planning, active involvement of Islamic education teachers and university students as facilitators, and evaluations based on student participation. From the students’ perspective, the program fostered greater discipline in worship, deeper understanding of Islamic morals, and stronger social awareness. From the viewpoint of teachers and school leaders, pesantren kilat functioned as a bridge between classroom-based religious theory and real-life practice. These results demonstrate that pesantren kilat is not merely a ceremonial activity but an effective educational strategy for the internalization of religious values. The study concludes that pesantren kilat contributes significantly to strengthening students’ religious character while also promoting social solidarity and spiritual growth within the school environment.

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of the shallot distribution channel at UD Widji Jaya in Tegalarum Village, Jaken District, Pati Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design allows for in-depth analysis of the interactions between distribution actors, price fluctuations, and the length of the marketing chain. The study subjects included UD owners, partner farmers, collectors, and retailers, selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and transaction documentation. Data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal high price fluctuations and uneven distribution margins, a long distribution chain that reduces market efficiency, and distributors employing adaptation strategies through market diversification and price margin adjustments. The conclusions emphasize the importance of strengthening farmer institutions and utilizing digital distribution to increase transparency, shorten the distribution chain, and create a more efficient, equitable, and sustainable marketing system. These findings contribute to scientific research by highlighting the distribution of risks and adaptation strategies of local actors, which have been understudied in the Indonesian horticultural distribution literature.

Abstract

Teaching vocabulary plays a fundamental role in English language learning, particularly in contexts where English is taught as a foreign language. Many students still experience difficulties in understanding and remembering English vocabulary due to limited exposure and low learning motivation. Therefore, teachers are required to use appropriate and engaging learning media to support vocabulary learning. Flashcards are visual learning media that can help students understand word meanings more easily and increase their participation in the classroom. This research aims to explore the use of flashcards in teaching English vocabulary at Ban Buketamong School, Narathiwat, Thailand. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research design involving one English teacher and 19 eighth grade students. The data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document review. To ensure data validity, source triangulation and technique triangulation were applied. The findings showed that the teacher planned flashcard based instruction by preparing lesson plans, selecting relevant vocabulary materials, designing teacher made laminated flashcards, and organizing learning activities. The implementation emphasized clear learning goals, vocabulary related to daily activities and nature, and systematic procedures including introduction, practice, and review stages. Evaluation was conducted through formative assessment during classroom interaction and summative assessment using picture based quizzes.

Abstract

Islamic Cultural History (SKI) learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah still faces the problem of students’ low learning interest due to monotonous teaching methods that tend to emphasize memorization. This study aims to describe the implementation of a digital-based Graphic Organizer learning model, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze the results of its implementation in increasing eighth-grade students’ learning interest at MTs Khozinatul Ulum Blora. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the digital-based Graphic Organizer model was able to improve students’ learning interest, as reflected in increased attention, enthusiasm, activeness, enjoyment, learning motivation, and better understanding of SKI material. Supporting factors included the availability of facilities and infrastructure, teachers’ competence and creativity, and the suitability of SKI material for visual presentation. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consisted of limited instructional time and technical constraints in using digital media. Therefore, it can be concluded that the digital-based Graphic Organizer learning model is effective as an innovative learning alternative to enhance students’ learning interest in Islamic Cultural History. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di Madrasah Tsanawiyah masih menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya minat belajar siswa akibat metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan berorientasi pada hafalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Graphic Organizer berbasis digital, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta menganalisis hasil implementasi model tersebut dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Khozinatul Ulum Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Graphic Organizer berbasis digital mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya perhatian, antusiasme, keaktifan, rasa senang, motivasi, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap materi SKI. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi model ini meliputi ketersediaan sarana prasarana, kompetensi dan kreativitas guru, serta kesesuaian materi SKI dengan penyajian visual. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan kendala teknis penggunaan media digital. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran Graphic Organizer berbasis digital efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy in improving student learning activities in Akidah Akhlak subject for class VIII at MTs Khozinatul Ulum Blora. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the PBL implementation proceeded through five systematic syntaxes with the teacher as facilitator. This strategy significantly improved student learning activities across visual, oral, writing, mental, and emotional dimensions. Supporting factors included the principal's support, teacher creativity, and the religious school culture, while inhibiting factors included limited time allocation and restricted access to digital information.
