Abstract

This study is to examine the idea of bolstering Sahal Mahfudz's microeconomy in the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) sector, which provides context for Indonesia's poverty alleviation initiatives. This study employs a qualitative, explanatory research methodology, namely library research. The book Nuances of Social Fiqh and all of Sahal Mahfudz's publications—books, journals, papers, and so forth—were the main sources of data for this study. On the other hand, secondary sources are other scientific publications that are relevant to this study. As a result of this study, Sahal Mahfudz applies his theories to microeconomic issues in order to strengthen the microeconomy. The development of creativity and economic independence are the main goals. The next step is to give the community capital and training. Developing imaginative students, in order for them to grow as individuals. Not relying on ideological frameworks to produce autonomous, imaginative people and transforming the community's perspective on the paradigm shift from formalistic fiqh to socially nuanced fiqh.

Abstract

Students in Vocational High Schools have low learning motivation when carrying out learning activities. This can happen because the way the material is delivered and the way the learning evaluation is carried out by the teacher tends to be monotonous and less creative so students feel bored, lazy, and less interested during the learning process. This causes student learning outcomes to be low. In the subject of Electric Motor Installation, there are many explanations of the material that are a little complicated for students to understand. Implementing the assistance of learning videos in the Project-Based Learning learning model, is considered quite effective in rekindling the enthusiasm for learning possessed by students. The objective to be achieved in this study is to find out the impact of implementing the Project-Based Learning model with the help of learning videos on the subject of Electric Motor Installation. The type of research used in this study is experimental research with a pre-experimental design type with a special design form, namely one group pretest-posttest. This research design is used to measure changes in students' understanding or learning outcomes before and after the application of the Project-Based Learning method assisted by learning videos. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that the application of the Project-Based Learning method assisted by learning videos has a positive impact on students' understanding and learning outcomes during the learning process in the Electric Motor Installation subject.

Abstract

The0purpose0ofithis study0is-to0look at how factors like education level, gender, age, and0marital status affect work choices. Work in the labor force is crucial to economic growth. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), there were 143.72 million persons in the labor force as of August 2022, representing 68.63% of the population of working age. The findings ofithe0population0census,0which0is0conducted every0100years, were used to determine this number. This study employs the qualitative research design of a literature review. According to the research findings, the variable amount of education has a favorable impact on employment decisions, and the variable gender has0a favorable0and0substantial0impact0on employment.

Abstract

In the digital era, the gaming industry has expanded rapidly, influencing social, cultural, and economic aspects. This study examines user satisfaction and preferences between Steam and Epic Games Store using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. A quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods was employed. The study aims to identify which technical factors most influence user satisfaction and preferences between Steam and Epic Games Store. Using the EUCS model, the research will provide insights for developers to enhance user experience and inform strategies for improving digital gaming platforms. The findings will contribute to understanding technical drivers of user behavior and offer recommendations for creating user-centered design strategies in the competitive gaming market. Data analysis reveals that Steam holds a significant advantage in Content, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, leading to higher satisfaction. Steam offers a broader game selection, better community features, and a more functional interface than Epic Games Store. Statistical tests confirm Steam’s superiority. The study concludes that users prefer platforms with richer content, better experiences, and more efficient update systems, providing strategic insights for platform developers to improve competitiveness and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut Tomlinson, guru dapat menggunakan berbagai macam aktivitas dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap siswa, maka diharapkan seluruh siswa dapat mempelajari materi sesuai dengan pemahaman dan kemampuan masing-masing, mencegah terjadinya frustasi dan menumbuhkan kenyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran di era society 5.0 yang berlatar belakang sosial yang menuntut pembelajaran inovatif dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pola pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas VII SMPN 1 Pemenang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-learning dengan metode blended learning atau hybrid yang menggabungkan pembelajaran secara daring dan tatap muka mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih komprehensif dan signifikan karena penggunaannya mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dengan penerapan metode dan inovasi pemanfaatan media bagi siswa dalam peningkatan pemahaman, ketrampilan belajar secara mandiri juga mampu menilai diri sendiri. Selain itu, metode ini juga melibatkan orang tua dimana hal ini sekaligus dapat mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia nyata dengan keterampilan yang lebih baik. Abstract:  According to Tomlinson, teachers can implement a variety of learning activities in differentiated instruction to address the diverse needs of students. This approach ensures that students can engage with the material according to their respective levels of understanding and ability, thereby minimizing frustration and fostering comfort in the learning process. In the era of Society 5.0—characterized by a socially-driven demand for innovation and technology-based education—differentiated learning becomes increasingly relevant. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology-integrated learning patterns within differentiated instruction as implemented in the Independent Curriculum. Using a qualitative research approach, this study explores real-world phenomena through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that employing e-learning through blended or hybrid learning models, which combine online and face-to-face instruction, offers a more holistic and impactful learning experience. This method enhances learning effectiveness by integrating diverse strategies and innovative media to support student comprehension, independence, and self-assessment skills. Moreover, the involvement of parents in this approach contributes to preparing students for real-world challenges by equipping them with more adaptive and relevant competencies

Abstract

Hindu mathematics has made foundational contributions to the development of modern arithmetic, particularly through the introduction of the decimal number system and the concept of zero. Despite its historical significance, this study found that students' awareness and understanding of Hindu mathematics remain limited. This research investigates the role of Hindu mathematics in shaping modern arithmetic and examines students’ knowledge of these contributions. The study employed a qualitative approach, combining a literature review to trace historical developments with student interviews to assess their conceptual understanding. Findings indicate a substantial gap in students’ historical awareness, with most attributing the origins of modern arithmetic solely to Western and Arabic traditions. This gap is attributed to curriculum content that underrepresents non-Western mathematical heritage and a lack of accessible instructional resources. The study underscores the need to integrate Hindu mathematical contributions more explicitly into mathematics education to foster a more comprehensive and culturally inclusive understanding of the discipline’s history.

Abstract

Kemampuan membuat konten visual yang menarik menjadi penting di era digital. Siswa SMA, sebagai bagian dari generasi yang akrab dengan teknologi, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mereka melalui teknologi. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perangkat lunak desain sering kali menjadi kendala. SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda, meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemahaman dan keterampilan desain grafis, terutama dalam pembuatan poster digital yang menarik dan profesional. Pelatihan pembuatan poster digital menggunakan Canva di SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa, khususnya dalam bidang desain grafis. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup survei dan perizinan, pembuatan modul pelatihan, penyesuaian jadwal, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Canva dipilih karena kemudahan penggunaannya, yang memungkinkan siswa membuat poster digital dengan hasil yang kreatif dan efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan dengan baik yang melibatkan siswa/i kelas XII-3 dan XII-4. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan desain grafis siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam berbagai kegiatan akademik dan non-akademik.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in shaping students' character at SMA N 1 Sangata Utara. Specifically, this research will examine how PAI teachers implement religious education that not only imparts knowledge but also instills moral and ethical values that support the development of students' character. The focus of the study is on the methods and approaches used by teachers in their teaching. It is hoped that this study will provide a clearer picture of the contribution of PAI teachers in creating a generation of youth who are not only knowledgeable but also virtuous and prepared to face societal challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with field study methods to describe and analyze the phenomena observed in the field. The findings show that PAI teaching at SMA N 1 Sangata Utara does not only focus on academic achievement but also creates an educational ecosystem that shapes students into intellectually capable, emotionally mature, and morally upright individuals.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, membuat pola baru pada komunikasi pemasaran digital. Walaupun pemasaran digital telah banyak sekali dikaji, tetap sedikit riset yang mendalami kaitan antara faktor sosial serta aktivitas media sosial dengan keberlanjutan perilaku konsumen dalam model 5A. Penelitian ini bermaksud menggali dampak faktor sosial (usia, pendapatan, pekerjaan) dan aktivitas memakai TikTok pada perjalanan konsumen dari Aware sampai Advocate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method, yang dimulai dengan survei kuantitatif terhadap 21 responden pengguna aktif TikTok, dan dilanjutkan dengan eksplorasi kualitatif melalui penggunaan pertanyaan terbuka. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor sosial yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Faktor-faktor tersebut seperti usia dan pendapatan. Durasi penggunaan TikTok juga berkorelasi dengan kuat terhadap kemungkinan pembelian, namun sama sekali tidak secara langsung meningkatkan niat untuk merekomendasikan produk. Para konsumen mudah tertarik serta mencari banyak informasi, tetapi sering kali berhenti pada tahap pembelian tanpa melanjutkan ke tahap Advocate. Video ulasan produk adalah fitur TikTok yang paling memengaruhi minat beli. Selain itu, live shopping juga menjadi faktor penentu. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa loyalitas konsumen masih rendah, serta strategi konten yang otentik dan insentif perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk mendorong tahap advocate. Studi lanjutan disarankan untuk melibatkan populasi yang jauh lebih luas serta membandingkan berbagai platform berbeda. Implikasi dari temuan ini mengarah pada perlunya beberapa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang tidak hanya bersifat visual dan promosi, tetapi juga membangun kepercayaan dan hubungan emosional jangka panjang dengan konsumen.

Abstract

Hadis mauquf merupakan riwayat yang dinisbatkan kepada sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW yang berperan penting dalam mendukung hukum Islam, meskipun tidak sampai kepada Rasulullah SAW. Kajian ini membahas penerapan hadis mauquf dalam konteks wudhu, tayamum, dan sholat. Wudhu digambarkan sebagai sarana menyucikan diri yang wajib dilakukan sebelum sholat, sedangkan tayamum memberikan alternatif bersuci dalam kondisi darurat. Selain itu, hadis mauquf juga memberikan panduan pelaksanaan sholat, seperti menjaga waktu, bacaan, dan gerakan yang sesuai syariat. Kajian ini menunjukkan bagaimana hadis mauquf memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan hukum Islam dengan mencontohkan praktik sahabat yang sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat.
